I have no words to describe how lovely and beautiful this hotel is. The room we stayed had the best view I could imagine and a baroque atmosphere was cherry on top. The staff members were lovely and friendly especially the lady who served us dinner and the other lady in breakfast, I wish I could know their names to thank them personally. We will definitely visit again and hopefully we can stay for more days cause a place like this is a once and a life experience

Our local fish and chips - food is amazing, especially the loaded spicy fries. 100% out go to for a takeaway and the customer service is amazing, feel part of the family when you walk in

After being shut fur a refurb for a month, it was absolutely shocking! We waited 1 hour 15 minutes for food. They ran out of cauliflower starter & also chocolate dessert. Main meal Sunday serving board was poor & very little vegetables. The men’s toilets were totally disgusting! Ruined what was a good restaurant!

Nos encanta American Diners, pero como nuestro viaje de larga distancia está llegando a su fin e íbamos de compras decidimos visitar Mollies después de verlo en un artículo. El lugar es muy bueno y replica a los comensales modernos, habíamos reservado así que nuestra mesa estaba lista para nosotros. La cabina era amplia, cómoda y limpia. El camarero estaba bien, pero tenía una voz muy suave que en un ambiente ruidoso era un poco desafiante. Pedimos bebidas que llegaron bastante pronto, pero fueron entregadas por otra persona que no pudo confirmar que el café era como pedimos, un solo trago negro, resultó ser demasiado fuerte para mi esposa y se necesitaron dos solicitudes para obtener un poco de agua caliente para ello. Pedimos nuestras comidas principales, mi esposa no podía tener lo que quería, ya que nos dijeron que estaba pre-preparado y tenía mayonesa, no es alérgica a él, pero simplemente no le gusta, por lo que eligió los tiernos de pollo. Estos llegaron sin nada con ellos solo las licitaciones, que estaban bien pero muy claras. Me dijeron que mi elección de vientre de cerdo no estaba disponible, en realidad, un sábado a la hora del almuerzo? Así que pedí un hot dog de queso con papas fritas. Estaba bien, pero el plato estaba un poco desnudo, sólo una fina rebanada de pepinillo. Las otras dos comidas se veían bien y estaban como ordenadas, así que no hay quejas, aunque las hamburguesas son un poco pequeñas. Pedimos tres postres, un helado expreso, un gofre y un merengue de limón. El helado llegó sin el café Kailua (£ 3 ) que se había pedido y mi gofre llegó sin el jarabe de arce, tuvimos que llamar a alguien para que los trajera. En general estaba bien, pero le faltaba el estilo y la atención al detalle que hubiera esperado, no debería tener que seguir recordando al personal lo que ha pedido. Los precios son un poco altos.

We became a bit concerned when we arrived at this restaurant above the Horse Shoe Pub in Chipping sodbury High Street and there was no one there. It was empty. Down stairs the pub was rammed with revellers enjoying the live music. Trying to fins the restaurant was a bit complicated as it didn't seem to be clear where we had to go and we wandered around the pub for a while trying to get our bearings. Eventually we found a door that led to some steep steps which would make this a difficult venue for anyone disabled or in a chair. The stairs were steep and at the top was a sign telling us to wait here to be seated. We rang a small bell and a lady came and showed us to our table in a completely empty dining room. This sounded the alarm bells. why was there no one else dining? It was a reasonably attractive room but very cold as the window was open and several of the seats had rips in the cushions? The sound of the band from down below was extremely loud and made talking a bit difficult. We were given menus and immediately told some of the dishes were off. Ratatouille, Fillet, T bone and Rib Eye were all unavailable. Undeterred we ordered 2 Monk Fish, one Sea Bass and one Pork medallion. The server came back to tell us the Monk Fish was also off. So we ordered another Pork and a Sirloin steak with Bourbon BBQ Sauce? Then we waited. for over an hour actually. Our server brought us a bowl of Crisps to keep us going. Eventually when the food arrived it was very disappointing. The Sea Bass was actually so small it would have made a good starter or a Tapas dish but it went nowhere near a main course. They delivered the 8oz Rump and not the 14oz Sirloin. There were no sides, no additional dishes to compliment the mains and the Portions were very small. The Pork was over cooked and dry and the Asparagus was stone cold. There was enough Hollandaise Sauce to feed a dozen people and none of us even tried it. When asked by our server if our meal was OK we did tell her it was cold and that the wait had been far too long. She said they had staff problems and there was only one chef on duty. However, she did agree not to charge for the wine as a good will gesture. This wasn't the '5 star dining experience' we were promised and there were mistakes at every level. I do hope they can resolve these issues or their new venture will be short lived. I think they are trying to do too much, Pub, Music, Wine bar, BBQ food , fine dining. They need to decide what they want to deliver and stick to that. The Hill Top Restaurant was I'm afraid a step too far.

Worse KFC i have ever been to….burger is so old,and not properly made,my meal was prepared in less than 2 minutes…and the service we received is unprofessional,

Great food and great atmosphere, the waitress Ella was really friendly and checked on us whilst we ate to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything else

Awful Service! Got my meal a minute after my partner ordered and they didn’t get their meal for 10 minutes and i went up to asked about his meal and all I got was dirty looks from this one member of staff and the whole time we were there she just kept staring at the two of us. Working in customer service myself this was an awful display and food was not up to standards!

No volveremos por muchas razones, incluyendo el precio y la calidad de la bebida. Pero el principal fue la actitud del personal y los insultos fuertes delante de mi hijo de 5 años. Totalmente innecesario y se sentía como si nos estuvieran sirviendo un montón de niños de la escuela presumiendo.

May have been done up but really slow service for foot take aways. No progress there. Always long waits.its ok for sitters and Uber but the hungry have to wait.

We were so impressed with the service and cleanliness of this KFC during our visit in early January 2025. The manager took our order at the till and was so helpful. We needed a change to the usual chicken burger and the manager couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Also, when we have visited this restaurant in the past, it has been a bit on the grubby side, but this time, it was spotless and the staff were keeping on top of clearing tables. I was really impressed, it made for a very positive dining experience.
