I can't exactly call Costa or its competition, Nero, Italian coffee shops, but that's all we get in Britain, isn't it. The desserts look a bit sad and not very delectable (definitely not like that pictures) and the place looks dirty, but that's the British average: smudged windows, smudged display windows etc Whenever there are Greeks or Italians working, they hygiene levels are much better. I buy my coffee or tea there quite often because that's the option I have when I'm there. The entire chain could use a lot of revamping.
