The best restaurants serving American food in Preston North West

Visited peddlers Lane, for a healthy option, this afternoon. Long queue; ordered chicken salad, dry chicken, 2 slices of dry cucumber, 2 slices of tomato, one edible 1 not and a LOT of lettuce. Coffee weak and watery. Perhaps the worst salad I have ever had. Provided 'feedback' at the counter but I got the couldn't care less attitude 'I'll tell management, but it won't make any difference'. Wasn't even busy in store. The worst £3.89 I've spent in a long while. Need to do much better.

5 Stars - Great Experience at KFC Preston Fishergate! Visited KFC Preston Fishergate on 20 October 2024, and I must say, Libby made the experience exceptional! She was incredibly friendly, especially with my 8-year-old child, answering all their questions with patience and a smile. Her welcoming attitude truly made our day. It's rare to find such great customer service, and Libby really stood out. Thanks for the excellent service – we'll definitely be back!

Traditional Bskers shop I have visited Gallowsys on many occasions and never been disappointed proper pies full to the brim and exceptionally well seasoned and that's coming from a wiganer (true pie ester)

Good menu and good layout and thoughtful design and reasonable prices but the place was shut and you had to walk through the cafe area to get to the shop

Horrible Staff… A Lady Served Me It Was Just A Simple Sub I Ordered.. Ask For Salsa An She Mumbled Sayin I Couldve Charged You More For Salsa.. I Said Pardon Me An She Didnt Say Anythin… Wasnt Polite At All.. Didnt Even Warm My Sub Properly… She Just Hated Working 😡

I ordered a meal. The rest of my order was fine but chips???? Nah more like a brick what on earth did they put on them cheese????? Nah cement more like!!

Had a terrible experience. The service from staffs were really bad. Very bad customer service. One of the staff was very rude towards us.

We went for a quick lunch. First thoughts on arrival was the store looked like it had recently been refurbished.....pretty good first impression. Unfortunately the same couldn't be said for the food or the service upon having an issue with cold, undercooked bacon xl burger. We asked for the burger to be replaced as it was anaemic and cold. Got given the replacement burger, for that to be even colder and still anaemic. The attitude of the manager, Kirsty I think was her name, was unhelpful and dismissive, no attempt to rectify the complaint. Ended up getting a refund, no replacement, therefore went without lunch. On leaving the store, the same manager shouted after us smugly 'thanks guys, bye' with a grin. Not the act or attitude in fitting with management level anywhere. We will definitely not be back and recommend highly that nobody else does either. We tried to leave feedback on burger Kings own website, unfortunately, that wasn't functioning either! Burger King......King of burgers you are not!
