Riannon and Ash were so lovely and attentive - really amazing service from the second we walked in the door. We came with a small dog and they were so lovely to her also! Food was incredible, portions amazing. Really great service with an allergy on our table too. Great jokes in the food service - well done girls!!

First time here food was excellent chips omg heaven. Staff friendly and very helpful definitely will be back again clean tables.

Great location but awful atmosphere. The management/owners are rude and obnoxious. I wonder why they work here as they clearly do not like people. Shame! The other members of staff were pleasant and helpful though the service was slow.

Charlie is the best person ever

Awesome Banofee American style pancakes first time back there since January 2020. The price has gone up quite a bit. Taste was good a bit less chocolate sauce would be ideal but the pancakes were very soft and tasty. The pancakes sat there for a few minutes before they were served to me as the ice cream melted as it arrived to the table

Lovely relaxed atmosphere with superb views. Service was fantastic, nothing to much trouble The food is top quality and presented beautifully.

1st takeaway from here. Things missing from commando chips. No onions whatsoever. Burgers were VERY DRY. 1 tiny slither of avo. Everything tasted of hot sauce and nothing else. . Very expensive for what we got. So dissapointed with this meal.

Milkshake has frequently not been delivered and forgotten from order refund does not cover a re-delivery and rest of food is cold by the time the replacement arrives

Uss New York platter, with our choice of burger was amazing! The chicken tenders where big and juicy not dry at all , the brisket melted in your mouth, it was all very good ,the only thing I will say was the fries where a little soggy and cold , for people looking for good meaty food and ranch dressing, come here definitely American approved The service was slow and it was quiet in the restaurant, had to remind them about drinks after waiting a while, and did not receive the right drinks, but the staff were not very attentive but where friendly

Went to this place last night, asked for a rump steak with mushroom sauce, that came out cold, my friends meal came out wrong, & when asked the waiter, what steaks they were, they haven't a clue. So I had no confidence in this place, it wasn't at all welcoming, so I wouldn't come again. If I was Gordon Ramsey, I'll have a field day trying to sort this place out. It was just chaos. The staff had no clue on what steaks were what . It felt very awkward

Basta con echar un vistazo a la otra habitación y evitar este lugar como la plaga de la chica mestiza con el pelo rizado es simplemente grosero como el infierno. Afortunadamente, todo esto fue grabado y nuestro amigo ha ingresado hoy documentos en la corte de reclamos menores contra el mono gruñón.

No hay hamburguesas de ternera para adultos disponibles. Comida sobre precio. El bollo de perrito caliente era duro. La hamburguesa de ternera para niños estaba demasiado cocida y no era comestible. Mesas vacías no despejadas durante más de 30 minutos. Cuero en asientos de banco rotos. Larga espera para ser servido. Tuve que perseguir al personal para obtener la cuenta. No hay servicio al cliente o cualquier pregunta sobre cómo fue nuestra cena. Comer fuera es caro y es decepcionante cuando hubieras preferido no molestarte en salir y comer en casa. Es la peor comida y experiencia que he tenido este año.

My husband booked this as a surprise for my birthday meal and I couldn’t have been more happy. There were 10 of us in total including a child. The food was amazing as per usual, everyone raves about the stakes and burgers. The sides and sauces were amazing as always, soo much flavour and great portion sizes. The service was really quick and the servers were friendly enough. Considering the quality of the food, we were so impressed with the price, under £300 for 10 people to have a main, sides, and drinks. Can’t wait to come back!!
