The best restaurants serving American food in North Wales

Plastic pen lid in food. Chips were cold and soggy. Ordered for delivery but was told I had to collect and couldn't cancel the order. Awful experience, place has gone downhill since it opened

Great food. Had lunch time special did not have high expectations but wow really nice food. And tastes great. service was great aswell polite and friendly definitely be returning

Ordered food to sit in here an food waz cold and burnt when spoke to a member of staff to be told what do u expect me to do your food is hot when she made it. ( that was her words) but to top it off my little boy dropped a few chips on floor and there was a mouse eating them off the floor this place NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN BEFORE SUMONE IS ILL STAY WELL AWAY

Quite expensive farm shop, import from all over south. Good cakes and coffee in cafe. Nice atmosphere, quite busy.

Lovely food , double bacon was perfect so filling, team were great, but Mike was fantastic, will definitely be going back

We had a great time and the food was generous in portion size and very tasty. The staff were attentive and we didn’t have to wait long to be served.

This is a very basic Burger King with the counter, self-service screens, and a few tables and chairs. I've not been for a while and I was delighted to see that other than the screens not a lot has changed. It was spotlessly clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming, as always. The food was perfect; hot, well-cooked, and plenty of it. What more could you want? This is my go-to Burger King, despite having one that is only a couple of miles from home, and it's well-worth the travel. Happy to recommend.

This is the second time we have had burgers and loaded fries from Hungry cow. Both times the fries and burgers have had such wonderful flavours. Such a fresh and unprocessed feel to all of the food.

We ordered our food online and collected it . There are not enough words to describe how inedible the meals were . We ordered four burgers and one portion of onion rings. The only thing our whole family ate was the portion of onion rings . The beef burger was so overcooked that I was able to snap it in half . The chips were revolting bits of over fried chip remnants. The four boxes of food costing over £50 went in the bin uneaten . I contacted the owner who initially told me to retrieve the boxes and bring them to the take away the following Friday ….7 days later !! She was not available until then . I then received a subsequent text to tell me not to retrieve the boxes as they were now ‘contaminated’ . I was offered one free meal the following week . No thank you . Don’t waste your time, money or effort . Disgusting food and dreadful customer service .

Me and my partner use to be regular customers at this bar, we went almost every weekend just for a nice drink as we live a 10 minute walk away & the staff always recognised us. One Saturday evening we went over, we sat down for a few hours having a few drinks, then Noah came up to us with more drinks and said that these had been brought for us (partners friend). To be honest at this point yes, we were tipsy but we were still able to remain responsible and sensible. My partner left to go to the toilet then once he came back, a bar staff member came up to us and told us we should leave after these drinks, we then left. A few weeks later we returned and upon arrival the owner Noah watched us walk past him up to the bar, where one of the bar staff told us he can’t serve us as we were barred? We left really confused and a bit disheartened considering this was our local and they gave us no explanation as to why we had been barred. Cut again to a few weeks later, we have been told by a friend that bumped into a bar staff member there that we had been banned because my partner was ‘throwing up all over the bar area, and continued to do so until we left’. This DID NOT HAPPEN AT ALL! Not once was any of us sick, and if this was the case, wouldn’t the staff there be more bothered at the time instead of just telling us we need to leave after we finish our drinks?? We think it’s EXTREMELY disgusting that Noah and also his own staff feel the need to make up lies about their regular customers just because by some shocking suprise, people actually tend to get tipsy in a pub that serves alcohol!! Also none of them had no issue taking money of our friend who brought us a round, if my partner was ‘throwing up all over the place’ as they say, shouldn’t they have refused to serve us that last drink? Disgusting behaviour from all of them.

Stumbled across here and glad I did. Not only was it great service but was really pleased as a vegetarian that we were catered for and not just vegans. The burger were lovely too and not that pretend meat style which I don't like. The sides were banging and the guy who served even suggested to put the chilli's on the side for me which was a nice touch. Thank you for some lovely food.

The sands chippy is better than the chipshops in Barmouth 100percent better chip's than the mermaid, and loved the kebab with hot chili sauce 😋

Been here before the DONUTS have always been nice but today after our walk the DONUTS where horrible misshapen over cooked not round in anyway and uneatable whoever the guy was cooking these needs further training cause he hasn't got a clue and it's unlikely we will be the only ones never to return .

Absolute joke of a place. Been again today and been told by a member of staff their policy is not to serve customers... Use the screens card only. Have you seen the state of the screens and particularly the glass door on the way in, absolutely filthy, really bad. The manager should be fired immediately... They don't serve customers. Absolutely disgraceful. There wasn't a single customer in the place. Bankruptcy coming.
