McDonald's in Bexley

Overall seems to be a hit or miss, last time I went with my partner, I ordered food. Mine was completely fine however her fries were so cold. Their BBQ sauce also either tastes out of date or they chanted the recipe I'm not sure.

One of the best McDonald's I have been. Very clean.

Quick service, great cleanings, and helpful staff. The toilets, however, dirty.

Best coffee and ice cream I've ever tasted.

The chips in all 3 happy meals were cold and the portions were unsatisfactory we had about 15 chips in each bag

McDonald’s bagged our drinks in the same bag as our food. Not only was the ice cold drinks bagged next to the warm food. Drink spilt at some point during delivery soaking through the bag Meaning wet spoilt food. Unbelievable

Was missing a chicken mayo burger and chips and our first order was cancelled

Only real complaint was that our sprite’s were gone off so had to throw both away on arrival…

Food came over an hour after we ordered; the fizzy drink was just soda water as the syrup must have gone and the food was soggy and cold.

Why is it the driver goes to multiple drop offs. I’m fed up with having to put my supposed to be hot food.in the microwave to heat it up. It’s not good enough

Missing a whole bag of drinks and Mc Flurrys, Mc donalds have 0 quality control honestly so many times stuff is missing!

My wife made an order via the McDonalds app. The food was delivered to the wrong address and then McDonalds refused to provide a refund. My wife called the driver and texted with him 3 times and he did not respond. The driver made no attempt to contact my wife when he turned up at the incorrect address, there was no one there. I went looking for the food and when I found the address that matched the picture the driver had taken, the food was not there. This was only after about 10 minutes and the food was in a place not visible to the road so I believe the driver stole it. When I spoke with McDonalds they said that the driver can take the food away with him if he chooses. They said the driver must wait at the property for 7 minutes. They did not do this. They still refused a refund after all of this, the customer support team was useless. Completely unacceptable service, will never purchase from McDonalds again.

Decent - hot food and all there !!

This mc donald used to be good. I have been going to this mc donals since I was a kid.. 30 years or so... They used to be good, but now they always forget something.. I just don't get why they always forget something.. its a shame, because it just makes me not want to order from here anymore.

My order was missing two items. I have now been told I will not get a refund. Yet I paid for my items and did not receive two of them. Disgusting customer service. And will not be using just eat in the future.

The order was missing items and took more than 45 minutes (McDonalds is supposed to be fast food...). The driver was at the restaurant in good time and apologetic for the delays which were the result of the restaurant.

The bag was open with all the items inside open! Don’t feel comfortable as anyone could have easily touched and or done something to the food on the way here as the bag was opened!

Wrong order delivered and as usual nobody to contact at JE and McDonalds has no interest as it isn’t their order despite cooking, bagging, labelling and handing the order over to the driver. Won’t order again.

They don't fill large frech fries properly and therefore you order Medium or Large, it's same. Some of their staff is very slow whereas others are over loaded due to slowness of others.

Order due at 7.20 / time changed to 7.30-7.50 and arrived at 7.40. On arrival my mozerella dipper share box that I had paid for was actually a bag of 3 and my cheeseburger was missing!!!!

No cucumber no milk shake coke spilt this is rare and not! The drivers fault as package is sealed so if i order again it will cost me more

Made the mistake of ordering from here again. Food was stone cold and McFlurrys had melted.. makes you wonder how long the foods been sitting there for!? They put cold drinks in with hot food as well.. where’s the logic??

Food arrived stone cold, milkshakes were melted, all the boxes looked like they had been crushed with burgers hanging out of the boxes. Had to rebuild the burgers to be able to eat them!

The order was missing couple items, always happens no matter what you order. Sometimes even no refunds, even that have photos as a proof. If there would be another McDonald’s I wouldn’t order here.

I came here before and it was awful…full of delivery drivers….today I sat outside parked up waiting for someone..but I saw a delivery driver heading towards his moped with his dirty hands eating the chips..!! He then placed the food in the back of the moped…..disgusting…..!!!! Outside I could see about fifteen moped drivers ….trust me do not order from here…!!

I ordered a double big Mac large double big Mac meal and when it came, the drink was half filled as it had spilt in the bag the double bit Mac was missing two patties. It also had sauce and gherkins on which I asked not to be placed the label was on the burger but when I opened it, it was completely wrong which my dinner as I can’t eat it with pickles and that so I ended up with chips and half a drink.

Once again, order has turned up missing half the items. Yes it’ll be refunded without question but I am still hungry, absolutely appalling.

Everything was really good today! Fries were still warm and crispy and the burgers were nice could have been a bit warmer but still tasty

There was a chunk of plastic into my milkshake which I initially thought was hair but wasn’t this could have poisoned me and wound me up in hospital please take more caution when making drinks and food.

food took ages to be prepared at the restaurant then when driver did collect went in totally diffrent direct for about 10 mins which I presume was to deliver someone else's food ours came drinks all spilt and food freezing cold absolutely ridiculous
