Grandes mejoras desde nuestra última visita. Ha pasado un tiempo desde la última vez que visitamos a Ed y fue porque cambiaron su menú y la comida se estaba volviendo pobre.Para variar, decidimos ir a Ed's y nos alegramos mucho de haberlo hecho. La hamburguesa era decente, las patatas fritas han cambiado y no para mejor, la única falla de la comida para ser sincero.También fue agradable ver que agregaron algunos clásicos antiguos al menú, como los nachos. Todo lo que necesitan hacer es traer de vuelta la vieja hamburguesa de nacho y creo que volveremos a visitarla más a menudo.

The staff that we were served by were lovely and deserve to be told that. As for the food and the experience, I haven’t been for years and the new branding just doesn’t work for us. The food is basic, no presentation in the dishes we had and the restaurant was quite dirty. The food was nice what we had tho and I would go back to try again if we were passing. Thanks to our server, I would mention her but she didn’t leave a name on our receipt (:

Terrible stay! Was woken up to workman working outside my door drilling etc. Had conference calls with work and was unable to concentrate and take part. No warning of works within the hotel which are to last for a month. Furthermore shower didn't work so couldn't have a shower Ptomised a refund and sent chaser email as never received refund - no response.

Delivered wrong items as per usual, had to struggle through the app going round in circles only to be told to talk to Uber eats as they deal with the delivery. Finally got to speak to someone and issued a refund of half the amount I should have been. Only to be told McDonald’s set the refunds not them. So there was nothing more to be done. I have paid for an item I have not received and not been reimbursed for it. Shocking and terrible business especially from one so large and wealthy. Greedy and disgusting service. I would love to be contacted and issued with a full refund as the whole experience and meal was ruined by frustration with the difficulty of the process.

Firstly, there was a man in the front of me waiting for his order, but he left as he was waiting way too long and other people who was after him get they order before him. While the manager or supervisor, just was there watching what is going on and playing with his phone insted to help the staff. And I order chicken wrap with BBQ sauce and i didn't get any sauce at all. It was dry and tasteless. So disappointed.

Absolutely terrible. A woman cashier overcharged and got our order wrong. They were then moaning that they had to go back and correct themselves because they couldn’t understand our English language. We had little children running around the establishment playing hide and seek right next to our table surrounding us. Then you had people vaping in the establishment. The tables were mucky and unclean. The floor was appalling with dirt and mud all over it. Please go somewhere else or a different kfc. It is appalling please sort yourselves out!

We haven’t even been yet and the restaurant is supposedly closed down permanently? I live in Ireland and have been planning my friends birthday by organising a weekend in Brighton. I looked online and emailed the company to double check the booking and if this closure was true? -I have not received an email or refund for the deposit left for my booking at the end of June at the Brighton Karen’s diner. I have emailed-had one response(requesting which branch) and now have been ghosted If the franchise or branch has been closed it’s common decency to inform people who have paid a deposit and to give them time to reorganise something else The experience is supposedly suppose to be funny with staff being rude which I can handle but customer service and my refund-with no contact is ridiculous If this is how they treat their customers before experiencing the venue then no wonder the franchise has closed

I had ordered chicken nuggets and "the hat trick" burger and when i arrived home the chicken nuggets were no where to be seen and they added nothing to the burger! The only things in the burger were the 2 pattys and cheese. Not even any sauce.

I had ordered in from Slim Pickings and enjoyed the food so at the end of a shopping adventure myself and a friend just wanted a quick bite but also to get off our feet. The price was great the food was good and eating in the chips weren't soggy like ordering for delivery. The place was very busy but there was ample staff clearing tables and sprucing between diners to appear clean. for a food court type experience is surpassed expectation.

This place is my favourite because all the staff are lovely and helpful, i go through the drive through at least once a day to get my one shot latte and sometimes with a friend i sit in and the latte is amazing

I have visited this branch before in the past and have found their service substandard in comparison to other branches in the Berkshire area. I normally order a salad and its under par in terms of quantity and it is difficult to makr polite conversation with the staff. They came across as stand offish and miserable.However, my son and I went there today and were warmly greeted by two young ladies. They were so bubbly and there excellent customer service made a very welcome change - so helpful and courteous. The portion size was much improved and my don said his BMT was the best he has ever had from there. As a consequence, we will be visiting again in the near future. Well done ladies for lifting our spurits and making our ecperience a much more positive one. Credit where credit is due!
