The Sunday carvery lunch was great value for the price with different sizes Children’s or regular & large you can also have extra stuffing, Yorkshire & gravy. I ordered on Saturday & Georgia was very helpful great you can pay with cash or card . I had pork & turkey & hubby had pork beef & gammon the meat was tender served with roast parsnips & potato cabbage sprouts carrots mashed swede cauliflower cheese peas stuffing Yorkshire & gravy which was still hot after we collected roast . Portions were massive so leftovers will make another meal ! 9/10 Will defo be returning soon keep up the good work .

We had the takeaway Sunday carvery. Everything about it was fantastic, I messaged to order my meal on Sunday morning ( they do recommend you message the day before but I wasn’t aware at the time) and I had a reply back very quickly confirming my order and collection time. The collection process was very well organised. The meals were fantastic value for money. A superb selection of veg and the turkey was juicy and not dry. I had the nut roast which was lovely. The portions are very generous so be hungry before you start ! The packaging was all recyclable which is very important to me. You can have your meal delivered for a small fee too.Highly recommended and we will be doing again.

We enjoyed a nice meal here and had a selection of dishes from the tapas section of the menu. The restaurant area was empty on a Friday evening which was surprising but meant we got very attentive service! The bill was very reasonable and we left happy and full.

My daughter and I called in on the offchance as we hadn't booked. We were given a warm welcome and had one of the best carveries I've tasted... not mass produced like some, but proper home cooked food... a choice of 4 meats including lamb, a good selection of veg and potatoes all cooked perfectly. Very friendly staff and a competitive price. Would definitely recommend.

We recently had our wedding at Berwick Lodge and I cannot recommend this venue enough! Georgia and Rhiannon made everything really smooth, took care of all the details and made us feel very happy and confident with everything. One of the most important things for us was having a fully vegan wedding, and the team at Berwick Lodge went above and beyond!! The food was delicious, filling and we didn't really have to worry about anything- they had plenty of amazing options for us!! The rooms at Berwick Lodge are all stunning and we couldn't be happier with how everything went. Highly recommend Berwick Lodge if you're looking for wedding venues!!

27 Badminton RoadFirst time ordering from Good Frydays and we are very pleased with our food! The chips were proper chip shop chips that you used to get years ago, the cod was huge & tasty and the curry sauce was delicious! Our food arrived at in a very good time considering it was a Saturday. 10/10* we will definitely be back! Thank you for making our Saturday evening enjoyable :)

A 4018 Mollies Bristol Cribbs Causeway Cribbs CausewayWent in for breakfast as my husband wouldn’t stop talking about having a ‘roadside American diner experience’ for his birthday, with refillable coffee specifically. Unfortunately, the over all vibe from the staff was very depressing, not even a single smile. When he asked for a refill on the coffee, the waitress told us she’ll be right back and then ignored us for the rest of our stay there, avoiding any eye with us. After about half an hour of trying to get some attention from any member of the staff we gave up and left. Never had a refill on the so called “refillable” coffee that we paid for. It’s a shame, because the food itself was lovely, but the whole experience was ruined by the staff who seemed like they’re all suffering from a group hangover - walking like zombies, avoiding any eye contact, constantly staring into the floor or the plates they were carrying and not engaging with the guests (or us at least) at all.

10 Gloucester Road, AlmondsburyWent for a pizza and a couple of pints on Thursday evening as I had heard a lot of good stuff about this establishment. Some friendly customers made me feel welcome, and the cheerful and efficient staff makes it easy to see why the recent award for best family pub and runner-up for best community pub came about.
