Ordered two meals them watched them walk around with thier masks around thier chins while rubbing thier noses and handling our food. Ask for a refund and got handed a mountain of change after we had paid by card. Supervisor offered no apology and did not then ask any of the staff to change behaviour. Disgusting

Where to begin. The chips served here are so cold while the chicken is tough. The milkshakes they advertise look great but taste absolutely horrible. Not an enjoyable visit to this Burger King.

We've used this Burger King several times when travelling to Derry and each time it's been hit or miss with quality. We've mostly used the drive thru which is handy as parking can be difficult at peak times.

We stopped on our way north as a treat for the kids. The food was cold and the service terrible. We would have complained but the two staff members came across as they couldn't care less. Genuinely they seemed stoned and doing the least they could get away with. They have inspired me to come here though! Avoid! I know it is fast food but utterly awful experience.

whilst the service area was busy the meal was a big disappointment not very warm and most of it left on the tray You would have to wonder how they cant get the limited menu spot on and no point complaining as nobody with time to listen anyhow

New store, used vouchers from the app without a problem, staff were ok a bit unsure of what they were doing but will get better with time. Chicken Royal was fine but the Beef was cold and tasted bland and undercooked. I wish BK would stop using steam draws to store food and leave the microwave alone! COOK FRESH! Would return in a few month if really hungry when passing!

Used the drive thru service for the 1st time yesterday and was impressed with the prompt service and the quality of the order was the best BK we've had in a while. We used this branch when it first opened and it wasn't great then but yesterday was a vast improvement and we'd use again based on this.

The food was okay even for MRM chicken, the small portion was quite big, the issues with this visit was one of the party asked for no onions in the burger and they were gave onions, the trays were damp.

Mi única excusa para esta evaluación es que me Siento generoso. Siempre he pensado BK era superior a su principal competidor tanto en la calidad de la comida y el servicio. Los productos de pollo tienen el sabor y textura de MRM carne difusa y el sabor distintivo parece haber disminuido. Es el mejor servicio es informal y entusiasmado. Me gustó el latte café.

Went here because I was hungry. The chips were perfect just like the coke. Sadly the chicken was so hard it was close to being unable to eat. The staff was not paying much attention to what they were doing. Sad this is fallen downwards.

Ok, have been here 3 times. One time they had no beef left, another time gave up waiting in the short queue and last time i waited in queue and ordered 2 meals. I watched the guy serving me put burgers that had been sitting at least 10 minutes then pour coke instead of diet coke i asked for. Asked a lady standing beside me if she saw what it was and she agreed. When i explained about the burgers, response was they had only been sitting 5 mins. Argued he had poured diet coke. When myself and the lady standing beside me tasted the coke it was definitely not diet. Took my order and left as everyone was useless and no point in trying to escalate the issue, got home, ate our cold burgers and binned the drinks. Wont be back. How hard can it be to get right.

With the exception of the young lady serving (who was a trainee) and who was lovely and friendly, the rest of the staff are horrid, I ordered for my teens and while they waited I went to get a coffee from next door! When I returned this, what can only be described as a lout, came from the back and literally threw the fries on the tray my kids where holding, spilling the contents! Snapping gum the whole time, rude ignorant little boy who has zero customer service!! I felt like throwing them back at him! Seriously there are people out there who would be much more suited to his job! Horrid experience won't be back!

usually like burger king, not this time. I decided to go for the value option - king of the day. It was like they were trying to make there own version of the Big Mac and that failed! it was cold, sloppy and tasted like a rustlers burger. I don't usually eat the likes of BK or mcdonalds and now realise why i don't

called in today and ordered 2 coffees on our way up M2. There were 4 staff on duty. 3 behind the scenes and 1 on the counter. 2 customers plus myself . I waited 10 mins for the 2 coffees. Fast food?? Lady at the counter waited for the first customers order to be made and served before she made our coffee. She could have made the coffee and taken the next order but she insisted on serving one at a time. Not her fault obvious lack of training. The lady who was behind me in the queue waited 12 mins for her only order A bag of chips.

Stopped here at the new Applegreen complex on the M2 between Belfast and Ballymena. I was with two other people. We gave our orders to a man at the till. We wait for about ten minutes until we're asked to hand over our receipt because staff forgot what we ordered. I would have understood if it was busy but there was only a couple other customers. Also the toilets weren't working...
