Great Wall in Bexley

Ordered at 18.15 due 19.15 called at 19.50 and was told it was in route. I live 1 minute drive away. Still waiting at 20.20 so called back told again it was on route. Arrived at 20.23 food was warm not cold. Still charged for delivery

Ordered some chicken balls with my meal , when we served them up the batter was dark brown and the fat was seeping out of them when we picked them up and took a bite all you couldtaste was the fat, obviously over cooked through them straight in the bin won't use this place again

I was given a 10 - 30 minutes waiting time for my order. 45 minutes later they cancelled my order because they were too busy. I wouldn’t have minded waiting a bit longer but after calling them they said they couldn’t send my order out. All pre made I only wanted a curry and chow mein. Phoned them, so rude. ☹️

Had this Chinese on Saturday and wasn’t very nice, the chow mein was over cooked, the bbq sauce tasted like sweet x sour and the rest of the food was terrible, never buy here again... To be honest the place should be shut down due to the food what is cooked and bad phone manners

Not impressed at all, whilst the crispy duck was nice it didn't arrive chopped up and the lemon chicken was a whole rubbery chicken breast, they didn't even slice it and covered in very dark coloured thick batter which looked like dead skin, revolting, even the cat thought twice before chewing on it

I have been eating here for a long time but this time the food was not good it was tough the onions were so big and they were not cooked my wife had duck it was all fat I t was just so bad that I will not eat here again all so the person that delivered it had no change so she gave me all coins instead of notes and I was sort when we added it up after we eat the rubbish they sent

Just had a Chinese takeaway delivered from Great Wall. The Curry menu states that they are spicy hot??? Well I'm afraid I've eaten hotter from Tesco basic curry. This curry from Great Wall is not spicy at all. Very very bland. Won't be ordering from them again.

Great food shame when I phoned to place the order they did not say it was cash only, parking at front of shop was full but not customers, would hate to think it was staff parked there. As I said the food was great but customer service was poor.

Usally love Chinese 1st and last time of ordering here.food was almost cold.most dishes tasted the same!! Meat was tough and chewy.lots of oil on the chicken balls. Very very dissapointed not to be recomended im afraid

Had a takeaway from here for the first time. Delicious, hot food with plenty of meat in the dishes, the chow suey was fresh and cooked to perfection, the sweet and sour chicken balls were crispy and in a light batter over large pieces of chicken breast with a lovely sauce. All was excellent. I will be back. Could eat it now as my mouth is watering thinking about it.
