The best restaurants serving American food in Scotland

Got the large portion of wings meal and it was absolutely disgusting. Not a hint of seasoning or spice. Just tasted of old burnt fryer oil. After trying one and a half of the wings I chucked the remaining six in the bin. Best place for them. Fairly certain I heard the bin throw up in the middle of the night lol. Joking aside they were the worst kfc wings I have ever had in my life.

The mcflurries are being served like mini ones doesn’t even reach the tub halfway there profits must be higher. Big Mac really cold it’s a joke the McDonald’s in Falkirk.

Almond croissant please - sure - here is your almond croissant…….but if you look inside we’ve surprised you with a hot ham and cheese croissant instead!

Most expensive donuts I have ever bought. Around £2.50 for a single donut. Can get a box of comparable ones from a high street bakery chain for around half of the cost.

We went in at 12am after finding them on gmaps and loved it. We'd been to a gig and instead of looking disappointing that people were coming in just before closing they welcomed us and more people in. The staff were helpful and friendly with questions about the city and places to go and kept the bar open later when they didn't have to. The staff were amazing and even changed the music to the band we'd all been to see. Great decor, great staff and we loved it. Photobooth was a super fun added bonus!

Went into collect my order, so stood to the side as it was being made. As I was waiting, around 6 young teenage boys came into the shop. Some went behind the counter into the kitchen, and some sat on the window ledge bit. One boy began reading the orders that had been printed out, not sure if he worked there too or was just being nosey? They were loud, going in and out from behind the counter (without masks). They weren’t customers, they just came in for a chit chat and then left. The boys left then straight after my order was brought out to me - I don’t know if I had my desert made by a worker or a random boy. Usually like oh fudge as their deserts are good, but their service isn’t.

Hi so today I went too kfc but this one was absolutely 💩 I stood with a tenner for a good solid 15 minutes until the served me at the counter I gave them the money and wait 10 minutes for my food as I went up the stairs and got right into my meal but something was wrong I was greeted by 5 high school gangster all 5 had sheisty and they said yo g run me your meal fam and I said no they pulled a butter knife and I 💩 it and I gave them the meal I ran out kfc into my big 1.9 tdi Skoda Fabia vrs se number 700/1000 and I cried this place is 💩 don’t recommend

Worst customer service ever, when l received my teriyaki meal, on opening the fries squashed underneath box with terayaki burger, which was lukewarm, barely visible underneath a swathe of coleslaw...gross ! I'll never go to a KFC again

Delivery staff rude & unprofessional, mozzarella dippers could tan a window they were that solid & a Macintosh microwave macaroni would put the shambles that appeared in the wrap to shame. Over all diabolical 👍🏽

Hygiene is abysmal ask 4 times if they can clean the table, they looked at you like you had horns coming out of your head, food was crap too a waste of £25 we never be back

I will at least give this restaurant credit for being consistent, consistent in being probably the worst McDonald's in the UK. From cold food, to incorrect orders, that's of course if they have items to begin with. Don't even bother trying to complain , you're met with a vacant look and an attitude that you've inconvenienced them. If I was to hazard a guess this disaster of a place is probably down to the care free attitude of the staff. unless your desperate AVOID AT ALL COST.

Terrible service and food not fit for a soup kitchen, really horrible experience would never go there again, burger king has went down hill

What a difference in a place, went in today for lunch, food was good and nice to see that they now have staff who actually care, lady with grey hair tied in a knot was very pleasant, well mannered and was very thorough when cleaning the shop......well done Mrs. We will be back.

Vinimos aquí ya que estábamos buscando un lugar para sentarnos mientras esperamos recoger a mi nieta de un concierto. ¡Realmente deberíamos habernos ido! ¡El lugar era asqueroso! Patatas fritas y otros alimentos por todo el piso, mesas sucias con comida en ellas. El personal tampoco. El lugar no estaba tan ocupado para que uno de ellos podría haber limpiado el lugar un poco. Al recoger nuestra comida, la sirvienta que hacía mi bebida no tenía mucho cuidado con ella al llenarla, estaba goteando por todas partes. Luego la golpeó contra el mostrador, puso la tapa y cuando la cogí, todavía estaba goteando. Un lugar asqueroso y no volvería a usar.
