Order sea bass with no bones the it came with bones also asked for no rice as my lady don’t like rice it came with rice. The food as gone down hill since I last went there a year or 2 ago and the waiter was unbelievable rude

Aunt made a booking here on the most blisteringly cold evening, and boy was I glad she did. The owner (I assume) was helpful with taking us through the menu, and even warned me about leaving my phone on the table - "not safe!" I ordered the chicken tagine with rice and her the spicy lamb sausage with cous cous. We had the mint tea which was stuffed with fresh and dried mint leaves, perfect for digesting the meat heavy meal. Both dishes and tea were incredibly warming, satisfying and like a delicious hug on the inside. Prices were very affordable for Islington.

We had Dizi and it was the best and restaurant generously sent us so many sides for free like Torshi and Sabzi

Es una noche divertida para ver más del Londres real. Y Hafez fue una buena adición a tal noche. Pocos turistas, mucha gente local, y algo realmente diferente para comer. Mi Zereshk Polow (arroz agridulce con pollo) fue excelente y una gran combinación de sabores y texturas. El helado de azafrán con crema doble y pistachos estaba delicioso. Definitivamente prueba la cerveza persa Azafrán Rubia con algunos de los platos más informales. Usted encontrará el lugar acogedor, el servicio amable, y los clientes contentos.

The quality of the food just didn't justify the high prices on this occasion

I would not comment on food quality or taste as I did not open or eat the food. This is a review on takeaway only.. I ordered the food in from Uber eats and got packages as attached. The Thai curry was piping hot and IN a plastic box which had clearly sagged. I did not feel safe opening or eating the food due to fear of plastic in food. I am not sure if this is standard in all restaurants. I ask the restaurant to improve their take away packaging to keep the food safe. Apologies if the review is too harsh.
