Friendly staff nice pizza and kebabs does the job

Normally very last few meals been amazing and perfect this meal tonight was vile and disgusting. Chicken donar wrap wasn't rolled properly it was like a pancake and opened chips were very few and reheated chips from day before. Chicken burger and chips was disgusting chicken burger was horrible tasted funny and gone off like it was out of date chips were vile and reheated from the day before burger bun was hard and stale not happy avoid won't be back here again

Order at 8pm for delivery at 10pm… Sharp 10pm driver was outside…just after I finished my zoom meeting… Weston grill thank you so much for delicious dinner… much needed after a busy day..

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!! I spent 45 minutes on and off the phone to the delivery person who was very rude. I waited outside on the street, I messaged the driver with the address and a picture from Google maps. When I rang the restaurant, I was given verbal abuse from the man who answered the phone. He shouted very loudly, accusing me of giving the wrong address and never to order from them again, he then slammed the phone down. It’s rude and inappropriate. I feel insulted by the treatment I received from this place. I work in healthcare and wouldn’t dream of speaking to anyone the way the owner spoke to me.

Wouldn't even give a star but had to, to post something but the bloke who owns it is disgusting and horrible to customers, the food is awful and he sneezes and coughs in peoples food, seen him do it half a dozen times when walking past, dont understand how hes still open for business, worst place and person ever

Ordered online, ordered from the WRAP section, got delivered a tray instead and was shouted at and told it was not his problem and to blame myself and Uber eats 😂 rude angry man who was ‘not shouting’ at the top of his voice Wraps are usually good shame the man on the phone was having a bad day and hates his customers

Absolutely disgusting customer service.. Ordered a kebab through just eat but it said collection only.. Only then did I realise this.. When I rang the takeaway requesting for a refund, the manager screamed and shouted over me and I was getting very annoyed by the way I was spoken too.. I still haven't received my refund so not impressed at all!!!!

Ordered for delivery on their own website, they took the money, but set it as a collection. So, when I rang up, the dude would NOT let me speak and spoke over me and said he will not deliver,I went on to ask for my refund but he slammed the phone down! Tried calling back several times to which he ignored and I’m left with nothing to eat and no money! Absolute douches.

I bought a kebab wrap for my autistic son. He is a fussy eater but he ate all of it without having an episode. Would highly recommend the wrap

Had food before which was really nice so ordered again. So disappointed, the chips were hard and tasteless, the pitta bread was overdone and the garlic mayonnaise had no flavour to it, will not order again,

Nice food but a total arrogant delivery driver . I do delivery myself and would never treat a customer like the way I was treated . He missed out on a 5 pounds tip cus of his arrogance

Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered 2 pizzas and one came with mushrooms which weren't requested. They also came practicly folded in half and mushed so I phoned up to ask for replacements and I'll give them the pizzas back and I got shouted at down the phone by what I could only assume was the manager so much that my mum had to take over to help with the situation. They agreed to send out another 2 pizzas and when the driver arrived he had only sent out one of the pizzas which arrived exactly the same anyways. Will not be ordering from here again and I will be telling people about my experience with weston grill. Worse service I've ever received.

Always enjoy ordering food from here. The staff are always very friendly. Great range of items such as pizzas, burgers and kebabs. Really reasonably priced. It's also very clean inside which is good to see, highly recommended

I have had a delivery. Pizza not cooked and soggy, garlic bread small amount in the middle. Chips all dried up. I called restaurant staff very rude.

Don’t order from this place had tonnes of grease dripping down my pitta and in my kebab meat poor tasting food and make me sick after , would not reccomend 🤢🤮

We often have pizza from here and it's certainly a cheaper alternative to Dominos. Well worth the money and very well prepared!
