Thunderdome Cafe in Newtownabbey

Have to be honest the food was terrible. Paid £50 for most of it go in the bin. We ordered a selection of food. Will never ever order again

Four of us there on cheapie Tuesday this week. Set three courses for £20, coincidently! the maximum for the half price deal. Fairly small portions but all were tasty. Roast beef was reported to be very good though i got the turkey and ham which was good too. Staff very nice. Seen some previous bad reviews, maybe things have picked up as we had no complaints.

Went with 2 friends on saturday night to Trinity restaurant in thunderdome complex for dinner. Service great, food not great. 4 breaded mushrooms for starter. Prawn cocktail was good. Ordered 2 x homemade beef burgers, definitely shop bought not homemade. Chips a bit hard in middle. Dessert was good. Bill was misleading as it was 2 course meal for £12.95 was laid out individually prawn cocktail with wheaten bread was £3 more. Smoking area very nice. Wont be back.

Would not come here, start with nachos, with salsa and cheese , well they were meant to be Mexican nachos but arrived cold with a few strand of cheese on top and salsa that tasted of tomato paste, sorry did I mention it took 37 minutes to come as well, the fish and chip, well cold chips, soggy batter and wilted rocket leaves, asked about the wait and if anything would be taken off or even a drink and the response I got was , we are busy and no it wasn't a long wait that's how long it takes for fresh food, lol, the man in the shirt who delivered our food was off a flustered person who was cheeky and didn't like being confronted, I would safely say , we won't be back here ever, it's not good food, no taste , under seasoned , and not presented well either , and to top it off the staff are in need of training and some manners, a total disgrace !!! P.s , it is less than one star !!

Lasagne dry with very unappetising slab of glupey cheese. Soft drinks were obviously cheap flat lemonade instead of what was actually ordered. Ladies toilets not child friendly with sinks too high and soap dispensers and hand dryers even higher. We will not be back

Dinner and a Show jonny Brooks £20 and money well spent have seen him here in a few occasions and he never fails to entertain food was good also

Went for early bird special at £9.99. Had a great 10oz steak cooked exactly as I ordered. Staff very friendly. Would highly recommend

The new set price meals are great, as you can get a steak dinner for just under a tenner on any night. Staff friendly and efficient, worth a visit.

Just been here and the food was amazing and cheaper than expected and great desserts too as there was chocolate fudge cake,pavlova,carrot cake and many other desserts and also there is a bar if youre looking for a place to have a drink there’s a bar in here too so good for all ages definitely recommend going here foods great staff are also really friendly and helpful just a great place to be.

Just had an amazing meal at the Trinity Restaurant. My Piri Piri chicken was amazing and my boyfriend's Sirloin Steak was 'outstanding'. Definitely eating here again!

Came for a drink after a nice meal, friendly atmosphere, comfortable seats, good alcohol selection, would return.

What a place, badly designed, toilets are absolutely horrible...I'm surprised healthy safety haven't shut the place down for the toilets alone, the urine smell is that strong it stings your eyes. The restaurant isn't far off being a canteen, with NO atmosphere and very middle of the road food. The thunderdome just cries out CHEAP AND NASTY, though I must admit the staff are good.

Visited this place on Sunday and the dinner was beautiful. Always good service here. I have also had birthday celebrations here and family get together.

Really enjoyed coming here for a few drinks after a nice meal, friendly service and good craic 😊👌 would recommend for a fun night, and great music

Good food, good craic, nice beer, nice food good crowd and staff! Monday clubs always good and it's great for sports too with lots of huge things screens and they even serve free food at times which is always a bonus 😊

Mi pareja y yo no habíamos reservado una mesa y fue padres día así que puedes imaginar que estaba bastante concurrida. El personal era muy servicial. La espera por la comida fue un poco más que normal, pero estaban bien con esto como no habíamos reservado una mesa y el personal era muy tranquilizador. Había un pequeño problema con la comida que había recibido y el personal fijo el tema enseguida y nos proporcionó con bebidas de cortesía. Aparte del pequeño problema de los alimentos es increíble. Nos sentamos y disfrutamos el resto de la comida y no sentirse presionados a salir. El personal era muy amable y me hubiese accedido sus nombres. El personal era muy observador ya que no tienes que conseguir su atención a la pequeña detallitos, sabían que había algo mal. El primer restaurante que he estado en mucho tiempo eran he dejado contentos. La primera vez que me he sentido compilado escribir un comentario también

Tuvimos una comida aquí ayer, patatas fritas, hamburguesa congelaba estaba crudo en el medio. Se quejó a la camarera que rajo la placa de salida de mi mano, me dan un aspecto de leche que agrió y caminamos con un toc. El ambiente era inexistente, dieron una mala sensación el lugar es un poco chunga. Los pocos hombres que estaban en bebiendo en el bar parecía difícil para decir lo menos. No es un lugar que recomendaría a la gente para ir a, sé que no volveré. Creo que me quedaré con el o con Kaggs Belleuve a en el futuro, es un lugar mucho mejor.

Mi consejo y aléjate de este complejo. Está lleno de borrachos, violentos matones que ataque físicamente hombres y mujeres sólo para la diversión. Dirección y personal de apoyo, su comportamiento, incluso ir tan lejos como mintiendo y tratando de cubrir. El personal de seguridad es el peor, cualquier signo de problemas y se esconden detrás de puertas cerradas. Hay bares, mucho más seguros y mejor respetado mejor y restaurantes en esta zona, tome mi consejo, no te arriesgues tratando este lugar, vete a otro sitio!

Had a birthday party for my son food was terrible staff were not helpful my nephew and brother inlaw were put in hospital by a crowd who were at another party management will not return our calls so beware of this place check out the negative reviews on their facebook page

Furniture, fittings and lay-out very attractive and comfortable. Varied menu at competitive prices. Staff efficient and friendly, probably the best we have experienced.

My mate took me here Saturday for a pint and I actually forgot how good it was!! Great memorabilia, fantastic staff and great Guinness. Menu looks superb so will give it a go soon!!!

Decided to treat the family to a night out.Big mistake!Worm in the water, chips cold, everything unseasoned!Food was really poor generally and the Vegetarian tart was just a quiche with sugary sweet onions which was inedible Will not be back to the Thunderdome. Should have left it to mad max

I would just like to say thank you for my 40th Birthday. Everything went so smooth and it was really a fab night to remember. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to all the staff, especially the dj and bar staff for making my party one to remember. The buffet food was being talked about all day yesterday by everyone who attended, absolutely beautiful!

I decided to use the Thunderdome for my wedding reception hosting 70 adults and 12 kids. I have to praise the staff who looked after us the entire day and the food was excellent. The room was done up perfectly for the occasion and looked better than could have been expected in a 5 star hotel. I would recommend the thunderdome as a venue for any special event

We really enjoyed a visit to Trinity restaurant -. The desserts were gorgeous. We also enjoyed the wedding reception we attended later. The 3 course dinner was lovely.

I recently held my wedding reception here for 80 guests. Not one of the guests had a bad thing to say about any of the three courses or the later buffet. Food was piping hot, served quickly and efficiently by caring, pleasant and attentive staff. Vegetable soup was so tasty neither salt or pepper was needed to improve it, served with a warm roll and butter. Stuffed chicken was cooked to perfection, creamed potatoes were the best I have tasted and accompanying vegetables were crisp and flavourful. Now the piece-de-resistance......the dessert! A 4-piece selection of profitterole, tiramasu cheesecake, chocolate cake surrounding a strawberry half and squirt of gorgeous cream was to die for! Later buffet of a selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls, cocktail sausages, chicken goujons and chips helped soak up the alcohol. I cannot praise this place enough!

We were at the thunderstorms last month,staff are polite & menu has a lot to choose from.This establishment has great Entertainment every month you can buy a meal which also includes free bottle of vino. This price includes your entertainment which is great value for couples &friends.pay a visit soon.

We came here for a date night. Just my husband and I. Found it to be very inviting and friendly staff. Great decor and high standard of cleanliness. Food was excellent. Quantity was plentiful. My husband had a full works burger with a fried egg on top. He said it's the best burger he has ever tried and still tells people about it.

Pretty poor. Loud, clattery, poor atmosphere, bad food, etc. The kind of place that's good for kids on a saturday between mall trips or something.

We called in to the thunderdome for dinner after leaving the movie house in glengormley. They had an early bird menu which had a great selection to chose from.We ordered 2 coke an a pint an made are selection from the menu. Our food arrived as a usual was served hot. It is sometimes an issue in other restaurants. Two of us orderd a sweet an a tea and a coffee. Again i know its a simple thing but i love my tea hot which it was. We all injoyed our dinner and ask for our bill it was nice to see it all came to £44.50. You are always made welcome here an it does serve a great pint too. We will be bavk soon.

the food was ok but the service was poor aqt best and the clientele an absolute joke. i mentioned to the guy who i assume was the manaqger about the language of people in the place (we had two children aged 5 and 8 with us) only to be told that THEY RE REGULARS> I CAN HARDLY ASK THEM TO LEAVE. methinks we'll give it a miss next time.

Came here with a group of friends for some food and a night out. Had the steaks in trinity and they were amazing. Lovely chilled out atmosphere to relax and have a good chat over dinner. The sports bar is a great local spot and also worth travelling to for a night out. Must have the biggest and most tv screens for sports. Bar staff and doormen are very welcoming and polite.

We were two couples and three children. Attentive staff and nicely located table. Lots of choice on the menu, both for adults and children. Good service, hot delicious food and courses served with minimum fuss.Glad we chose here and will return.

Not really somewhere I would rush to for a meal, ok the menu selected for event was ok, not to my liking not to say not suit others ! Friendly staff, Decor really depends on your taste

Visited here with family for a special occasion. Packed into long tables like sardines which was uncomfortable especially when you needed to go to toilet. However, maybe not such a bad thing upon getting to toilet as smell of hallway into the toilets was awful to say the least, that is unless you enjoy the smell of urine!!! Appeared to be understaffed, however the staff who were present were quite good actually felt sorry for them. Moreover, the wait for food was simply too long, in fact too long for some of us who simply couldn't wait any longer and left without either having main course and/or dessert! just not acceptable IMO! And whilst the food itself was ok, there is nothing that would make me want to return to eat or drink here as the whole experience was underwhelming if not just downright awful!

the bar has been shrunk somewhat for a restaurant the other side just 2 pool tables now beer prices slowly creeping up small bottles of coors now £3.30 approx. what a mark up 12 bottles of same in the supermarket £7.99.used to be happy here feel pastures new calling

I enjoyed the buffet meal but would have liked the plates to be warmed to keep the meal hot. The ladies toilets were clean but my husband found the gents toilets and floor very dirty. The hall enterence to the toilets had a really bad, strong smell of urine. Ths would be enough to stop me from recommending the Thunderdome for a function.

at first look thought it may have been expensive especially for a lunch, but the menu was very good and reasonably priced especially for what we ate, sorry to say nor room for pudding, service was excellent

Fantastic restaurant with an American twist. Great for family's also. The food is top notch tasty good value. Staff nice and friendly. Toilets very clean. Good parking area. Not a budget meal out but worth the extra few pennies you will pay.

We had a party in McNeill's bar for our granddaughters 18th birthday. We took one of the packages offered. Excellent value. The finger food was really good. Plenty of it and well presented. The young man who manned the bar was amazing. Nothing wasctoo much trouble. McNeill's is a small bar with a limited stock but anything we asked for was made available from the main bar and was brought to us quickly and without fuss. The party was private and the staff ensured that we were able to enjoy it. We couldn't have asked for better. We can thoroughly recommend it for this type of function. Well done folks

I attended a private party here recently, overall it was a good night but when it came to the finger buffet , the chafing dishes were extremely dirty from the beginning and the waiter put the lids on the floor then back on top to keep the food warm, have they never heard of food hygiene or health & safety. Needless to say I did not eat or would I ever hold a function here.

Great show and delicious food. I would highly recommend it for a fun night out with the girls. Good value for money, a main meal and a show for £20.

I held my sons christening party in McNeills bar at the end of February. I agreed beforehand for the buffet food to be served at 3:30pm as we would be arriving hungry after the ceremony at 3pm. On the day the food wasn't served until 4:30. The buffet consisted of chips, sausages, sausage rolls and chicken goujons and there was no choice for any other options. Therefore the buffet was very boring and left vegetarians with nothing but a plate of chips to eat. There was no card machine at the bar in this room and therefore I had to go out to the main bar to buy drinks on my card and carry them into McNeills. To top it all off the staff started to clear the room at 6pm and said they were no longer serving (only an hour and a half after they served the buffet !). I had high hopes for the party but was left highly disappointed and I certainly wouldn't advised anyone to book a party here and definitely not a party involving babies as the staff weren't willing to provide me with boiling water to make or warm bottles therefore leaving me with a crying and hungry baby!

You'll find the thunderdome has something to suit everyone's taste. From the A la Carte trinity restaurant, function room, pool room with big screen tvs or the McNeills bar where there is a beautiful log fire and a wonderful spot to sit with a glass of rosè or pint of Guinness. There's something for everyone. We decided to have our sons christening here on valentines day. We chose to have it in the McNeills bar as it catered for just the right amount of people we invited, and a lovely room with the fire to cosey around. The Thunderdome provided the food which was delicious. The bar is local to us, so my partner and I would use it quite often for a meal or glass of wine. And the reason we are returning customers is the food is beautiful and Kieran the manager and the rest of the staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. So it was a pleasure to have our sons christening here also. Thank you, and we'll see you again soon.

Amazing food as always, staff are always kind and putting the customer 1st for every need, a lot of places fail to do that, but even with the restaurant being in the new Trinity building it's lovely with a touch of homeliness, love this place so much I've been twice in one week. 10 out of 10 for everything.

We had a birthday party for my wife's 40th birthday in McNeill's Bar at The Thunderdome Cafe last week and it was a huge success in no small part thanks to the fantastic service from all the staff. Doormen, Bar staff and management were all very friendly and approachable. the Buffet food was delicious and plentiful. Having won free use of the room via a competition I expected to be left to get on with it. but Kieran the Manager and all his staff were very attentive and definitely done themselves proud and I can guarantee they have gained a lot of new business from our guests who will definitely be back.

I held my son's christening in the large function room of the Thunderdome recently and it was a huge success; Kieran the Manager couldn't be more accommodating and the buffet food just kept on coming. My 150 guests had a fantastic time and i just wanted to say a big thanks to all the team at 'The Dome' :)

We arrived into the new Trinity restaurant just after breakfast but just before lunch. The restaurant was very clean and the staff very helpful. Good choice of breakfasts on the menu and we were also offered items of the lunch menu, which my daughter did avail of. I had poached eggs and crispy bacon with brown bread and it was lovely.Car parking at the front, good food, great staff and reasonably prices. Sure what more could you ask for.

We like this American themed restaurant for it's close location, good food and lively music. The steaks are usually cooked to my preference, I have never had problems with the quality of the food or the service.

Been here a few times would definitely recommend it had our works Christmas dinner on the 18th Dec food was excellent staff friendly and couldn't do enough for us also called in for lunch today but this time we went into the trinity restaurant and again all of above I must also mention the manager who is very friendly ☺ will definitely be back.

We where surprised to visit Trinity. Extremely clean, great menu and outstanding service. My father was home from Spain and wanted a good ole Irish fry. That he did, beautiful breakfast, sodas and everything else was very fresh. Will be back more often.

Good friendly bar with excellent bar food and lots of sports channels. Fed up going to see Man U getting beat but that's not the fault of the bar

Went for family meal not great music too loud FILHad to turn his hearing aid off service pretty poor waited a long time for order to be taken. Place severly lacked ambience and when food arrived was just ok except for my husbands roast beef which he said was amazing which is high praise for him. Wouldn't reccemmend this restaurant unless you weren't that hungry and wanted roast beef.

Myself & 13 girls had a fantastic evening the event was for my daughters birthday, the meal was outstanding couldnt fault it.The service & the staff/management were very attentive & friendly. Will definitely be back.

I have been back to Trinity at the Thunderdome as often as i could. The food, staff and atmosphere of the place is amazing. Have to say im a fan of the rivs they serve as a starter. I nearly did not have room for my main meal(but i perservered. I will eat in this restruant every oppertunity i get. Cant wait for my Christmas dinner next week.

Visited the Thunderdome for the first time ever on Friday, November 20 for an early Christmas Dinner night out. Six of us went to the Elvis Spectacular Christmas Show and I really cannot believe how good this place is. The 4-course meal was exceptionally high quality and absolutely beautiful. The staff were friendly and courteous and the entertainment and atmosphere was superb. We really did have a fantastic night. The restaurant and bar are modern and clean, as were the toilet facilities and there is an outdoor sheltered smoking area. I must also mention the door staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. Anyone looking for a good night out really should pay them a visit, whether it's for food or just for a friendly drink. I cannot recommend the Thunderdome highly enough and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone and myself and my wife will definitely be back.

Christmas dinner there last year, the excuse for my woeful start was they gave my order to someone else at a different table, I had to wait and got my starter as the rest of my party got their desert. I was not compensated in anyway. There was a hair in my cheesecake, I did not want another. I went to the bathroom to find a used sanitary towel lying on the floor and no toilet roll available either. The time before that I had been my meal was okay, if okay is plastic still being on the cucumber in your salad.. I have learnt my lesson well and truly now.

I held my 18th Birthday Party in the Thunderdome's function room on Saturday night! It was a great night from the set up of the room to the friendly staff! Not to mention the food was lovely! The room accommodated 100+ guests and allowed plenty of room for a photobooth, sweet cart, dance floor and they've their own stage for the DJ. Would definitely recommend it!

Have to say I love this place, was back again last night for the fourth party we have had there, a combined 40th and 21st birthday party, and as always the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The food was awesome and plenty of it and the music suited everyone. Will absolutely go back again, wouldn't go anywhere else for a special occasion, thank you Thunderdome !!!

We decided to hold our Daughters Christening here and were delighted with the service, quality of food and value. All our guests commented on the lovely food. Couldnt fault anything. Thank You Thunderdome.

Went here after my daddy's funeral and were treated so well.They couldn't do enough for us between the beautiful food, the amazing staff,allowing us to move into McNeills bar for a sing song, connecting the music from the juke box into the function room. I came here with my fiancee and some of his family yesterday, going in originally for late breakfast but it became early Sunday lunch. The food was absolutely lovely. The restaurant is very clean and it is an interesting mix of Irish and 50s/60s USA with regards to the decor, and 60s music was playing. The restaurant is very family friendly which is great for us as we sometimes take our nephew out with us. The staff are lovely and friendly and really look after you.The portion sizes are very generous and the price is decent. The only suggestion I would make is there are no offers on the menu- it is divided into sections but there are no offers on two courses for a certain price and I would have expected something like that, but that really is a minor criticism. I would highly recommend eating here.

Myself and my mother went for lunch here today and I must say its theNicest place in newtownabbey to eat. The food and plates where piping hot, the food was really tasty and good portions. The staff are a credit also very well mannered and polite . Looking forward to my next visit !!! Keep up the good work :)

Exellent service, great staff, food and drinks. Gluten free tray bakes were amazing. Trinty menu was mouth watering. Whole family enjoyed the atmosphere of Trinity. Well worth visit. Cant wait to return.

Excellent! Had our first meal here tonight and we will definitely be back. I had Bruschetta starter. (Hubby didnt have one cause he wouldnt be able to eat his main if he had one!). Anyway there was loads so he was able to have a bit and it was delicious. Got fillet steak, asked for medium and it was cooked to perfection. Dessert was Alabama fudge cake with ice cream. (Hubby didnt order one cause he wouldnt be able to manage it, but asked the waitress for an extra dessert spoon!) Am I ever glad she brought that extra spoon! It was so nice and that I would never have been able to leave any, and there was so much of it that I would now be Mrs Creosote!!!

We have eaten in the Thunderdome before but on this occasion we were shown to a new part called Trinity. Very classy, new décor and a new style from the old place. We were made very welcome. The food was excellent and the staff could not have been friendlier. Loved the background music - it was a mix of classic late ‘60s. Seats were comfortable. Not much more to say other than we will be back. The bill was not excessive. Just one suggestion – not a criticism- I ordered the BBQ wings. They were excellent. Could a messy eater like me have a wet wipe or finger bowl?

From walkin in the doors u R hit wiv delicious small a mixed with nostalgia so impressive is its starlite ceiling n full motorbikes n boxing legends n movie stars u cud spend a lotta time jus looking around as for the service very attentive n the mixed starter for 2 is an fab wiv my personal fav being the nachos the actual meals consisted of one fry n one roast beef n once again as expected n faultless il return any day !!!!

Have not been here for a few years last time was awful. Used to b you ate in the bar among rowdy ppl. Bar staff then were really rude. However went on Tuesday 8th Sept lunchtime on a whim. The service was second to none, the food was scrumptious and plenty of it! You do not eat in the bar anymore but up a slope to a dining area Highly recommend for food and service and the price? Soo reasonable for lovely good food, try it. U will not b disappointed!!!

My Wife had the Seafood pasta which she thought was delicious, her only complaint was that there was just too much. Not a bad complaint.I had Chicken Stack. Good prompt and pleasant service.Will be back.

ON Thursday night my partner and I returned to the Restaurant and had another great meal. So if you would like a great meal in pleasant surroundings would recommend that you visit and try yourself don't think that you will be disappointed. Also Friday and Saturday nights there is live entertainment on so give it a go.

Just up at thunder dome my hubbey robert and i went in sat down waited for a we tick then waiter came over took our we order of what we wanted ..waited another we tick for our we meal comming out then we meal came out very nice if i do say so myself lol enjoyed the sweet and tea and coffee afterward.. would come up again some time.

We recently held our son's 21st Birthday party at the Thunderdome following the great success of his 18th party also here. Ciaran, his staff and Martin the DJ catered for us extremely well in all aspects including the room, the food (which there was plenty off) and the music. My son and his friends, who have learning dificulties, had a fantastic time in a safe and friendly environment along with our family and friends. A truly memorable occasion. Went there tonight & I will not be back. Shockingly bad service/manners. When waitress arrived with drinks I asked for a straw for my 4yr old & she replied I was going to ask you that anyway..why would you say that. Took quite a while for our main courses to arrive & when they did they weren't great. Chips were black in a lot of places & my steak pie had soggy pastry. My son was still eating when a waiter came over & tried to lift our plates. I told him we hadn't finished & he went away but 1 min later another waiter came over & lifted our plates. This is basic manners you do not lift plates until everyone has finished.We will not be back.

We had heard it wasn't great but decided to try it ourselves. Maybe we shouldn't have bothered?BBQ ribs very dry and certainly did not "fall off the bone" as the menu promised. Not enought BBQ sauce and had a lot of gristle/cartlidge. This part is supposed to be removed before cooking! Also ordered Chicken in Foccacia bread. What came was ciabata. Totally different types of bread!Neither meal was appetising and both were overpriced. £32 for 2 mains and soft drinks!! I will say the waitress was nice but seemed to be rushed off her feet doing everything. Not sure where the other staff went to, but they left her to look after all the customers alone.Won't be back.

Just gotta say that Beth and I go in kinda often for a wee nibble and has always been good .....we love the atmosphere eating in the sports bar instead of the restaurant ....we like a bitta noise and craic! Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly and big plans underway for new restaurant/bar layout.........owner real nice guy and even give us sample taste of new upcoming menu....a bitta everything for everyone!

We have avoided the thunderdome for many years because of bad food and very noisy atmosphere. But we decided to give it another go and I was pleasantly surprised we picked from the early evening menu great value and though the food is sort of american diner it was good. The staff were very friendly and the noisy atmosphere is gone. We would definitely go back.

Lovely food, great decor and amazing staff. Really love this place can't wait to go back. Very retro and amazing detail. Food is generous portions and good value.

We have been to the Thunderdome dozens of times and have had consistant excellent food and service. A very friendly atmosphere and staff. Can't wait to return

Hosted a hen party in here for 25 rowdy hens, the manager Ciaran could not have been more accommodating, offering us a set function menu and wine for a very reasonable price, making allowances for tee totalers and making substitutions. The table was set up nicely, wine laid out and Ciaran was on hand throughout the meal making sure everyone had everything they needed. The quality of the food was very good, arrived quickly (for such a large table) and was piping hot. Even though it was a set menu, there was still a good number of options, and everyone found something suitable. After the meal, we were ushered to the VIP area beside the dancefloor.They were happy to allow us a couple of dance-o-grams in the main bar, and the DJ worked with the dancers to play the correct music. The only element that was missing for a Saturday night was other customers. There were only a few other diners/drinkers throughout the night, which, while it meant no queues at the bar, lead to a slight lack of atmosphere. I have been in many other times with plenty of people and the place is buzzing. So come on people, support your local bars and restaurants!

Food in this establishment is good, though the over use of a microwave detracts from the quality of the meal. The ambience can be severely disrupted by parents who fail to keep young children under control. In my opinion it is best to visit during school hours or after young children should be in bed.

Starters where lovely, mains were not so nice, once we made the compliant to the dark haired waitress who was nothing but nice the whole time, she spoke to the manager and he approached us, after going to 'speak' to the chef he came back and stated that the chef said there was nothing wrong with the food, not only was he not understanding but he was very ignorant to, we have been here a few times and never had this problem but will not be back, the two waiting staff were lovely but the managers attitude and customer service were disgraceful!!!!
