Family meal for 6 with 2 young children and we were waited on hand and foot from start to finish. Everyone’s roast dinner was outstanding, great value for money and highly recommended, we will definitely revisit .

We came in a few weeks ago. Asked for a last minute charcuterie board and it was amazing. Great music, cocktails and atmosphere. We only intended to pop in for one or two and ended up staying most the evening. Look forward to next time 🍸

A Birthday Meal to Remember at Miller & Carter, Weston Gateway We recently celebrated my son's birthday at Miller & Carter in Weston Gateway, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. Having had a positive experience previously, my son insisted we return for his special day, and the team did not disappoint. From the outset, Kayleigh was exceptional. Before our visit, she corresponded with us via email, taking the time to understand our dietary requirements and ensuring everything was tailored to our needs. Her professionalism and attention to detail set the stage for a remarkable dining experience. The chef at Miller & Carter deserves high praise. Every dish was cooked to perfection, meeting the precise preferences of each family member. My daughter's specific requirements on how her food should be cooked, my son's unique needs for food preparation and presentation, and my preference for not being overwhelmed by too much food were all met with exceptional care. It’s impressive how the kitchen managed to accommodate our varied tastes, a feat I've laboured to perfect at home over many years! Manager Andy and his team of waitresses were bright, thoughtful, and considerate, enhancing our dining experience with their attentive service. The restaurant was bustling, yet the quality of food and service never wavered, demonstrating the team's competence and dedication. It’s clear that the staff and management at Miller & Carter take great pride in their work, delivering consistently high standards whether during peak or quieter times. This visit was a testament to their commitment to excellence and genuine passion for customer service. Thank you, Miller & Carter, for making my son’s birthday meal so special. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Great breakfasts after a lovely dog walk on the sands. Staff are superb, friendly and welcoming. Food is excellent as is the cleanliness. You won’t be disappointed if you pick this promenade cafe for a refuel.

We were just out of the normal dining area which was good because it was fully booked. We had 4 excellent roast dinners with good and efficient service and good value, Will go back to try the normal week day menu , Regards JF

Great facility, exceptional staff, clean showers and well stocked shop and pub. Good location for beaches, Cheddar gorge and Wookie hole.

No esperaba mucho. Quedarse aquí. Vuelo cancelado (gracias Francia). No de buen humor. Elegimos ravioles porcini. Agotado. Pero. . . . Luego fuimos por 2 entrantes. Kofta de cordero con hummus de pimiento rojo y tzatsiki, y pan con aceitunas y ajo mejor. Realmente bueno. El tzatsiki fue fantástico. Como un yogur líquido de ajo. Escuché a muchas personas decir lo buenos que eran sus platos principales. Claramente un buen chef.

Overall ok place but only because we had a 50% off voucher. If we had paid full price we wouldn't have been happy with the food. I can see the vision of a fancier menu but the food wasn't the best quality and the roast dinner we had wasn't great at all. The wine however was lovely. Our server, Maisie, was lovely and did a great job. There was a couple behind us who were being so difficult but Maisie and the Manager handled it really well. Unfortunately, I've been charged twice and waiting on a chargeback from the bank. Not the servers fault at all, the signal for the card machine wasn't great in the garden room so maybe ensure you go inside to pay. We'd definitely return for some drinks in the sun but the sunday dinner at least wasn't what we'd go for again. Lovely outside terrace but also be aware it is a pay to park site.

So… we had the time of our lives at Southbound Sedgemoor… and had very high hopes… we bigged it up to our friends and brought them along to Northbound… it did not live up the hype. Lack of selfie wall is definitely brought down the vibes. But the breakfast bar at Starbucks is a big win and the crew enjoyed their paninis. Appreciate the toy car by the front door giving fun chill vibes but still no southbound.

Surprised at how bad these reviews are! I specially found this place on Google to review it after visiting yesterday. It is literally the best KFC I have ever had, first time I have had a hot and crispy chicken burger, clearly cooked fresh which was great. Tables were also clean despite it being relatively busy. I tend to find that KFC varies a lot between branches, but this is the best experience I have had so far, long may it continue!

Absolutely awful service, staff not trained properly, need to be retrained. Management just as bad. Incorrect order. Couldn't get order right twice. Simple order a mega box. No apology. Disgusting.
