Most expensive donuts I have ever bought. Around £2.50 for a single donut. Can get a box of comparable ones from a high street bakery chain for around half of the cost.

This store has gone massively downhill over the past 5-6 months. The staff are just rude and constantly complaining to one another being rude about other staff and customers. Being an old regular of this store it is such a shame to see the store go downhill so quickly. The doughnuts are stale, the coffee tastes disgusting; the store cleanliness is horrific and the staff just don’t care. In comparison to your Braehead and Silverburn branches this store is honestly no where near the standard. I think it’s about time Krispy Kreme intervened with this store to get the store to a standard worth shouting about. The high chairs were full of dirt from the previous occupier , the floors full of dirt, chairs full of stains and dirt. Massive disappointment

After an hour hiking around the stores in the Buchanan Gallery, a coffee stop and a 'Sugar Rush' was a priority. KrispyKreme fitted the bill perfectly and set me up to take on another session following my better half round the shops. We were lucky and arrived at a quiet time but with only one young girl serving, I imagine queuing and a long wait for service would be common Reasonable prices and a great selection of doughnuts available

I am absolutely appalled at the “service” we just received at this place. Myself and my family have just been verbally abused, shouted at and aggressively “told off” because we simply moved one chair from one table to another so that our family could sit together. When I (their mother) sat down, a man who worked here (could be a manager - refused to give his name) approached me and hurled abuse at me - “who do you think you are moving my furniture” “how dare you move that chair” etc. I stood there in shock as he went on and on and on to the point where it made my daughter cry her eyes out. I asked for his name and told him I’d get security and he didn’t wish to cooperate. Also the girl who worked there said it’s store policy to tell customers not to move furniture but 1. You cannot split up a mother and father from their children and 2. There is a WAY of saying things, kindly and politely- not shouting in my face and making my children afraid and cry! Disgusting service. Will be taking this further.

Two people working here when my son and I arrive. They both barely say a word to us and don't even look in our direction as I order a cappucino! The coffee was nice but would have been nice if staff had been even slightly attentive. "Good morning, how can I help you?" instead of mulling around aimlessly until I gave my order to the side of the server's head.

Stopped in for a quick cuppa and doughnut. As always with this franchise they hit the mark. Good coffee good doughnuts and good service. Worth dropping in to.

Not for the first time we've been passing and decided to pop in only for the entire store to be closed and cleared at 5:50 Not the 7 pm as advertised. Last time we were told it was takeaway only as he's already tidied up at half 5. Not going to bother wasting time going again.

My first time trying this place and I was not disappointed. Food was delicious and great portions. The staff were so friendly. A little hidden gem ❤️
