Delivery was great no problems but my food was cold and soggy:( couldn’t eat it

Yet again they got my order wrong. Getting fed up with all the mistakes

I will give the courier zero stars. he was very rude and hung up on me while I was directing him to my address. I'm very disappointed with my order. I will never tolerate rudeness from anyone when I wasn't rude to them.I want something done about this. I want to file a complaint again my rude and disrespectful courier. I will be taking things further

I ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin without cheese and it arrived with cheese so my daughter could not eat it and was very upset. I purposely ordered that separately because you cannot customise the duo orders.

The drink nearly half leaked out, food stone cold and missing large fries. Absolutely useless from the staff and absolutely liberty delivery driver going to several other deliveries now making my food horribly cold. They have one job…….

My food was stone cold! My children couldn't eat this. How disgraceful, you delivered stone cold hard food which was inedible.

Very disappointed, the webpage advertised 6 free chicken nuggets with £20 spend, no nuggets were delivered. No napkins or straws were provided for 2 drinks. The food was delivered by bicycle courier and was completely cold and the burgers were squashed flat. Poor.

my drink leaked everywhere, and the driver just said by the way the drink is leaking then drove off so not very happy as i had to have a meal with no drink!

Our order was missing the pineapple stick for the happy meal, had 2x cokes instead of 1x coke and 1x banana milkshake and had no straws for the drinks. Very basic and disappointing.
