The best restaurants serving American food in North Eastern NI

Went there tonight totally enjoyed our meal Excellent service , excellent food , large portions, staff very welcoming x we will be coming back again whenever we visit Ireland xx

Have been a few times but this month ordered a 4 piece lunch meal 1 chicken nugget missing all 3 scallops very small will be a while before im back

Reserved a table for 20 and entered card details as per the link, then turned up to find out it was cancelled as payment “didn’t go through” despite funds in the account and no notification of a cancellation or payment error. Manager didn’t introduce himself, was rude and said it was our fault, despite an issue on their technology and us whatsapping directly to reserve this table of 20. Moved to the wine bar and the manager never checked up on us, got cocktails wrong, added bread to a gluten free meal. Staff weren’t friendly. Food was bland to say the least and not worth the price. Avoid the ramore chain at all costs!!!

Have to be honest the food was terrible. Paid £50 for most of it go in the bin. We ordered a selection of food. Will never ever order again

Food poisoning after a chicken sizzlers. We spent nearly £40. Violenty sick all night. Bad hygiene somewhere in the cooking department. Won't be back

Why does this guy from linivady get to shut early. Spinning mill has been loosing crowd, just cos this guy wants to go home, pay someone else that will stay open!! Bring back Connor, Nikita, and Rebecca!!!

2 girls stood behind till talking while 1 girl served 2 customers at a time. After 5 mins of them looking at me and then ignoring me I left as I didn't have time to wait on 1 person serving everyone. Won't be back

I called in today to KFC Coleraine. As I walked through the carpark, I took note that there was no litter laying about and the place looked tended. As I walked into the building, I noticed the windows were clean, the tables and floor were clean and overall, the appearance was well maintained. The restaurant seemed well staffed with a call out to an employee called Kat who was tending to the foyer keeping it in good order while doing this she was expertly helping numerous customers. Ordering was easy and despite being busy it was quickly delivered to our table (love that service). The food was delicious, Chicken was cooked to perfection, and it wall all fresh and tasty The price is great for excellent quality food, it was value for money, and I was full up I ate in and felt it was a good atmosphere; after eating I used the restrooms; they were clean and plenty of soap to clean what I hadn’t manged to lick from my fingers. Will be back soon

Service where rude.. and not professional..aside that Great meal

Shocking service , always off line or busy. No option to order takeaway by phone or in restaurant. Orders always wrong. Disappointing as foods good if only it was managed properly

A typical KFC, staff were great, food OK..

Worst KFC I've ever been too. Gravy looked a day old was like a paste. No lettuce in the chicken fillet burger.

worst KFC I have ever seen. Never have i been so disappointed in my employees. As the owner of KFC I have cordially decided to shut down this restaurant due to the bad attitude of the employees. And I have heard that jemma who works here hasn't been pulling her weight. So Jemma, you are permanently fired from the KFC corporation.

Ordered two meals them watched them walk around with thier masks around thier chins while rubbing thier noses and handling our food. Ask for a refund and got handed a mountain of change after we had paid by card. Supervisor offered no apology and did not then ask any of the staff to change behaviour. Disgusting
