The food was great the service was amazing, the workers was quick with drinks and food I can’t wait to go back. My dad said he loved it too!

After enjoying a lovely film the other day i scanned my eye at what was up for offer for dinner. I’ve had a rather large amount of Nandos recently so thought i’d try my luck with food from across the Atlantic. The food was lovely but by far the best part of my day (deapool including) was the wonderful smiles and joyful glee i was present with during my stay. I believe the waitress was called lauren. Her lovely smile, her laughter and she even made sure i was well looked after between orders. She saw i was struggling with a few things due to my recent injury and pulled out every stop to make sure i was well and truly looked after. It was almost like i had a visit from my daughter in law. Once i finished my evening supper she wizzed around to the kitchen and came back with - more smiles of course, but also a desert. I had spoke to the table previously about what our favourite foods were and i told them about how much I adored sorbet. Well to my surprise she had clearly caught wind of my love for all things ice and topped off my day by bringing me my favourite desert - i didn't even know they did deserts. I cant wait to come back when my back gets a bit better and I truly cant wait to bring my grandchildren for a spot of lunch at my new favourite diner. Thank you Lauren, you made my week.

It was Sofia’s first day waitressing and she did a brilliant job friendly and professional a real asset to the company. The menu was brand new so a little to get used to again for staff and customers .

I can say many things about TGI Fridays in West Quay, Southampton. However, the main thing is I will never set foot in any of these restaurants ever again. A few of the minor issues were our drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive, we had to send a whole sharing plate back to the kitchen as it was cold and my family member had a ‘fajita’ with raw onions and flavourless chicken. However, our main issue was the cajun chicken pasta. I started to eat my meal even though it was very flavourless however i’m not one to complain so i wasn’t going to say anything. I ate the chicken alongside the pasta and i noticed after eating a good 3/4 of it that it was completely raw on the bottom side. I got my other family members to look at it too and they could notice it straight away. We went straight up towards the bar and let one of your staff members know of our quite severe issue. However, we were completely ignored as she walked away without a word. Then we were stood up for around 5 minutes trying to find a staff member to speak too about this. Eventually, i told someone in the kitchen as it has an open window. This resulted in me being ignored once again. Eventually a staff member found the manager and we clearly showed the raw chicken to him and he did not act apologetic at all. He didn’t care and didn’t admit to his mistakes. This experience completely ruined our evening after being cut short all because we wanted to have a nice evening with our family after not seeing them for a few months. I can’t understand why anyone would find this acceptable in a chicken specialising restaurant. Avoid TGI Fridays in West Quay.

Poor service and not so much of a hint of the deal we were clearly missing out on. We arrived and waited to be seated. We were the only ones waiting and the restaurant was half empty but still we were pointedly ignored by at least 4 staff members. They would look over then turn away and go back to chatting to each other. All young women who seemed much more interested in avoiding the work than helping customers. Eventually we did get seated. The lady asked if we had any discounts and I had no idea that kids eat free at the moment so I said no. I really think that promotions like that could be mentioned to customers as the food has become very expensive. We only had 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals and soft drinks and it was over £70. The meals were OK. Nothing to write home about but acceptable (hence 2 stars rather than 1 star). We had to ask for everything and call staff over to get another drink and to get the bill etc. Puddings were included with the kids meals. We didn't want them but they weren't offered so again we could have missed out there if we hadn't remembered. It was so irritating seeing staff wandering round the restaurant and then wandering back to chat, having not actually done anything whilst amongst the tables. Overall, a disappointing experience. We will be in no hurry to return and wouldn't recommend it.

Visited on a Thursday night. The restaurant was apparently full on arrival so told we had a 30 minute wait for a table of 4 and we were the only ones on the waiting list. We decided to wait and there was a table of 4 set up for 10 minutes time as we were told it was booked so no problem. We waited for 20 minutes and in this time noticed another table of 4 which was empty but the not cleared. 30 minutes passed and the reserved table had not turned up and the empty table was still not cleared so I pointed this out to the manager. He told me that the each section has its own waiter and made up an excuse saying that the table was cold by the door? A table would was about to leave so the manager said it would be 2 minutes whiles it’s was cleaned and ready. At this point we were already suspect about the service but we sat down and decided to give them a second chance. The service was very consistent... consistently bad. Sat down by the manager and left on the table for 10 minutes to get menus and another 10 minutes to take the order. At this point about 6 tables had left so was getting less busy. We ordered food with starters and mains. Starters took about 10 minutes which was fine but 3 of us had the chicken bites which were cold at best. Another had garlic bread which was good. The main courses took another 10 minutes after the starters were cleared which was fine. We had 2 garlic chicken, burger and chicken seaseme bits. The garlic chicken come out slightly warm but not hot and the 2 sweet corn bits come out and looked like they been cooked for 3 hours the amount they shriveld up. The table next to us of a couple had already complained about the sweet corn twice. The burger was dry and the chicken seseme was just warm enough to eat and some bits were cold. We asked for the bit which took 10 minutes to arrive and at this point there must been around 8 tables left in the restaurant as it was about 9.30pm by the time we were finished. We got there just before 8. The 10 minute wait for someone to take out payment was the worst as there was hardly any tables with people on so we looked around for waiter to wave down. There was 2 having a giggle chatting to the chefs by the hot plate. Manager nowhere to be seen. 5 behind the bar of which 2 were having a cuddle and a laugh. One sat on the bar. 2 working pretty hard clearing up tables. In this time a couple had turned up for a late meal which they waited for at least 5 minutes to be seated. When we finally paid and left the table that was reserved was still set up perfectly and the table that was originally not cleared was still not cleared. Overall terrible. Food was warm at best, I’ve had hotter ice teas. I’ve had better service from street food market stools.

Really great welcome for the four of us for a spot of nosh post Joker ... Club sandwich had really lovely char grilled taste, my wife had great sesame chicken and the bacon/tomato fries...food definitely good and our waitress Rosie on her first night made us very welcome and served us really well.

7 of us visited last week for my sister's birthday. I must say all the food we received was lovely and we didn't have to wait too long. It arrived lovely and hot however, it cooled so quickly because we were seated right near the doors to the outside and I was freezing! Please invest in a screen or heater!Our server was nice but didn't once ask if we wanted more drinks- even though our glasses were empty we had to ask her.The worst part was after clearing our main plates we were just given the bill. We said we actually would like to look at the dessert menu to be told that there were no desserts. ZERO. Now, this is just ridiculous. Zero desserts... how? I understand that this is beyond the control of the server but at no point were we told until we asked and just given our bill which we hadn't asked for.Needless to say we went elsewhere for more drinks and dessert for my heavily pregnant sister's birthday treat.Diabolical service.

Only came here because the kids wanted to , hasn’t really changed over the years . Staff bless em are brilliant , Food edible but way overpriced priced for what you get . Won’t be visiting TGI again only gave it 2 stars because of the lovely staff .

Came here after a family game of bowling. Our server Sarah E was very friendly and helpful. Girls had main and dessert and hubby and I had starter and main. Hubby and I both had BBQ half rack each and was disappointed with the rack..... worlds smallest portion.After we all finished we were waiting for the girls desserts. They were taking a while so thought we would ask another server Talitha as we could not find ours to be rudely told “It’s coming, they have to made”. She had such an attitude and quite clearly does not like working here. I have been here numerous time for their cocktails and have always found the staff to be really nice, friendly and helpful but unfortunately this time Talitha let the restaurant down.

One of the best TGI’s I have been to, great food and service! They are really with their allergy checks. Would recommend for a visit!

Been a very long time since visited a TGI. Now I know why! Know how average the food offerings can be from ‘a major chain’ company and have had a very limited number of patchy offerings from TGI in the distant past. Only the location and timing prompted us to give this place a chance in the hope that things might have improved in this competitive world these days. What a disappointment in the extreme. Wish we hadn’t bothered. Service OK but food so bad would have really struggled to satisfy even as an poor/average school dinner offering but this clearly at 10-20X the equivalent price! My wife couldn’t eat the ‘crispy’ chips that were completely soft and limp and both our different chicken dishes were only just edible enough to eat about half of the offering presented. Difficult to see how TGI is still in business these days based on this experience.

Didn't book but wasn't too busy for an early Friday evening. Seated quickly and very friendly waiter came and took out order. Food was delicious. Only had a main course but next time will definitely have a starter and probably a dessert too!

We had luch here with my son who we see about every three months so it was important to us that the venue was not too noisy. Being on the higher level it was just what we wanted. The food was the normal TGI fare and good value. The only issue we had was slow service but we had chosen to go just after it had opened for lunch when there was few staff. As we left there were more staff and the service had obviously improved.TIP don't go just after opening if you are in a hurry.

For my birthday meal I booked a table at TGI Fridays for 18 people of which 17 attended. We had 2 large tables in the upstairs seating area which was good.I had a voucher for my birthday for a cocktail deal which unfortunately as I had clicked on it accidently in the app I was told I could not use as they would not be able to put it through the till. This was my first disappointment as I had bought 16 guests with me and chosen to book with them. When the food was served we could tell some of it had been waiting on the side and was very cold. Me and two other friends had to return their steaks. Other members of the group also had to return burgers.I was eating the side salad of lettuce with dressing and chips for my dinner at one point until my replacement steak was served.In response to this the steaks and the burgers were removed from the bill which is the correct response I would expect. Also we were given 40% off of the entire bill.The 40% then caused major issues with working out what people needed to pay. The server not realising that the alcohol was not reduced by 40% caused major issues as some of the group had already left not paying enough. I was upset that my friends would then have to pay for the drinks for the people that had already left. Eventually one of my friends had to speak to my manager to resolve the whole issue so that we didn't have to pay for the remainder of the bill which was not ours to pay.To be fair to severs they tried to make my evening enjoyable by singing and providing me with piece of cake for my birthday but unfortunately the issues with the food and bill made my birthday meal not a good one. My friends were comforting me saying we would do another somewhere else.I'm very disappointed as normally the food is of good quality and it is normally a great atmosphere. I hope the staff learn from this meal and are better prepared for the next group booking.

Nice food and welcoming place. We spent a while waiting but the food made it worth it. Not the best place for lunch but still pretty good.

Visited whilst shopping. I'm not a great fan of TGI but the meals were ok. Nachos to start and chicken burger for main and as I say food was ok. Service was a little slow but adequate.

Caught out and starving. Seated quickly, clean and tidy. Served quickly and food was not far behind. Good portions and hot. Music was a bit loud and no loo roll in the Ladies but other wise fine.

Food better than expected and staff were great. Shame we live so far away otherwise we would visit more.

Popped in for lunch while out shopping before going to the cinema. Food was great, served quickly and presented amazingly. Had the boneyard and it was incredible.

Food came out fast and tasted good. Chelsea looked after us and did a great job. Made us laugh lots!

Very good service and tasty food. Downside is there is not a wide choice for vegans or vegatarians. But the veg burger was very nice.

Don't bother with the burgers as they are very dry no matter how much sauce you put on it. Told the waitress and all she said was I will tell the chefs. Not good enough

Came here on Wednesday with my partner and had such a good time. Mia made us feel so welcome and was brilliant with our service.

Had some dinner with my other half and was blown away, I wasn’t keen on going back after having disappointing food last time but it’s massively improved and we’ll definitely be back, the manager Joe who took my allergy order was so nice and reassuring too as not many places take this kind of care.

I’m a regular visitor to Southampton and often visit TGIs at West Quay.

Quick service, drinks within seconds and didn’t even need to ask for refills. I love the glaze and wish it was sold everywhere! Big open kitchen and there is an upstairs with hop scotch for the kids. Also got given some balloon dogs for the boys

I recently went to TGI Fridays with my family and my little boy who is one. The team at tgi’s was amazing with us and gave us a really good table and got us a high chair straight away, they even let me know that they do baby food which is really handy if babies aren’t eating proper food yet. The waitress Tammy was amazing and lovely when taking our order and I believe the manger who told me about the baby food was called joe and he was so down to earth and was really amazing with my little boy. I will mostly definitely be going back there again, the food was lovely aswell and came out really quickly. Once again can’t say how amazing the team at tho Fridays is.

Visited TGI’s the other night with a few friends, the service was amazing, really friendly staff, the food came quickly and was absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend

The service at this TGI’s was exceptional, I can’t quite believe how friendly the waitress, Tammy, was. She was outstanding and we will definitely be coming back.

Took my grandson for lunch, and will be doing so a few more times before he goes back to his mums... he got a kids pack, a balloon dog, veg sticks and very tasty fish fingers! He really enjoyed it! Thanks tali thanks for the great service!

Came with my friends and my nephew who was spoilt rotten with attention but all the really friendly staff, especially our waitress Tammy - food was super tasty and didn’t have to wait long - would highly recommend

We visited on a Monday evening and there were only maybe 3 or 4 other tables eating at the time. Waitress was friendly and very quick coming to take orders but we then waited an age for actual food.

Friday evening admittedly however 15 minutes after everyone else’s drink arrived mine arrived !

The greeting was good but thereafter the service fell well below the standards we have experienced in many of these restaurants over the years.

Such a shame about this review as the location of this restaurant is brilliant BUT although we were seated quite quickly we were sat in a terrible draft (not my biggest issue) after a 20 minute wait to place our drinks order we finally thought we were getting somewhere until I lent my arm on the table and I was disgusted but something sticky all up my arm! Waitress was very apologetic! 10 minutes later drinks arrived and as I moved I noticed I had something sticky stuck to my butt!! Don't think I'd ever felt so dirty in a restaurant! We sat next to a table with dirty plates on as every member of staff were most interested in relaying the tables and talking than focusing on the customer service side of things! After 30 minutes of waiting for our food (nachos and a burger) we noticed a numerous amount of dishes on the side waiting to be served to customers and to our disgust 10 minutes later ours was picked up off the side and brought to us! How come everyone else had there coleslaw in a small dish and I had my slapped on a plate after questioning where it was (meant to arrive on the side with the burger) by this point we had enough and payed for our unfinished drinks and left the food untouched! Absolutely would not recommend.. all but 1 person actually said sorry! Terrible customer service and dirty tables, not to mention a wasted hour we won't get back and added to our parking!

Large restaurant and bar area. Easily accessible and good on-site parking. Seated and served very promptly. Good selection of food available, although a tad over-priced for the quantity.. Food and drinks delivered in a reasonable time. Have not dined at TGIs for many years and was a little disappointed with the meals. Not sure if just the Southampton branch, but seems to have lost its high end quality. Would go again, but would not rush back. Would like to add that our server was excellent. Attentive and gave great service. Please TGI's ditch the appleslaw and revert to good old coleslaw.

We went on Saturday night to have a dessert. We arrived at the closing time but the Kitchen was open and the restaurant still had tables eating.

Came in for dinner while we were staying in Southampton for the weekend, we always come here as a treat and it never disappoints! Great food, great service and they catered for my little boy perfectly!

We were welcomed and shown to our table by a nice waitress. However the waitress taking our order didn’t seem as friendly. When our food arrived the burgers we had ordered were tasty but the chips were overdone and mostly just shells. When the waitress cleared the plates I explained about the chips, which were clearly left on our plates, and just got “sorry about that” and happily charged us the full amount when we came to pay. Not impressed - won’t be rushing back.

Having eaten in TGI Fridays ages ago, I decided to eat here when visiting and staying in Southampton. I had dinner here after watching a good movie located just above the restaurant. It has a easy going feel to it and the young waitering staff are kind cheerful and very friendly. I had a cajun cream pasta with cajun chicken with some garlic ciabatta bread on the side with a sweet fretting cocktail called 'Fresh as a cucumber' to drink. The food here was very tasty and I enjoyed my meal very much. This restaurant offers a mixed range of Caribbean style food and creole cuisine but with a strong American accent. Interior design is very bright and street like just as you would find in some bars or night clubs but with a more gentle feeling that is both warm and welcoming. They serve good food, drink and desserts here and the service and care provided had been outstandingly fantastic. I would recommend eating here, even if you had not been to see any movies nearby. Best eating experience I ever had here in Southampton and would not mind dining here again myself sometime in the future.

Had a visit here last night first off I’m no moaning old food snob but. Got sat down waitress came over after 10 mins we asked for a cocktail and a beer no draft beer! Ok a short. Starter came out was ok but wanted a bottle of beer had no bottle beer I wanted ran out !!!! Food arrived the onion rings were so well done the onion was disintegrated to zero the food was barely hot. I spoke to the manager and told him as we were sat down we the paying public should be informed there is no beer then we can decide to stay or go. He gave us a free drink but that really isn’t the answer is it Mike? 2/10 must try harder or get shut down

Whenever I travel to Southampton from the IOW I always try to visit TGI. Wish we had one on the IOW! Their cocktails are amazing and the staff are always really friendly too.

Booked a table for my birthday celebration. Picked TGI because it is usually good for children as well which we had in our party. Firstly we were told there was no booking even though the booking had been make over a weeke before. Eventually found the booking and put is on a great table tucked away in a corner. Found the bar staff fairly uninterested even when making cocktails ( originally this was TGIs attraction). All ordered starters and mains. Starters arrived Ok. All main courses apart from two salads had to be returned because they were cold. Admittedly the manager, Micheal, dealt with the situation well. The main courses would not the charged for. The bill arrived with the main courses still included? Anyway, it was sorted. Slow service, not. A great location for a TGI, lacked atmosphere even tho it was busy when we arrived.

Went to the Southampton TGIs reluctantly after an horrendous visit to the Bournemouth one. Thankfully the service was spot on very attentive staff who seem to actually care about the punters the food was lovely n hot and cooked to a higher standard than Bournemouth. Would deffinatly go back.

Cam here on a very quite Friday evening. Food was OK but service was very very slow considering there were only 4 other tables. Had waited 20 minutes for drinks very poor. Just as well we were not in a rush. Would we return no we would not. Must do better

Visited TGIs yesterday after a great business meeting whilst staying opposite at the Novotel and upon arrival at 6pm service was super slow considering there was about four tables in. I ordered the steak, chicken & shrimp and asked for it well done. The steak was of very poor quality very chewy very fatty and cooked rare. I did discreetly tell the waitress and the male manager on duty did come over and kindly offered to replace for another steak I did decline and opted for a complimentary desert instead which was very nice indeed (rocky road sundae) I must say the bar man was very slow and quite lazy notably as I was sat in the bar area. For the prices paid service very “average.” My local TGIs is much more friendlier than this but never mind you must try these things.

Have always loved the TGI Fridays experience especially as a big group like me and my friends just did so. The staff make you feel comfortable and are so helpful with everything. Food is excellent and reasonably priced

We ate here last night and were very disappointed. The service was terrible, our drinks order was taken quickly and they arrived quickly, 20 minutes later we had to go and find someone to take our food order, we then waited at least 40 minutes for the food to actually arrive. When it did arrive it wasn’t great, one rack of ribs were so burnt on the bottom they had to be sent back, the other two were just on the edge of being burnt, two steaks were ordered and both were chewy, neither kids meal came with the beans that were advertised on the menu, I wonder if they had run out?! Throughout our main course we didn’t see a single member of staff, nobody asked how the food was and there were literally no staff anywhere on the restaurant floor. When we had finished we waited around 15 mins for our plates to be cleared and then the staff all disappeared again, eventually someone came to ask us if we wanted more drinks and looked shocked when we asked for a dessert menu for the kids, again another 10-15 mins for the order to even be taken! Throughout our meal the music in the restaurant was so loud that it was difficult to talk to the person next to you, we were a table of 8 and I couldn’t hear my husband who was at the opposite end of the table as it was that loud, I understand this in a trendy bar/restaurant but in a family restaurant at 5.30 it seems a little excessive. The restaurant is clearly understaffed, as we left there were at least 25 plates under the heat lamps from the kitchen and no staff taking them to tables, it felt all evening as if they had half the staff they should have had working.

Came to TGIs in West Quay south after the cinema and had a couple of drinks at the bar. We were really impressed with the service and quality of drinks we received, and couldn’t recommend it enough. We were served by Harry who was a natural behind the bar and made us feel very welcome. We’ll be back!!

You can always get a decent meal, but the addition of some variation would be good. Would recommend, but also state that there are many other options for a good burger.

We came down to Southampton to take our son out for his birthday. There was a 30 minute wait for a table so we took the pager and waited. Got to the table. Our waiter struggled to take our order, leaning over us to point to the items in the drinks menu we wanted. Ten minutes later 1 drink came and I asked where the rest were. A few minutes later he brought them. He then took our food order. We sat talking waiting for our food, by which time the restaurant was no longer busy. After quite a long while a couple who came in not long before us received their starters. Ages later they were waiting for their main and so were we. I asked a waitress if she could find out how long our food was going to be. Our waiter appeared, explained that upstairs was extremely busy but our food would come soon. A couple of minutes later a floor manager arrived to explain that our waiter had not put our order through but that it would be with us as soon as he coukd get it to us. 10 minutes later still no food. He came back and said it'd literally be 4-5 minutes. Guess what? We got our stuff, asked for the bill for our drinks and waited even for that by which time the floor manager appeared and said put food was on its way. We all felt sick and just wanted out. We're currently tucking in to a Chinese takeaway. Even the offer if free food and drink couldn't keep us at TGI's. Worse night out ever.

Visited a a family of six adults and a two year old girl. Staff were all very helpful & friendly to a person. Food was enjoyed by all and the server was very helpful with his recommendations.

been here twice in the past two months and were served by Claire on both visits. Claire was both efficient and friendly but not intruding. we had three courses and they were all delicious. the only thing that I could fault was that when the starters were cleared, the mains were brought almost instantly.

1st visit and despite a large group food was prompt and really tasty... atmosphere was fun and staff are excellent

Received excellent service from our waiter Joe who was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, really enjoyed my beef nachos starter and vegetable skewers for main. Nice atmosphere, wasn’t rushed. They even made us a salted caramel milkshake which isn’t on the menu.

Unfortunately I had to complain about my meal, I ordered a rack of ribs, it was dried up and well burnt, it looked more like rubber!! I pointed this out to the waiter, he said apologies and ordered a refire, that was cooked properly. The staff serve with a smile, polite and attentive. The beers good and the interior very pleasant. Plenty of parking, easy to find in a good location.

Nos hubiera gustado que no tenía. El servicio era lento y el restaurante no estaba lleno. tienen un arriba y abajo, arriba estar vacío y fueron transformando personas diciendo que no tenía mesas. Esperó tanto para que llegara nuestro y claro que ni siquiera nos molestamos con budín. La próxima vez que se visite la antigua TGI. Una pena

Dårlig dårlig dårlig! Vi var to stk her som bestilte hver sin med Fridays ribs. Måtte vente i 55 min på maten, da kom kun den ene. Vi spurte etter den andre og fikk beskjed at de trodde vi kun skulle ha en (veldig lite imøtekommende servitør), men hun skulle gi beskjed. 5 min til sa hun i noe som tilsammen ble 20 min. Den andre maten ble selvfølgelig kald, og vi ga tilslutt beskjed vi ikke trengte den andre, da den aldri kom. Da lo servitøren av oss. Skikkelig dårlig kundeservice! Dumt at en kan ødelegge sånn for de andre som var så smilende og blide.

Shelley was outstanding and Food was top notch . Hot food hot , place looks great - surprised it not busier . Keep up the good work . Sure you will blow the doors off soon . Keep it up . Paul

El personal es muy amable y servicial. La señorita que nuestra mesa, Veronica, me explicó todo muy bien y fue muy paciente en tomar pedidos y hacer sugerencias a nuestro grupo que estaban celebrando el cumpleaños de mi nieta.

Tuvimos una comida aquí en Festivo Lunes, fue de arranque en frío y tuvimos que enviarlo. Lo que me gustó fue el hecho de que el gerente en persona vino a pedir disculpas y ofrecer una alternativa. No hay problema con campo de reemplazo entrante o principal, de hecho las porciones eran grandes y sabrosos. El servicio era bueno, también teniendo en cuenta que era festivo y el restaurante estaba muy lleno.

£20 for a medium rare steak was well done, drinks are 3/4 ice, sauces are made from packets and they neglect to tell you the extra prices. Staff must be under incredible pressure to grin so inanely all the time.

We were told there was a 15 minute wait even though there were lots of tables free. Then it took about two hours to have our food to come out, for it to be disgusting we had the hotdogs and they were just vile the only thing I can say is the chips were nice. The staff were either in your face or just plain rude

Thought we'd give the new TGI a go and make up our own minds whether it's a good one or not. Based on the service and meal on this occasion it was a good one! Speedy, friendly service, lovely burger (built my own (jalapenos and bacon) as they don't do a Bruce Lee at this one) and my wife loved the Jack Daniel's chicken burger. The fries were tasty and plentiful.My wife's cokes were topped up within a minute of asking for a refill - you get the impression the staff have been told to improve the service and it worked for us.I'm knocking off a star due to the cost of the food and having bacon added to the burger involves a single rasher looking a bit lost in the bun.

First the staff are rude , the service is too slow , tell me why you have tables that needs cleaning and there is a girl cleaning the Windows. The food when we got it was dumped on the table with no cutlery . Then half way through eating are starters the brought out the Main meals there was not enough room on the table for it all to fit . The food that I did eat was not good . I was so angry I left my family and walked back to the hotel on my own . I have been in the catering trade for 30 years and all I can say is bad practice the staff need retraining in all area's I will never set foot in there again . Last year I gave them the benefit of doubt as they were busy . This time it was just bad .

I can't remember when I was last in a TGI Friday's, but I'm glad I chose to visit this one!It was within walking distance from the hotel and looked inviting. Nicely landscaped w/ lots of cars in the lot. Once inside we requested a window seat in the enclosed patio and were promptly greeted by our server, Ariel. She took our wine request and appetizer order and promptly returned w/ a taste of our intended wine selection. A nice Australian Chardonnay.After a bit she served the appetizer, chicken nachos. They were cold. She quickly returned them to the kitchen for a remake. Within a couple of minutes the Manager came over to the table and apologized for the disappointing nachos. He then offered to compensate us with a complementary beverage of our choice. We thought that a very nice gesture and, of course, obliged him.The entrees came out quickly. I had a rack of ribs w/ Jack Daniels served on the side and my wife tried a Thai Chicken Salad. Both were very good. The dry rub on the ribs was very tasty as was the Jack Daniels BBQ sauce. Serving the BBQ sauce on the side allows one to decide the amount of sauce that is right for you.I can't say enough good things about our server, Ariel, or the Manager. Both seemed to go way out of their way to make our TGI Friday's experience one to remember. And indeed we will.

Really like TGI Fridays but this was the first poor meal in one of their restaurants for a long time. The steal was full of chewy gristle and very disappointing as was the veg side. We did have a lovely starter but overall this was not a vfm experience.

went here a few days ago for my birthday meal, food took over an hour to come out and other people had come in after us and had their meal and left before we had our meals. a few people also had issues with their meals but the staff were very helpful and ensured we were happy by offering to deduct the costs of 2 meals from the bill and gave us a 10% discount for the long wait. every thing else was good, cocktails were very nice and I even got a free slice of cake at the end :)

This time I will talk only about impression- everything else was ruined with a single thing.I have found a ball of hair in my drink (picture is not very sharp, but clear enough). While I asked waitress and showed her the ball of hair inside glass, the only answer was "Oooh", then she took the glass and gone. Literally it was the end of discussion. No "we are sorry", no discount, no manager, nothing.

everything was brilliant. We wasn't waiting long at all and the food was piping hot when it come out. Our waiter was good to, thank you guys :)

Our waitress was an exceptional young lady, who provided excellent service. The atmosphere is loud & gaudy. The menu is limited and everything I suspect is seasoned with seasoning salt/MSG.Selection of beers was rubbish, North American style beers, no ales, IPA's or stouts on tap. I ordered what I thought was French Dip, but turned out to be a burger. Expensive for what they offer.Even worse than the ones in the U.S.

great place for birthdays , very hot as put in the far end and it was like being in a greenhouse, the service was excellent, food what you expect from an American diner , freshly cooked .a nice evening had by all

We hebben er gisteren gegeten, eerder die dag liep ik langs om een tafel te boeken.Ik zei dat er een van ons in een scootmobiel zat, was geen probleem.We komen aan, ik geef mijn naam, ze gaan lachen...had de persoon die mij hielp een tafel gereserveerd die boven was...maar het werd gelijk opgelost. Mooi, vrij snel kwam er iemand de drankjes opnemen. Wat wel bijzonder was dat er geen seven-up of Sprite was? In ieder geval heerlijke dingen gegeten. Het werd na ca. 10 minuten gebracht. Helaas kregen we er een toetje niet meer in. De pulled pork was lekker!!

Came for a quick dinner before a show at the mayflower. Made the waitresses aware of our time limit.Food came out after about 30 mins - not a bad wait but it was very quiet there?It was lovely, same standard as all other TGI's we've been too. Cocktails were lovely too!Waitress was great!
