Stopped here for some food on way back from our trip to wales. Lovely food great service highly recommend the ribeye steak very tasty

Amazing staff. Amazing Food. Good location and close to the Riverside Car park. We went as a big group to celebrate a birthday. The meal was prepared and served with attention and speed.

We had a truly lovely birthday celebratory meal for my son in law. All the courses were delicious & well catered for the baby in high chair too. The ambience & vibe on this particular location was excellent, the tables are well set apart do everyone was able to have chats without disturbing their neighbours. Will definitely visit again. Thanks to Marco who served us very well indeed & in fact all the staff interacted in a good way with our group.

We have visited this restaurant on many occasions over the last couple of years but have not been for some months. We decided to go for my birthday as I always loved it so much. How disappointed we were! It was noisy with staff rushing about everywhere and when our server Marco came over, who we remembered from previous visits as being a real personality, he spent most of the time whilst taking out order watching people on the other tables. That, however was just a minor disappointment compared to the food. I ordered the 50 day aged ribeye, the steak I’ve always chosen. This steak was thin, tepid and full of gristle. The onion thing that I love was stone cold and the beef dripping sauce was thin like bisto. This was.a £30 meal and nothing like the standard I have experienced on all the other occasions I’ve visited this restaurant. What’s gone wrong? Unfortunately this is a birthday meal I’d rather forget than one to remember.

Had the cote de boeuf and it was cooked perfectly, incredible steak, sides, drinks and atmosphere was excellent. We were looked after by Sien- he was professional, attentive and knowledgeable. Could see how well he was looking after everyone else nearby too, he is a huge credit to the restaurant! Fantastic experience, thank you. We will be back :)

Absolutely lovely meal, and the service provided by Sien, was first class. We had both forgotten it was our wedding anniversary until Facebook reminded us - but the belated celebration was made all the better by Miller and Carter. Great food and fabulous service by Sien, who produced an unexpected special anniversary dessert for us and even remembered our cat’s name for whom the remainder of our steak was boxed up for to take home. (Simba highly recommends Miller and Carter steak too!). Dine there, you won’t be disappointed!

Had a superb meal for my wife's birthday, really good service and actually value when you consider the addons you get with the steak and the quality of if. Really nice touch from our waiter Sien, we said we were too full for pudding he went away but came back with a surprise chocolate brownie with ice cream for my wife and happy birthday written in chocolate sauce - he went above and beyond on customer service and deserves a shout out here and obviously a tip for the team for last night...Thank you !

We hosted a group of 32 family members to a 3 course evening meal and found the experience to be exceptional Mia organised everything beforehand and kept in touch regularly prior to the event Sien - our table manager and the other staff on the night were fantastic Our guests were so impressed with the overall standard - well done to each and everyone - thanks again
