McDonald's in Falkirk

The mcflurries are being served like mini ones doesn’t even reach the tub halfway there profits must be higher. Big Mac really cold it’s a joke the McDonald’s in Falkirk.

Shocking service - burger missing from order- resolved but chips were freezing by time it was received. Went to order some apple pies and McFlurrys after our food and waited 25 mins. No apology, no reason. This is the 2nd time we’ve had a huge wait at this McDonalds and there won’t be a 3rd. Avoid.

We took our Grandson in for lunch during the October school holidays. I thought I'd write a good review, since most reviews I write, always seem to be bad ones, due to dropping standards. We just experienced a bad one yesterday in a "fast" pizza place, at three times the cost !! We entered the McDonald's at 12.15pm on the first Monday of the school holidays. It was absolutely heaving ! Oops I thought, big mistake ! I needn't have worried though. I was able to order at the counter ( rather than these awful screens) , the food came quicker than expected ( within ten minutes) , delivered to our table/bar and you got exactly what you expected - well done McDonald's Falkirk Retail Park. All the staff from the welcomers to the counter staff and table servers were, friendly, professional and efficient. The restaurant was very clean too. Well done guys !

Chips were completely uncooked and cold. Got a home delivery so couldn't get fresh ones. Took an hour to get here. Poor

Ordered McFlurry’s for the kids and they came melted. This was no big deal it happens. I asked the sales area manager very politely if she wouldn’t mind replacing them. She agreed. However, then ignored us. Kids were getting restless after waiting a further 10 minutes. Unfortunately had to ask again. The girl then went to get them again came back to the table with another 3 that had melted again. Left with no option but to request a refund which was given. However no empathy whatsoever shown for child leaving in tears with no ice cream.

Went in to get a latte waited 18 minutes for it, dispite reminding them twice if it was getting made and not even an apology. F*cking Shocking service!

3 times my order has been incorrect. 2x missing items and latest one was someone else's order. McDonalds take nothing to do with it so you have to deal with Uber so this means no correct order then delivered. Upsets kids so not worth the hassle

Staff hours have been cut in this outlet because apparently it is not making enough money. Came in at lunch time and the few staff on duty were overwhelmed. This is NOT the fault of the staff who are always friendly and efficient. Customers will go elsewhere if this continues.

Came to drive through in McDonald Camelon on 25th sept at 1:25pm. girl on the drive through taking orders mumbled something at us so we asked “sorry, what did you say”? She just repeated the same thing again but clearly sarcastically and over pronounced every letter. Really rude and no need for it.

I visited McDonalds today for a quick coffee. Unfortunately I left my phone on the table. I only discovered it when I arrived home. I phoned and was told it would be put aside for me. I drove back to get it and tried to give the member of staff £5 as I was so relieved to have it back. She refused saying they were not allowed to accept money. So honest of her and a big thank to MacD.

Ordered big mac meal and a wrap of the day to take home. Get home and thier is no big mac, chips are cold and the wraps nothing short of a disgrace . Dont go here . (MCDONALDS CAMELON) not retail park

Use this mcdonalds whilst shopping in the retail park.Have visited a few times ordered mini maltese flurry cappuccino hamburger apple pie large fanta mini rasp flake mcchicken sandwich fries all sit in.Never disappointed would recommend this establishment to anyone will be back.

At least McD's are consistent, you know what to expect. Staff are always helpful, but a bit forgetful. You have to check everything for take away before you leave. They used to remind you if you wanted napkins, straws etc but seem to have stopped that ?!!

Sick of ordering from uber and they bring the wrong order, nothing done with the first wrong order and meant to be getting refunded for the second one. You have to wait 3 days before getting a refund and your left with kids needing Fed because you have someone else’s order. Not good the service is terrible and something needs to be done about it.

It was lovely to see the usual staff as they make you feel so welcome and also the new staff were great especially Sarah to say she is young she was amazing at her job as was Sophie. I was great to see Lisa once again she is some girl and very good at her job. The manager Brett Ingles was absolutely brilliant as usual always willing to help anyone. We can't wait to go back. Our stay for 3 nights was fantastic.

Every time I go to the retail park McDonald’s they always miss out parts of my order, don’t add the extras etc even though I paid for them and miss out the dips which I also pay for, honestly awful service will start going elsewhere from now on, terrible

The wife and I dropped in for lunch. We use our receipt with a code to get reduced price food. The wife had big mac and fries and I had a mcchicken sandwich and fries. We both had apple pies and mcflurrys. The wife had a latte and I had a strawberry milkshake. We had our food delivered to our table. Everything was fresh and hot with straws napkins etc. We enjoy coming here for the friendly service from the staff and will keep coming back. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Was only given eight nuggets in my nine nugget meal!! very angry 😡 will be going to Grangemouth next time!

Paul the manager is a dreamboat- plus I love the McFlurry's easpecially when the staff are kind and give me an extra big portion.

Went for lunch. Very busy, very noisy. Customer service was ok. Parking wasn’t great. The meal was ok

The wife and I drop in here when we are up the town to save us cooking at home. It is a busy restaurant attracting customers from cine world and surrounding shops. The tables turn over quite quickly so we never have long to wait for a seat. We order at the counter but if you are up on technology you can order at the touch screens. Big mac is our favourite with fries without the pickles and the wife has hers without lettuce too. I have the crunchie icecream and the wife has dairymilk icecream. I have a strawberry milkshake and a coke zero to drink while the wife has a latte. You collect loyalty tokens off the coffee to get a free one with I think every six purchased. Our food is always fresh and hot and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The cost of the food is very reasonable too. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone and will definitely return.

very busy place but the staff coped really well. The food was good and our grandsons loved it. I really feel that these places could be a lot bigger it's always crowded

This McDonald's has been recently refurbished, which gives a lovely clean airy feel. All food is made for you and you can even have table service. Tablets for the kids will give the parents a break for a few minutes. Great customer service.
