Food was absolutely banging piping hot chicken full of flavour and moist chips were seasoned perfectly as well and the blue cheese dip 🤌 on point

I did not get the chicken sandwich with my meal which I ordered

Arrived in under 30mins. Food tasty and HOT, hot and fresh. Cannot fault this place

First time ordering from here, the food was lovely, hot and deliver in about 45 min. Most impressive was the receipt, someone had actually check and ticked off each item to make sure all food was delivered, something McD and KFC can’t be bothered to do. Found my new favourite chicken place.

Food great, just missing the bottle of coke

There was no cheese sauce to go with my meal when I picked that in my meal

Meal was piping hot and tasty. The chicken was very tender and the coating was very tasty.

Delivered missing gravy and was replaced with toast and coleslaw. One of the ranch dips had exploded in the bag

Delivery driver was alright - however it took about 45 minutes to get actually get a delivery driver, and then preparation also took forever. The original delivery time was meant to be at 2:20 approx. and we must of ordered around 1:40? however they just kept moving the time back and back we didn’t end up getting our food until 3:18. Not convenient at all.

No can of coke delivered but still charged what has happened to our favorite takeaway? No answer from last review still where the food was barely warm!

Sadly the food was barely warm and one portion of fries was quite a bit smaller than the other! Overall not worth the £32 spent.

Not great really, when was the last time u changed oil in fryers?! Also received wrong order. Salad without any dressing....We have visited few times but this was the worst one..

Quality - food travelled really well too, wasn't disappointed!

They messed up my order took so lang and when it came was not even hot!! Very disappointed with their service. Never ordered from here again!

The whole order split and spilled into the bag. Everything was covered in the sauces, so there were no sauces left for us to eat. Drinks were covered, delivery driver laughed at me when I said I was so unhappy having spent almost £50 as a Friday evening treat for my family. So disappointing. Food was cold, drinks carried in the same bag were hot. Ridiculous!

So slow to make the order in an empty restaurant! Cannot imagine what it would be like if busy, food was cold and Texas toast burnt

They missed part of the order off.

Order is more often than not wrong, the chips are often unseasoned and trying to get in contact with the restaurant is impossible due to the line saying ‘your call cannot be completed at this time’ every time you call the number stated on their website. It is unacceptable that they can mess up people’s orders and have such varying quality and the food and then make it impossible to get in touch with the restaurant. Don’t disappoint yourself and order somewhere else.

Disgusting service, 3 times in a row. Have photos for proof. Having to warm the food again from a soggy bag.

Turned up freezing cold and hard chips

The food never turned up they sent it out twice and still never turned up

Sent wrong drink ordered sparkling water got can of Diet Coke

they started throwing gravy mayo at me after my card declined, not cool bro

I would just like to point out how helpful the staff are in particular seb who served me and was lovely to talk to. Would also like to point out michelle who was very quick and efficient with bringing over and helping me with my drink. Highly recommend this place.

Dirty tables, order machines broken, only 1 staff serving, wifi broken, contactless payment system broken, and this place has only been open a few months. And 1 waiter running the food. SHOCKING, check out the toilets, taps broken bins over flowing, never again

My fries didn’t arrive with my salad that I paid for

All good with the place, except food. No burgers on the menu. So had to order wraps. Fries were way too salty and portion was too less than what we usually have in other Slim outlets. Overall wasted money 💰

Absolutely awful - wrong meals were sent (and not the first time this has happened from here) and there were also items missing. As well as this, the food that did arrive was stone cold.

Brilliant food, however the main part is the great customer service. Front of house staff are fantastic especially the manager. I think her name was nezz.

Arrived cold, a bit shrivelled and with no drinks. It was chucked in the bin so disappointed as we have eaten in before shopping and it was great.

This has become my new favourite chicken restaurant. The burgers are delicious and I love the skin-on fries! Our order was delivered hot and on time. Can’t wait for an excuse to order again!

Food was delivered hot and so were the chips. I received everything on my order apart from sweet chilli sauce (instead I received sriracha sauce). Overall a good, tasty and hot.

1.5 hours for delivery. Chips and Chicken covered in way to much salt which made it inedible. Toast was cold. Expensive. First and last order from Slim Chickens for me

It was eat in and the Vege food was fabulous. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. There is choice of breakfast, café food and chicken meals. Recommended for eat in.
