Went here yesterday ordered Lezzet special and drinks. The guy said would be 15 mins. He took less than that and even considering they were quite busy. Excellent service.

I am new to the city and this was my first meal from Lezzet. I was very impressed that all the boxes and wrappings except for the salad and sauce pots were recyclable. A big thumbs up for that. The food was lovely, and plenty of it. Loved the chicken shish.. Will certainly visit you again.

It's hard to rate because there are pluses and minuses on the scales. Yes, the food is high quality and tasty, chicken shish is exceptionally juicy and fresh, melting in the mouth. But. I see that lately prices have been rising everywhere from grocery stores to Lezzet. Even if I love the food there, I'll not be ordering it everyday. However, still want to mention that the food is delicious but they need to work on their portions sizes though.

Their prices have lost all connection with reality. Sure, position yourself as a cut above the average station kebab shop. But £16.50 for large meat and chips is daylight robbery. Also salad and sauce portions have been getting progressively smaller. And they regularly leave things out of the order.

Ok so they do tasty kebabs. But their service levels and prices are going downhill. Firstly, value for money: In March 2022 a large meat and chips was £13.50. Even at that level it was ridiculously expensive. Today (May) it is £16.50. That is a 22% increase in just 2 months. Annualized that is a totally ridiculous price rise. Especially when CPI on an annualized basis is currently not yet into double figures! Secondly, service issues: 3 times now I have ordered (via Deliveroo) 2 extra sauces and they haven't been delivered. At £1.20 per pot this starts to add up. And notably, the sizes of the sauces pots has reduced significantly over time. Coincidentally the salad has been getting smaller and smaller (and a couple of time the yellow chilis were missing). Long story short - back in the day I was actually blown away by how tasty their kebabs were. Fair enough inflation is an issue right now, but I'm feel like these prices are just completely untenable - and actually are a bit of liberty. Restaurant prices for takeaway kebab. Tonight was my last one.

Don’t know who writes all these comments, LEZZET always been good for me. No complaints. I usually get lamb and chicken shish, it’s the best there.

Superb,that was 4 years ago, but since it has changed hands it has really gone down the pan, prices have gone through the roof whilst portion sizes have shrunk, personally not worth the money, if you can find some where else try it, lezzets is not value for money any more.

I have used it several times as there is not much choice for kebabs in Sidcup and am always hoping it is going to better than the last one. Yesterday evening I ordered a small lamb shish and I don't think I have ever had a episode of such bad food poisoning in my life. I was so ill I barely got any sleep last night and still do not feel 100% 24 hours later. I always try and support independent businesses but this place needs closing down quickly before they kill someone. The meat quality is shocking and what I had last night did not even taste like lamb.

I just ordered a chicken doner. There were no sauces, cheese fries tasted like the cheapest Icleand fries and onion rings same Iceland for £ 1. I will not go back there again.

Ordered a combination meal and only received half the meal and the half I did receive would not have been adequate to serve to a small child - it was soo small!! I used to like this place but after the last couple of orders will be avoiding at all costs.

I have ordered from lezzet many times the kebabs are always cooked really nice BUT there is more often than not something wrong with my order as a result I won't be ordering from here anymore.

Meat was dry, gristly and had no flavour. All came in separate boxes, chickens for rice in one, tiny salad on another and a stale pitta bread. Sweet potato fries were chewy and tasted awful. Not the experience we had using Lezzet all through lockdown and sometime after. Don’t know why they’re cutting corners on something that needn’t be changed. I called the establishment to be told they had changed the menu due to new owners. We will not be using them again which is a shame as it used to be so good.

Always missing items from my orders. When I complain , nothing is done, no refund either.I will not order anymore

Favourite dinner to have as I’m always hungry without meat! Rice, meat an veggies are here :) Balanced & healthy.

I’ve used lezzets for ages and always rated it as the best kebab in the area but last weekend I ordered the lezzet special which cost me almost £34, 3 things were missing so I called up to complain and the new manager said could I go back up to collect what was missing. I said not really because the rest of our food would be cold so he said the next time I was up there he would replace our meal which was fine but on calling up to order our replacement meals I was told he would only replace what was missing which is a joke. Lezzets has just lost a long term customer.

They sold us left over few days old lamb chops, my partner was ill for two days never again

Order arrived on time but cold and half the order was missing. The price of Halep kebab is a joke when not a real Halep, no yogurt, no rice and no salad. Chips tasted like they were cooked days ago. Never again!

Our go to place for takeaway kebabs in Sidcup. Nice touch that rice as well as salad is included with your kebabs.

Tasty and freshly prepared food. I strongly recommend to anyone in the area.

Lezzet is expensive but you get what you pay for - first class kebabs and grill. No complaints ever. Top food.

Food was cold so bad we just threw it in the bin the presentation was laughable it was that bad No value for money because you just wouldn’t eat it

Thought I would try this kebab shop as my normal one was closed for holiday. Where do I start the guy cut the donner meat and just left it on the bottom of the thing that spins around for 10 min whilst he done the other item in the order. The meat was like cardboard, both the kebab & burger went in the bin!! I think the council needs to look at this place’s license!!

Staff very unprofessional and rude, hygiene is worrying the male behind the counter touched his nose several times while preparing some food without washing hands. Sorry but never again

Used LOADS of times and WAS a big fan but the last two times they forgot the pitta bread ! Went back first time and by the time we got home everything including chips were cold ! Didn't bother going back this time ! There are plenty of other good kebab shops locally we'll use them from now on !

Wrong order delivered by Deliveroo no fault of lezzett. They were great redid the order and it arrived piping hot and the quality we have come to expect from them.

Poor quality- dry meat , salad tasted old and past its best - was early Monday evening , could have been Sunday nights left overs ..will not go back .

Ordered last night as a treat. Put the order in through Uber eats. Food arrived cold. I called the restaurant to let them know and the owner( wouldn't give me his name) blamed Uber eats. I explained that the chips were hot but all the kebabs were cold, he didn't care. Never ever will i order again. Awful food

Well it looked good from the outside. Our normal kebab shop is closed and thought we’d give this one a try. Sadly, Never again. Only had a five minute drive home from collect. Meat was dry and cold. Chips were half cold half warm. Both salad boxes leaked everywhere 🤷🏻‍♀️ Not worth £18 at all. Tad gutted as it had been seven weeks since our last kebab.

Tonight Monday 21st April 2020 I come here regularly but tonight was the best doner kebabs ever. Keep it up.

Just had a non-contact delivery from Lezzet. Food arrived quickly, hot and delicious. We had a mixture of meat kebabs and vegetarian wraps. All were really good!

Just had this delivered via uber eats, diner meat and chips, opened box and there is more white fat lumps than meat, couldn’t eat it, and wouldn’t feed it to a dog, I specifically asked for the meat to be well cooked which every other kebab shop will do for me, first and last order from me

Cost a bit more than the Kebab shop five minutes up the road and a bit too greasy for my liking.

I will not talk about previous orders but this time surpassed myself .ordered dinner with delivery, after opening the box I was horrified. instead of burgers with EXTRA cheese I got empty, dry bread with meat and something like cheese ... no vegetables or sauce.

This place used to be great before the uber eats days, now the chips come cold, the food is forgotten about on the grill and everything is burnt and over cooked, asked for extra chillis didn't get any, asked for two chilli sauces and 2 garlic and played for them and got 1 of each, asked for the extra pitta payed for to have a wrap and instead got 2 wraps and no pitta, this place was great when it opened, having taken on uber eats it seems to have really lacked in quality, I understand they need all the business they can get but it's to much for a small shop to handle and are sacrificing the great quality they used to have.

Tried a doner here a while ago, awful. Thought they could not mess up a cheese burger ,how wrong was I. So the burger cooked for far to long as they were concentrating on getting there delivered orders out. Burger went in bun, then onions and burger sauce and the cheese on top of the sauce. Got it home and burger was like rubber. Have now vowed to never use these again.

Live nearby and been in here a few times since it opened. Was saving a review until after a few visits It’s not a cheap kebab but you can tell it’s much better quality than most nearby kebabs. It’s just so badly organised!! You wait ages for your food, staff get wrong orders etc Best advice is to ring up beforehand and order and check it when you get itReally nice quality food just let down by the manager and serviceMajor minus point is they don’t take card. Something fishy there I think!!

Had a donor kebab from here and the portions were small the next day I had diareah and vomiting for a week

Been a few times over the past few months. It’s always the same. Comes back cold whether you collect or order on Uber Eats. It’s annoying because when you put it in the microwave it’s a nice kebab. There’s obviously not enough staff. They say it will take 10 minutes, more often than not it’s takes 25 mins. Then it comes back cold. Decent manager would sort it out.

We only take CASH NO CARDS!!!!!.... really in this day and age, it costs nothing for a card reader and can connect to your mobile.... lets be honest you should have this facility bearing in mind the high prices your charging for a small chicken kebab, (hence no prices on web menu if you can find it) you might also let your customers know on the phone when they order. Food was OK but not worth the price charged especially when the person working the price out only got it right on the 3rd attempt......if your expecting a smile and a thank you when visiting this place.....don't hold your breath.

What more can I say, DON'T TAKE CARDS only take CASH!!! really in this day and age!!! somebody is not telling GOV.UK the truth, expensive second visit and the last. This is the most I have ever paid for a chicken Shish Kebab in my life....and it wasn't that good unless you like expensive dry chicken and bad service?

How do you burn a doner with all the fat that drips out of it? I've never had such a dry kebab, ever! Even a simple chicken burger I ordered ended up in the bin as it was so dry, really, these things are supposed to be juicy. First and last time i buy food from you I'm afraid. There is Food galore in Sidcup and you just lost easy business as I can walk to you. Whoever is saying your food is good needs some serious education. I'll drive further afield and get a real kebab. Trying to subsidise dryness with an entire container of yogurt doesnt work im afraid. Oh clearly the review before me hits the nail on the head as well

I'm afraid to say that in my only 2 visits, I've given a completely burnt Sish Kebab and the Manager confirmed this in both occasions. I WILL NOT go to this restaurant again. Very disappointed.

Really delicious chicken donner wrap, it was huuuuuuge for a small one. Dread to think how big the large is! Little surprised by the price, something like £8 I think. But the man took real care and pride in his work making it which was nice. Bit of a language barrier/confusion issue where I also ended up with a tub of Cakik I didn't want, but that was more my fault in doing that thing where you don't hear someone three times and get embarrassed keep saying pardon so just agree lol. It was also very tasty.

The best Turkish food shop. There is no any other places in Sidcup, chislehurst, eltham or other nearby zones, where you could eat such an amazing chicken shish or lamb kofte. The most tastiest salad, and the nicest spicy sauce. The staff are great people, owner of this shop is great gentleman, they are always happy to see you again, It doesn’t matter, you want just a chicken burger with chips or a two combo. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Sorry, but lezzet need another additional star, 5 aren’t enough!

I have been very impressed with the quality of food here but last Friday I was disappointed. I ordered an old-fashioned doner kebab as a take-away but when I got home (four minutes away) the meat was tepid and looked as if it had been sitting around for some time. It's the first time Lezzet has disappointed me. They appear to have changed their chef.

Wonderful food, very fresh and not too greasy. Absolutely love the rice, we've eaten here a good few times and each time we've had a wonderful meal!

Placed a large take away order for 20+ people, the order was ready on time. Food portions were very generous & tasty. Will definitely be ordering again.

Stumbled across this place and can honestly say it's one of the best kebab I've ever tried. Chicken and lamb shish was outstanding. Generous chunks of well seasoned meat, cooked over traditional charcoal grill. Good salad and friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

Tastiest donner meat I've ever had. Chicken donner also excellent with chunks of chicken. I also like their sauces, although personally the chilli sauce could be hotter. Excellent portion sizes

First time I have ordered here. Either the uber driver eat half my food or Lezzet lost half my food from cooking it to bagging it up. Quality of the food was very poor, the meat did not taste nice at all and the chips was very burnt.

Loved the food. Each station working well. The chef was working non stop on different orders it was amazing to watch him- very professional. Will definitely go again.

Ordered a takeaway as heard some good reviews. Don't believe the hype!! The donner meat came in two types, burnt and raw in the same box. The houmous ain't too bad and chilli sauce is good but that's as far goes.

The establishment looks nice from the outside but unfortunately the food is inedible. The meat was fatty, greasy, full of different colours and skin. Had to throw it in the bin and won't be going back.

Shambolic. Waitem more than an hour for a 3 combo and let people be served who came after us. Do not recommend When we got home, salad was missing, rice was missing and a portion of chicken missing. A rip off. You quickly wanted to get rid of customers simply to mess up the order. We will not be back . Chislehurst station is farbetter. We will return there
