excellent customer service best burger i’ve had in a while

Taste wise it was ok, but the beef rib meat was dry like it was old and a bit tough. Staff were great but needs a better chef my companions seemed happier with their meals so maybe it was that one dish can't say for sure not going to actively return but wouldn't rule it off.

Disgusting toilets obviously not cleaned from the night before. Sticky menus. Get the impression it's more a bar, diet coke was flat and watery. Would not go again or recommend.

2017 Very poor. An hour in and still no food. Staff waltz around but don't seem to actually do anything. 2019. the staff were better at attending you, the food was ok, nothing overly special, but overcharged on the receipt. corrected immediately but shouldn't have happened. whilst waiting, i was told to always check my bill as they often add drinks that you have not had by another customer. this may be a genuine error in the bar/waiting staff but seems off that i was warned as it happened to me. 2024. Terrible establishment, booked lunchtime for a table. Got all the way to restaurant and it to be cancelled due to being over booked. Avoid the shambles of management

Lovely place and staff are great however their price increase are just terrible. A union should be to serve students not for profits. Used to love coming here but it’s becoming too unaffordable for students to visit this ‘student’ bar!

Not a bad night but no locks on toilet doors

Ok food. Nice restaurant. Slow service. Poor beer choice that day and expensive for mainstream lagers. Poor ale choice.
