The staff at this Starbucks are and always have been absolutely lovely—friendly, hardworking, and always providing great service. However, I was really disappointed to witness the way - who I assume is the manager - spoke to the staff on my visit yesterday. Their tone was rude, condescending and incredibly unprofessional, especially in clear view and earshot of customers, which created a massively uncomfortable and awkward atmosphere not just for the employees trying to do their job with a smile but also for customers like myself. I would personally not be able to work with this lady - if she is the manager, shame on her for talking to her staff that way - if she is not a manager it is beyond me how she has not been fired yet. It’s a shame because the team clearly does their best, but no one should have to work under that kind of treatment. I hope Starbucks addresses this, as it’s not the kind of experience I’d expect from such a well-known brand.

The staff that we were served by were lovely and deserve to be told that. As for the food and the experience, I haven’t been for years and the new branding just doesn’t work for us. The food is basic, no presentation in the dishes we had and the restaurant was quite dirty. The food was nice what we had tho and I would go back to try again if we were passing. Thanks to our server, I would mention her but she didn’t leave a name on our receipt (:

I went here with my daughter for a early lunch and firstly the app was glitching and I paid 13.20 for our food and instead I paid 26.40 and I didn't get the extra food then a lady dropped her milkshake and they brang out a hoover that obviously hasn't been cleaned and it stunk I was holding my nose and I'm not dramatic but it stinked and my daughter said ewww it smells mum and the lady started shouting at my daughter being extremely rude that made my daughter really upset and when she was done she opened the hoover and it was full with something that looked like throw up never going again don't waste ur money

This place is my favourite because all the staff are lovely and helpful, i go through the drive through at least once a day to get my one shot latte and sometimes with a friend i sit in and the latte is amazing

Amazing service. Shayne and is team served up a lovely lunch for 16 people for our monthly office lunch. Nice hot food, very tasty and friendly service. Thank you. We will be back.

Heard about this place through a friend. Had a great time and the food was fantastic, the staff were happy and couldn't help enough. We ordered a sharing platter and asked if they could add another place to it, which was no bother at all. The food was delicious and VERY plentiful!!!. After our meal, we were invited to see the smoker units and meet the owner. He was a very personable chap and gave us a good insight to how the food is cooked. It's that personal touch a lot of restaurants need to embrace that Triple BBBs are well ahead of. Can't wait to go back.
