I was with my friend for Lunch go,he went beyond and down to make sure we got the right food,the steaks we ordered were money to our choice.we will de this year visit again.The service was 10/10. I would like to come back again.

Well to put it simply it's kinda expensive, concept around the ordering process is a bit complicated for someone who hasn't been to a wing stop before although I hadn't gotten anything to eat I was with friends genuinely a good spot to hang and eat with friends however not a big fan of the constant blasting of music like yes many other places also blast music but at a volume that doesn't hurt the ears to sum it up good place to hang with friends, eat however the volume of the music and the some what confusing concept of ordering some what puts me off as I can get much much more and way simpler at a gdk (German doner kebab)

I came here for supper on the way between work and the disability group I help out at at church. The staff were most helpful and the food was excellent and promptly prepared. The one thing I would say is that there needs to be the facility to order at table, for while I am fully mobile, I have an old and dear friend who could do with it since she uses a wheelchair, and that is the reason for two stars.

Moving to a vast industrial brewery with no atmosphere at all must be one of the worst business decisions made by this company. I tried to get served, with no joy with that and the small of urine where I was sitting made it a completely dismal experience. So I simply walked out. Used to go the St Mary’s Butts all the time but they’ve lost a loyal customer. Just goes to show, they don’t care.

Food quality was really poor for how expensive it is and when I got in contact about it they never even replied!

Good range and nice atmosphere. However the food quality isn't particularly great for the cost. The offering went down hill after covid. Also the coming and going of the delivery drivers mean that it gets very cold if your seated in the back.

Waited over two hours for our delivery kept pushing time back even later, yet the store is showing it’s quiet!, have called over 8 times and no one picks up, spent a lot of money for a family meal. Terrible service!!!

Food was terrible, really gone down hill! And more expensive, so not worth it! But service was perfect. Our waitress Ruby was great!

Excellent food and excellent staff

I always forget that this pub in Reading exists, that is no criticism of it in any shape or form. It's simply dependent on which Hotel I am staying. The pub has a large open area, with bar at the rear. It also caters for food, I cannot comment on that as I have yet to sample the offerings. There is ample TV screens dotted around to enable sports broadcasts. Definitely worth a visit every time I come to Reading.

No puedo llamar exactamente a Costa o su competencia, Nerón, cafeterías italianas, pero eso es todo lo que tenemos en Gran Bretaña, ¿no? Los postres se ven un poco tristes y no muy deliciosos (definitivamente no como esas fotos) y el lugar se ve sucio, pero ese es el promedio británico: ventanas manchadas, vitrinas manchadas, etc. Cada vez que hay griegos o italianos trabajando, sus niveles de higiene son mucho mejores. . Compro mi café o té allí con bastante frecuencia porque esa es la opción que tengo cuando estoy allí. Toda la cadena podría necesitar una gran renovación.
