Useless staff and app. Order always wrong and the drive thru slow leading to added queues on main road Update: tried today mar 25 - drive thru - told to wait around the front for the sexond time this week - simple burger meal. One to avoid

Bought quite a few items and very happy with all our purchases.

Food arrived warm and friendly driver but kfc just isn’t like it used to be so a bit let down

I wish you could order at the counter. Having to use the self service is a pain.

didn't get my order at all ! the driver can't find my address, then when he thought he found it saying he is waiting at my door ! obviously he was nowhere! when I messaged him he is at the wrong address, he just simply clicked on "delivered " and got lost!

Great sandwich and great service. I had a tex mexan and would recommend to others. Staff were very helpful and polite!!!

Good menu and good layout and thoughtful design and reasonable prices but the place was shut and you had to walk through the cafe area to get to the shop

Something was old in my sandwich,I got really bad food poisoning soon after having their sandwich. Service was really bad:old woman there is so rude to customers! Tables were dirty and nobody was looking after the place,even the windows and door was dirty! We won't go there ever again!

Not the first time I was cheated about order and acctual dine...today I ordered 3 different items but received only 2...

Ordered 2 meals here, 1 chicken and rice meal and the chicken XL meal and the food was very poor. My partners chicken XL was inedible she said chips were cold, soggy and no flavour and the chicken burger itself was cold and hard. Mine was pretty much the same. My rice wasnt spicy at all like it is in other pepes piri piri branches and the chicken pieces as well were hard and barley any flavour either. Gutted to waste money here for food that was really bad.

We went for a quick lunch. First thoughts on arrival was the store looked like it had recently been refurbished.....pretty good first impression. Unfortunately the same couldn't be said for the food or the service upon having an issue with cold, undercooked bacon xl burger. We asked for the burger to be replaced as it was anaemic and cold. Got given the replacement burger, for that to be even colder and still anaemic. The attitude of the manager, Kirsty I think was her name, was unhelpful and dismissive, no attempt to rectify the complaint. Ended up getting a refund, no replacement, therefore went without lunch. On leaving the store, the same manager shouted after us smugly 'thanks guys, bye' with a grin. Not the act or attitude in fitting with management level anywhere. We will definitely not be back and recommend highly that nobody else does either. We tried to leave feedback on burger Kings own website, unfortunately, that wasn't functioning either! Burger King......King of burgers you are not!
