Amazing kebab house. Never had a bad one. The guys are friendly as hell, great service and even though most people would prefer a shish - I just love their chicken doner. Amazing lads!

Worst Chinese takeaway I have ever had. Rice tasted boiled not fried. Sauces like water and no flavour and to top it off, Chicken was barely cooked enough. Ended up throwing 90% of it away. Not recommended.

A Birthday Meal to Remember at Miller & Carter, Weston Gateway We recently celebrated my son's birthday at Miller & Carter in Weston Gateway, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. Having had a positive experience previously, my son insisted we return for his special day, and the team did not disappoint. From the outset, Kayleigh was exceptional. Before our visit, she corresponded with us via email, taking the time to understand our dietary requirements and ensuring everything was tailored to our needs. Her professionalism and attention to detail set the stage for a remarkable dining experience. The chef at Miller & Carter deserves high praise. Every dish was cooked to perfection, meeting the precise preferences of each family member. My daughter's specific requirements on how her food should be cooked, my son's unique needs for food preparation and presentation, and my preference for not being overwhelmed by too much food were all met with exceptional care. It’s impressive how the kitchen managed to accommodate our varied tastes, a feat I've laboured to perfect at home over many years! Manager Andy and his team of waitresses were bright, thoughtful, and considerate, enhancing our dining experience with their attentive service. The restaurant was bustling, yet the quality of food and service never wavered, demonstrating the team's competence and dedication. It’s clear that the staff and management at Miller & Carter take great pride in their work, delivering consistently high standards whether during peak or quieter times. This visit was a testament to their commitment to excellence and genuine passion for customer service. Thank you, Miller & Carter, for making my son’s birthday meal so special. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Firstly I have been going to Papas for around 15 years and have had lovely meals As I am older now I ordered a pensioner special. There was hardly any fish to speak of and when I complained for the first time ever the waitress stated the poor quality fish was a ‘deal’ for pensioners ( the tail instead of just a smaller portion) . She did nothing in fact I then had to speak to another employee who substituted another nice piece of cod and I agreed to pay the full price. The said waitress then came back and was I felt quite rude to me. As I have come for many years I was left feeling I did not want to come back mainly due to the attitude of that waitress!

We had a gorgeous meal here today. The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. I’d happily give this 10 stars if I could. Can’t wait to go back for more 😋

Amazing place stuff very friendly quietly and very nice food

Purely by chance we were on the seafront in Clevedon and spotted 5 the Beach. On going in, it was pretty busy and we were lucky to get seated... The waitresses wasted no time in taking our order and were extremely friendly and helpful . Straight away we felt at home and loved the decor, especially the mirror tiles on each end of the restaurant which gave it a much bigger feel My Goats cheese,red pepper baguette came in very quick time and was great, my wife had toasted teacakes...+ Two coffees.. Everybody who was in the restaurant seemed very happy .. Would like to try other things on the menu ....there will be a next time...we were well impressed....the waitress recommended booking in advance to get a table especially as it can be very popular.!! Looking forward to another visit before long .👍

Slightly over expensive on the food and drinks, but can't fault selections of them, and the staff really do make this place amazing.

6 adults and 2 children all served professionally at the same time with great food. Total bill was less than £150 including drinks. A great locals gastro pub, highly recommended.

Came here at the weekend after a dog walk and we’re pleasantly surprised! Lucky to sit outside with no rain we enjoyed a coffee and toasties. Both super tasty and well priced. We will defo be back!

We visited here with our camper van on a stop over. Phoned ahead to check it was OK to park overnight and were assured it was not a problem. The staff were cheery and welcoming. There was a great choice on the menu, as well as a specials board. Generous portions and good value for money. A popular place for locals given that although it was mid week, all but one table was occupied. Highly recommended! Great food, great place, and great people!
