Kaspa's Desserts in Sheffield

Daughter and I went for a dessert after swimming. Staff were accommodating (a side of strawberries for my daughter) and, as the title says, the food looked like the pictures!! Also tasted great (bueno waffle) and I think was perfectly reasonable price-wise (2 of us shared 1 waffle & ice cream for £10). Hannah says: one of the best best restaurants.

I've been here a couple of times with my daughters (once with my youngest, and once with my eldest, so they only came once each but I've been twice, tee hee!) The place is very glitzy looking inside. Lots of pink, black, and sparkles. It looks very clean and we were served this time by Ashok, who was very friendly and helpful. The menu on first glance seems quite expensive, and I suppose it is, but it's kind of a restaurant so I guess you're paying restaurant prices. However, everything I've ordered here has been delicious (a Pistachio Nut Delight sundae last time, and a Lemon Crepe with a coke float today). Very indulgent, but I've never left feeling "sugared out". My only serious complaint is regarding allergens. My youngest daughter has a dairy allergy and Kaspa's has literally just one dairy free dessert on the menu. Ten years ago I could have understood that but these days high quality dairy free/vegan ice cream is commonplace. It would be very easy to offer pancakes, waffles, crepes etc, which were dairy free with fruit and sauces. I'd bring my eldest back if it was just the two of us but if we're looking for a treat with my youngest we'd look somewhere else. Come on Kaspa's, it's 2022! Anyway, apart from that I can't fault the place. It's a great place for a sweet treat. Enjoy!

Collecting an order and was abruptly told to wait in another area even though other customers were waiting in the same area. When questioned why I need to do this, they said there is a sign to wait in another area and the member of staff took the time to walk me round and show me the sign however the sign DID NOT exist so what he said did not make sense and singled me out of all the people in the waiting area! Very rude unprofessional staff, do not recommend and will not be visiting again!

They offer the best desserts and the customer services are awesome. I will highly recommend everyone to try them

What a shame. My two teenage daughters and friend decided to treat themselves to a nice place to go and enjoy a few sweet treats. They were met with surly, unhelpful staff who made sure their trip was the opposite of what they were hoping for. I am not sure who manages this particular franchise but I can't see it staying open much longer.

Best waffles ever tried,milkshakes were out class. Relaxing environment and hygiene was really good. Order was served in short time and served fresh and hot. Staff was pleasant and kids enjoyed a lot.

Visited here with my family for breakfast and I was impressed with the ambiance of the place. The staff was very courteous and responsive. The kids had Ruby pancakes and strawberry indulgence waffles while we had the strawberry crepe. I must say that we all enjoyed our order to the fullest till the last bite. Last but not the least, Bubblelicious sundae and hot fudge were like cherry on the cake. We shall definitely visit the place again. Strongly recommended.

We visited for an afternoon treat with family, it was the first visit for everyone. The location was great with plenty of free parking. A friendly greeting and we were quickly at a table. There was lots of options on the menu and between us we had waffles, sundaes, cookies and apple crumble slice - it all went down well. Waffles and sundae were the better options. Order at the counter and the food is served quickly. Bottled tap water and glasses were available which we took advantage of. It is a lovely treat but the cost does add up for a family so we definitely class it as a treat rather than it being a regular visit. We will definitely returning.
