No esperaba mucho. Quedarse aquí. Vuelo cancelado (gracias Francia). No de buen humor. Elegimos ravioles porcini. Agotado. Pero. . . .

I recently visited Bristol Airport Holiday Inn for a breakfast with my friends. We parked our car outside the hotel and mentioned about it to the person in the restaurant that we arrived by car and told him our registration number. He just said "ok" - and continued his duties. We figured out that it was ok, since signs outside said that we have to inform staff about our arrival to get free parking - and anyway we ment to be there just only half an hour or so. So, our trip continued and finally was over and we returned to Finland. Within a week or so, I got a message from SIXT that they've paid the parking ticket of £100 and their charge handling it, £30. I was confused what has happened, but finally got information that ParkingEye Limited has sent an invoice (or a ticket) to the owner (which was Sixt because the car was rental) because we had parked without necessary permit to hotel parking lot. I immediately told them that this was not true - we parked the car to get a breakfast (included the receipt from the restaurant to my mail) and told about it to the member of the staff. In three weeks they finally told me that they were going to refund me £80 of the money (so in fact, robbing me £20). I'm not sure if Sixt will refund me their charge of £30 because the refund is not full. I'm writing this because Holiday Inn in Bristol never helped me with this. I sent them a message through email and FB - and never got a single response about them. All I needed was them to say their service provider (Parking Eye) that theres no reason to do this and they've backed off. Now I basically was a victim of (legal?) robbery in your parking lot and your company just is escaping the responsibility.

Staff polite, efficient, friendly and attentive. Ordered the Bristol burger and the Hunters Chicken Burger which came to us in good time and was well cooked and presented. The aioli has quite a kick to it, but all good. We were too full for dessert. Would happily eat here again.

Arrived at 9.00PM, Restaurant takes last orders at 10.00. One Waitress was reasonably Grumpy without being rude, the other was quite polite. Ordered a Chicken Wing starter which was probably too much for a single starter, really enjoyed it though. The Lamb main course was out moments after the starter was taken away, far to quick. It was also quite under cooked. As soon as I finished I was asked if I wanted the Bill, rather strange not to offer a dessert or Coffee!? I had a coffee at the Bar after being asked to leave the Restaurant as they were trying to lay the tables for Breakfast.

I was on way to Bristol Airport for a business trip and was early, so I stopped and popped into this place. The buffet style breakfast was very nice & hot, well presented. Lots of choice, as you would expect for a Holiday Inn, and the Cost of £12.50 per Person. which included all food and as much Tea or Coffee as you wanted. Car Parking was free to Customers, which i good. The food was really tasty and freshly prepared. Usual traditional English Breakfast, Eggs, Bacon, Very nice sausages, Fresh Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Baked Beans, & Hash Browns, along with toast, fresh yogurt, fruits, & cold meats. The only criticism was the bacon was very fatty. Juts took extra, and cut off the fat. I thing it was well worth the money, and would defiantly go again. Would recommend

Most of the reviews here are for weddings, and it would certainly seem that Bridgwater Farm b&b has perfected the art of wonderful weddings and civil partnerships. However, I stayed as a B&B client so I wanted to write about that. Bridgwater Farm b&b is a 20 minute taxi ride from Bridgwater town (and a world away!). It offers a fabulous B&B in the most beautiful countryside. Couldn't be more different from a chain business hotel if it tried.

I ate here as I was staying at the hotel awaiting a flight the following day. First impressions were a bit mixed. The restaurant structure is a bit basic and utilitarian, however the food was nice, and the staff were efficient and friendly. Not sure I would travel from outside to come here, but as a hotel restaurant this is a very nice, convenient option.

visited her on 29th October and this place has improved dramatically in my last to trips. the service was great and as mentioned the Dry rib started was amazing. The rest of the meal was very good and the staff seem to be more customer focused since the new chef has arrived. A very much improved eatery.

Such a change from my previous visit of the 31st August which was abysmal. I posted a report on the 1st September which advised People not to eat here, strangely it was removed by Tripadvisor after 48 hours for "Technical Reasons"!!!! I wonder if this good review will also disappear for "Technical Reasons"??? Had a meal with colleagues here on Wednesday 8th October and had an excellent meal, the staff were very attentive and friendly and all our food was first class. Glad to see they have made the effort of smartening up their act.

Dined in this restaurant prior to our flight and enjoyed it very much. The manager Raj was very helpful and understanding as we changed tables several times. The food was modern but with a slightly different twist and very enjoyable.

The Spot Kitchen and Bar is the restuarant in the Holiday Inn Bristol Airport. After a brisk workout in the mini Gym, I was ready for some proper food. After showering and coming into the Bar area I was presented with a free standing menu near the main entrance. It sounded so nice, I decided to scrap my original plan of just a Bar menu and go for the Spot menu instead. I went for the trio of mini burgers, folliwed by Ceaser Salad Twist which I had with Cajun chicken. Actually it was really nice! Not really much to fault. The staff are really friendly and attentive and the food is good. I washed it down with a couple of pints of Stella from the bar and sadly it was all over! A good wholesome meal for the traveller, tasty and very welcome.

Had a great time here, the food presentation is so impressive - not to mention the taste. I was not expecting a restaurant at a holiday inn to be so brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at the hotel with a couple friends, I gotta say the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of what I wanted, got given some really good recommendations however there's plenty of variety on the menu. The food came quick didn't have to wait long at all, and it was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was the only thing that wasn't perfect - it looked a little too much like a school cafeteria. all together though definitely worth a visit when in Bristol! Extra friendly service and excellent food!

Was a really nice restaurant, the food was amazing however our server seemed a bit inexperienced. She was probably new so understandable however at times it did feel a bit awkward. The restaurant is dim lit so would be better for a more romantic dinner than with family. The menu has a wide array of options to choose from.

A really nice burger, some other bigger ones looked magnificent but I just wanted a simple one. Was surprised they don’t have beer on draft just bottled and I’ve knocked a star off because they charged me for fries that I didn’t order. It was only when I got the bill and was charged I realised I hadn’t actually ordered them but by then had eaten them. Not great practice

We have had the Sunday Roast many times its faultless a great experience every time. But lunch menu during the week has dissapointed us twice now. Yesterday we had two toasted sandwiches and one quiche. When you order you should be given the choice of plain toastie or toastie with salad & chips (extras). Also please ask don't just assume everyone wants salad doused in balsamic dressing. I asked for no chips with the quiche (I can't eat potato due to RA) I was brought chips and asked for them to remove them and the salad as I couldn't eat it covered in dressing. I had said no chips and a plain salad. They brought it back with no plain salad just with some coleslaw £9 for a poor quiche which had hardly any topping but thickly spread very horribly sweet caramelised onions on the base in an overbaked very small dry pastry case. So £34 for a very lack lustre lunch. We will not go in there again. The restaurant smelled strongly of old or burnt cooking oil
