Munchalato in Bexley

this is the worst takeaway in the whole of Bexley London Borough......they operate from the Spice King restaurant and when called to place my order.. he could not understand english at all ,had to repeat the same word three times.........now for the food which went in the bin after having one bite.... as you can see the photo of the chips(think they were more like crisp) were so brown which screamed of dirty oil to me..........

Burgers are great very tasty, Chips aren’t great. Delivery needs to be improved however definitely worth the wait. All in all 8/10.

I've been waiting for there delivery for over an hour now and there contact information is invalid so there is no way to contact the restaurant. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT THEY HAVNT DELIVERED MY FOOD AND I CANT EVEN GET A REFUND

Update the bloody phone number. Food is good but that's provided you get it.

Whilst the food is good, the restaurant is a joke. We have tried to contact them multiple times regarding numerous orders and the number never works. We have ordered through Uber eats and they didn’t have the item in stock, we tried to change it to something else and the order went through with only half the order. We were then unable to call them to amend this and therefore we will not be ordering from here again. What a shame because the food is good.

Ordered on Deliveroo and finally delivered 40 minutes later than expected (so 80 minutes after placing order). Phone number doesn't work so can't call and find out what's happening! Chips soggy and everything luke warm. Avoid unless you like disappointing burgers and service 👎

As a life long foody I have tried many many burgers over the years. Hand on heart Munchalato's are up there with the best. You may have to wait a while for an order on weekends etc but honestly it's worth it. Absolutely everything we have tried has been amazing so far. The signature with Wagyu is a stand out as are the wings. Thanks for the great food guys.

After reading all the reviews, I decided to go for collection! Called them up and they said to come in 30mins! 50mins later food wasn’t ready, fair play.... takes time to prep good food! After 55mins, food was ready! Went for the Chicken Double or nothin burger meal. Must say I was disappointed, a burger with just a lots of “munchalato sauce” basically cheap burger sauce which was just sweet. Lacked “caramelised onions, no tomato” and I’m a afraid to say the chicken was just bland, no seasoning, no taste just a disappointment. Again the burger was cold, and the bun weren’t toasted. Should of just went safe with Zinger box meal from KFC. Also asked for Peri peri chips, and got charged for it. But just got plain chips and wasn’t warm, no salt, felt like the oil hadn’t been changed for a while. Just cupboard chips, I should of know better and went down the local chippy. Sides also went for chilli cheese bites, they weren’t chilli at all, just normal cheese bites but in this case cold and boring cheese bites with no sauce to go with it. Moving on to the milkshake, went for a white bueno milkshake, and boy what a let down! Milkshake had big thick bits inside, clearly wasn’t blended properly! I would visit again to give these guys another chance, as they are local to me and every1 deserves a 2nd chance. But for what a paid it’s a joke! Over the phone was told it’s £x amount and when I went to pay charged me extra £2.20, cheeky! I didn’t care as much as I had waited for 50mins for my food!

Don't order ....unless you want to be fobbed off for hours on end with promises of food arriving. Food arrived 2.5 hours later, stone cold and tasted like dog food... Probably the worst service and the most disgusting tasting food I have ever had in my life

Placed a order on new year eves got my order nearly 3 hours later. Was patient enough two times when I rang and was told got a back log and catching up. Rang third time and then got told you should have ordered directly instead of thru Just Eat. Great. Never again. If u cant handle the orders don't take them. Instead your ruining customers evening by putting money before customer satisfaction.

Totally ridiculous service. Placed order at 7.40pm, it is now 9.50pm and still no food. Their telephone number is pointless as nobody answers either so impossible to get in touch with them! Complete waste of time, I would avoid!

Although order arrived roughly 30 minutes late I can honestly say wow , the food hot tasty and plenty of it . Such good value for money and will definitely be ordering again . Thankyou munchalato for a wonderful eating experience.

I ordered the classic muncher... which was delish... the size of the burger was big too..the kiwi mohito was a thirst quencher.. went well with my burger... for dessert I ordered the kinder bueno crepe and omg it was so chocolatey and moist... it was on point...need to try more of their desserts for sure .... they have a lot of varieties to choose from... so you won’t ever be stuck for choice... delivery and service was excellent too... delivery driver was very friendly... keep it up munchalato

Great quality of food and selection on the menu. Definitely felt welcome as soon as I walked. All round brilliant experience and will definitely have to visit again for the food. Keep it up #GGMU

The food was spectacular, halal too. Had the Fiery Muncha, perfect for those who like little kick to their meal. Really enjoyed every bite. The Redbull mojito was delicious. Was tempted to order another! And last but not least the best Chocolate fudge sundae I’ve had in ages! The portion sizes for the price was really good, great value for money 👌🏽. Would recommend ordering again. Delivery was quick too.

OMG!!! The food here is banging!! There's so much on the menu your spoilt for choice! Definitely something to tickle everyones fancy! I had Mexicano Notcho Burger defintely hit the spot. Portions were huge. Went all out and got a mojito and red velvet cake, but had to leave the red velvet for later as I was stuffed! Halal too!! Will be seeing me more often :)

Ordered through justeat on a whim. What a result!! Lovely food and large portions. The only thing else you need to know is leave room for dessert!!
