No puedo llamar exactamente a Costa o su competencia, Nerón, cafeterías italianas, pero eso es todo lo que tenemos en Gran Bretaña, ¿no? Los postres se ven un poco tristes y no muy deliciosos (definitivamente no como esas fotos) y el lugar se ve sucio, pero ese es el promedio británico: ventanas manchadas, vitrinas manchadas, etc. Cada vez que hay griegos o italianos trabajando, sus niveles de higiene son mucho mejores. . Compro mi café o té allí con bastante frecuencia porque esa es la opción que tengo cuando estoy allí. Toda la cadena podría necesitar una gran renovación.

Reading Station ConcourseWe arrived at a very busy time following a train load of rugby fans from Twickenham. We were amazed at the effort and teamwork put in by all staff to serve people quickly and efficiently. We'll done guys.
