No puedo llamar exactamente a Costa o su competencia, Nerón, cafeterías italianas, pero eso es todo lo que tenemos en Gran Bretaña, ¿no? Los postres se ven un poco tristes y no muy deliciosos (definitivamente no como esas fotos) y el lugar se ve sucio, pero ese es el promedio británico: ventanas manchadas, vitrinas manchadas, etc. Cada vez que hay griegos o italianos trabajando, sus niveles de higiene son mucho mejores. . Compro mi café o té allí con bastante frecuencia porque esa es la opción que tengo cuando estoy allí. Toda la cadena podría necesitar una gran renovación.

Unit 8 Reading Gate Retail ParkI pulled a long black hair from my mouth after biting my burger. It was disgusting, when I spoke to the assistant manger she mocked me, she gave 0 customer service to me, and when I pointed out the lady who was on the burger part had long black hair hanging out of her mask and down her face she told me all she could do was refund me the burger price. I was hoping for her to at least tell the girl to put her hair mask on correct, but refused to do so in my company. I would have expected this as a must but was mocked instead. How she is an assistant manger is beyond me. Will never eat here again.
