The best restaurants serving American food in Oxford South East

Dirty Tables loads of food on the floor under tables. Food was poor Scrambled egg like slop the worst I have had . Also sort your car park out litter everywhere . Not a great experience will not be calling again.

Cold food, prepared wrong. Won’t bother again

The only complaint I have is that the prices are far too high £41 for 2 burgers + fries

Dreadful customer service on the day I visited. Had been before but this day was awful. Staff member had a terrible attitude which is bizarre given it’s one of the most expensive burger joints in Oxford. Will never go again, there are plenty of friendlier and cheaper places in Oxford. The place has a pretty dull atmosphere anyway.

On the roof of the Westgate Mall. Really friendly staff, and great selection of all day breakfast and other fast foods. I had the Veggie All American for £14. Three thick pancakes, veggie sausage and bacon. Two eggs and potatoes. All well done and filling

A meal for two with drinks was just shy of £80, which for that value you expect quite fine dining. However, the food here left much to be desired. The brioche bun on the burger wasn't great, it tasted like it was from a packet. The cheese was rather like plastic too. My partner's steak was too rare at first, but the serving staff kindly took it away, and it came back to her liking. The drinks were nice, no complaints there, and the staff were friendly, but we expected more from the food from that price point.

We went to the Britannia Inn for a birthday meal after another place cancelled our booking a few hours before the meal. We are very glad this happened as the atmosphere is great here and we received very friendly service from Hayley and Sharon. They went above and beyond to make sure our meal went well. Even when there was an issue with the thermostat meaning they couldn't turn the heating on in the area we were sat in, Hayley and Sharon made sure to move us close to the open fire when a table became free. We had a range of different dishes among our group, all of which were tasty and presented nicely. Thank you Hayley and Sharon for making our time at the Britannia Inn pleasant, and we hope you have found the thermostat! We will definitely be returning for other family occasions in the future.

Firstly, there was a man in the front of me waiting for his order, but he left as he was waiting way too long and other people who was after him get they order before him. While the manager or supervisor, just was there watching what is going on and playing with his phone insted to help the staff. And I order chicken wrap with BBQ sauce and i didn't get any sauce at all. It was dry and tasteless. So disappointed.

He visitado este establecimiento un par de veces ya que es relativamente local para mí, por desgracia casi todas las visitas no han sido satisfactorias. El servicio al cliente es muy pobre, me parece que casi todo el personal es extremadamente grosero. Pedí una pajita en el mostrador y la señora me miró como si estuviera siendo el mayor inconveniente, seguido de un “allí” muy severo y grosero y señaló dónde estaban. Le dije que no había nada, así que arrojó la paja en la bolsa y la resopló e insufló y luego se fue. Este es solo un encuentro que he tenido. El personal a menudo te trata como un inconveniente y son muy groseros. Los quioscos siempre están fuera de los recibos, ya que el personal no reemplaza la lista. El establecimiento no es muy ordenado o limpio. Sigo regresando con la esperanza de una mejor experiencia, sin embargo, no creo que sea probable que suceda. No volverá en un futuro cercano.

Siempre, siempre es un tiro de mierda en cuanto a si van a hacer su orden correcta. Hoy mi hijo está en casa para descubrir que no hay hamburguesa en una comida de hamburguesas. La última vez se perdió el pollo palomitas. Las personas que trabajan aquí deben ser entrenadas por robots buggy que no enseñen a revisar un pedido. Ya tuve suficiente de esto...

Esperaba que la tienda abriera. Me dejaron entrar antes del horario de apertura con sonrisas muy amables. Hice que mi día comenzara agradable y cálido en un día frío. ¡Gracias!

Rude guy serving. Took ages to arrive, and only attractive females were being compensated albeit only with chips. Food was tasty but there happened to be something wrong with each order which they were resentful in replacing.
