very nice place with very nice workers and the food is 10/10

Town Kebab is not only the best place to grab a great burger, but they are friendly and the deliver a great service. Unfortunately they do no have a request for onions for burgers, or for more sauces than one only sauce. I prefer Ketchup and Burger sauce which is not permitted on the Just Eat App, I have to call to confirm. Otherwise, the burgers from here are the best I have tasted in around 2 years. May be messy, but good food is not ment to be tidy Always get burgers from here, in my opinion 😁 * I have left a 0* review for Atmosphere, because I have never visited the store, I shall do, and will change my review then. My personal review is a 5* all round review.

Very good food but don't buy it.

Pretty smooth food especially when your faded and floating in the air absolutely goated competes with maccies and is very clean compared to other gaffs.

My whole body stank of smoke. All for chips. Something needs doing about ventilation.

Order a pickup when I came to collect it they told me they forgot about it.they said they would deliver it to me within half hour took over a hour to come not happy at all

Food is absolutely terrible they miss stuff off your order and when you ring to tell them they get rude to you and start blaming the customer avoid at all costs

Today I tried kofta wrap which is nice and juicy. The spices are very good. I enjoyed it.

I ordered from this kebab shop last night and I’m sorry to say that the delivery was very poor. The man who delivered my food was rude and smelt very strongly of alcohol which made me feel very uncomfortable.He wasn’t the usual driver that normally delivers. The food was cold and chips were soggy. If I order again from here please send the usual driver

Had order Turkish style Koffta Kebab Role in a wrap it was absolutely delicious 😋 and perfect amount of salad and sauce and meat itself was well cooked. Excellent service, polite and friendly staff. There ware couple of staff stairs at me when I was explaining to guy who ware making my food, he was very friendly and paid attention to my requests, and very clean the way he handled food and packaging. Good stuff. Felt slightly uncomfortable with the gaze stairs at me behind but not in a bad way. Overall excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant/takeaway Well done staff.

Now named Finest Kebab and Chicken. Decent food with a good choice on the menu. My favourite is the Peri Peri chicken and the kebabs. Excellent customer friendly service. Cash only but there is an ATM 2mins away and the delivery service is excellent.

Placed an order through just eat...bare in mind all your details are on the order. Paid and sat back.......30 mins later no food, log in to find 'order cancelled' and 'not taking orders'. Great so I'm now without dinner...no courtesy call from the place...nothing....nice service there guys...won't be using you again.

LISTEN. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MINIMAL FOOD FOR MAXIMUM PRICE!! Ordered 23£ worth of kebab - came with NO salad whatsoever. Called them up to query this to then be argued with and shouted out before he - whoever it was, then cut the phone and ignored the next call. No refund offered or another delivery to apologise. Description clearly states the donner kebab is served with bread AND salad. Disgusting, never ordering from here again.

This place made me ill the next day. Warmed up doner meat. Digusting

So I ordered a chicken shish and specifically asked for salad to be added. When it arrived, where was the salad? Non existent. So I called up to ask why there was no salad, and the guy on the phone was rude. He said that the salad was in the bag about 16 times, and then changed his mind after a while and said that the chef had forgot to put it in. I'm not being funny, the salad makes the meal in my opinion; it is so disheartening looking down at your food and not seeing any salad whilst on the phone to a very angry man telling me it was in there. To not receive exactly what you order is simply not on. I basically paid £12.50 for about 5 bits of chicken, a soggy pitta bread and a couple of sauces. And no salad. The chicken wasn't great either, and I still have stomach cramps 18 hours later. I was so disappointed that they didn't have any wings on the menu, but with how I'm feeling right now, I'm extremely grateful that they didn't. Safe to say I'll never order from here again. I'll just mourn the loss of that £12.50 I'll never get back.

Ordered from just eat and rang the restaurant when my order was a half hour late only to be told it had been delivered (obviously to wrong address) I went to the restaurant for my money back & was treated abominably by staff, called a liar and told “nice try love” I won’t be using this place again

Ordered food only to be delivered cold food, overcooked chips and incorrect order. I ate a bit along with my family and called the restaurant only to be shouted back by someone who said he won't tell his name and his name is Mr manager. He shouted and sweated at us. We are right now suffering with diarrhea. Please avoid this place at any cost

Related to previous post by Alice Jarvis, we was having a girls night on the Sunday and was all excited to get our kabab, when it came, was cold, the meat had hard chunks of grit, the ordered was all wrong, when we then rang to alert them of there mistakes they was very very rude and proceeded to put the phone down and block the number to stop us ringing!

Awful, received the wrong food which we didn’t order and it was cold , we rung them back however they hung up after we told them we got the wrong order ,they blocked our number after we tried to ring back , complete waste of money.

AWFUL. Rude staff, shouting down the phone to say they won’t refund us even though it was meant to come the night before. They then said they wouldn’t give us a refund, hung up after getting pretty hysterical and now will not pick up calls from us. Had to call just eat to get my money back. Absolutely disgusted in the whole service.

Very good takaway some setting best kebabs Erith fresh salad different types of kebabs lots of fresh vegetables prepared on the premises lovely in fresh nice friendly welcoming staff they also do delivery service very popular with local residents in the area give it a try

We rang to order and the man on the phone almost forgot to ask us our address to actually deliver the food so I had to remind him, and forgot to bring cola and burger sauce!.

Dont order partner asked for meat to be well done bloke got really rude and hung up go some were else please last time i ordered meat looked like it was still alive on animal

I rung up at 7:55pm and place a order with this Kebab shop and firstly the bloke spoke poor English (not meaning offence) but he was having trouble understanding what I want, then when we finally got to the end of my order I asked to pay Card and he said you cannot pay by card, so I said okay delivery please he then said okay and hung up..... an hour went by and we hadn't heard anything, so I rung back at 8:55pm and I spoke to the same bloke and he said the order had left, I said brilliant thank you, then 30 minutes later we haven't heard anything (baring in mind we are only a 10 minute drive away) so I rung back up and then a different bloke answered and said there isn't any order for you, then i said I spoke to someone else and he said it had already left and then man insisted that we haven't place any order blamed everything on me and then hung up in a rude manor. I feel this Customer Service is horrendous and I have been going to this Kebab House for a long time and sadly this has now put me off it.

Wait over an hour for food then get a phone call to say the delivery driver has had an accident (ok feel for them if true) but to then get told to go elsewhere as they ain't sending the food out. Will never use again. Sure there's more than one driver. If you didn't want to deliver to Dartford don't put it as a postcode you deliver to simple.

Rating one as can't rate 0 Absolutely disgusting and badly cooked Chips tasted 2 days old on a reheat. Seriously people I actually threw my food in the bin.

Food was terrible, tortilla wrap tasted like cupboard and was very stretchy. Kebab meat overcooked, chips overcooked, was given a chicken donner kebab instead of my chicken donner wrap, when I rung up about this, they said they had run out of tortilla wraps, why not call back? Used to love the food there now it's gone downhill, will definitely be using another fast food restaurant in future.
