Our server (Mya) was so lovely and really made our night! We came for a birthday and she made it extra special. Food was good; we got the dry-aged sirloin from the special menu. The steak was delicious, albeit the fat was a bit hard. I think they brought us the wrong sauce, but that got us to try a sauce we usually wouldn’t, and it was nice regardless!

Fui a West Queys Southampton para ir de compras. Decidí ir a almorzar, mi lugar favorito de pollos ya no estaba allí, así que pensé en probar pollos delgados. Estaba muy decepcionada con la comida muy cara y no tenía sabor, además de ser muy salada. Las patatas fritas estaban mal cocidas lo mejor fue la media rebanada de pan integral frito en ajo.

I find this bar bizarre. Dj playing… but don’t dare stand up from your table and dance or the owner will be there and rudely tell you to sit down and it’s a table service only venue. When you are out for a night out the last thing want is to feel like you are at school. Personally I feel like running a bar is not the business for them as their people skills are very lacking. The owners face was like thunder. I would say we could have caught her on a bad night but from speaking to a few people, I think this is the standard service! If you want to let your hair down (and I mean dance in any form) this isn’t the bar for you. You could sit down and have a drink… but the service for that isn’t great either so I’d probably just avoid 😂

The food offers are fantastic, with plenty of choices to pick from. The staff is very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend.

The pancakes are okay. Had the double blueberry vegan pancakes. They were oddly salty but I didn't hate it. My main gripe is that despite ordering close together, there was quite a gap between the first and last person getting their food. It wasn't especially busy when we got there but we ended up being there for an hour because we were waiting for one person to get their pancakes which was disappointing. Other people who arrived long after got their food before. They have a good amount of vegan options which is good.

Lovely spot with great food and excellent service. A solid choice for a great dining experience!

1st takeaway from here. Things missing from commando chips. No onions whatsoever. Burgers were VERY DRY. 1 tiny slither of avo. Everything tasted of hot sauce and nothing else. . Very expensive for what we got. So dissapointed with this meal.

Delicious, very good service, but you need to stop putting too much salt on the fries or it will be horrible to eat very salty fries.

Went for lunch with a friend, amazing food, friendly staff, and wasn't busy so we got a table straight away. Definitely will be back again.

Sunday evening for dinner. The place was quiet with less than 10 customers. Service was painfully slow 🐌 goodness me. Staff were chatting and taking time with everything. Food was average, nothing spectacular. Wouldn't recommend it to be truly honest. Was their atmosphere? Not really. The place could do with some love, paint, maintenance, no running water in the women's toilets to wash your hands. Doors extremely dirty. Menus not clean. Basics for a restaurant.

Fuimos un sábado por la noche y solo sirven vasos de plástico debido a sus reglas de licencia. Uno de los empleados dijo que es porque siempre hay problemas allí. Puedes averiguar el resto, pero a menos que te guste la cerveza plana, lager louts y sniff heads es mantenerte bien claro. Es bueno ver que tienen muchos porteros, pero no se veían por ningún lado cuando uno de los chanceros locales intentó comenzar una pelea.

No hay hamburguesas de ternera para adultos disponibles. Comida sobre precio. El bollo de perrito caliente era duro. La hamburguesa de ternera para niños estaba demasiado cocida y no era comestible. Mesas vacías no despejadas durante más de 30 minutos. Cuero en asientos de banco rotos. Larga espera para ser servido. Tuve que perseguir al personal para obtener la cuenta. No hay servicio al cliente o cualquier pregunta sobre cómo fue nuestra cena. Comer fuera es caro y es decepcionante cuando hubieras preferido no molestarte en salir y comer en casa. Es la peor comida y experiencia que he tenido este año.
