We booked a meal at the Firepit for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! We are not local and were actually having a weekend away in some nearby lodges so The Firepit was one of the first restaurant suggestions to come up on Google and we loved the look of the menu! I had the sirloin steak on a stone and my partner had the Firepit burger. Both were absoloutley delicious and the cocktails were great too! The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the service was great. Its a shame it is so far from where we live as it would definitely be a place I would visit regularly!

In Nantwich for just a day, we had a lovely afternoon in the White Horse. The barman was very friendly and welcoming. Although there was no food available at this time we were able to buy something from an excellent bakery around the corner to eat in the pub with our drinks. Thanks.

My first time at a TGI Friday, and my first time eating out at Speke Retail. Won't be doing either again after this visit. I came in with my mum and daughter on a Sunday afternoon after trying Zizzi's and getting told they were closing down due to lack of customers and barely had any ingredients. TGI's similarly had very few people dining despite a busy shopping park outside. The atmosphere inside was was grim. More staff than customers, and we still got poor service with long waits on our drinks and food. Rather than once checking on us, the management where running around having loud, obnoxious conversations with each other and some of the customers about operational issues affecting the business. Really bizarre. Then the food. Shockingly bad value for money. £20 for a bog standard burger and chips. £7 for a side of onion rings. None of it was that good either. Really average. These restaurants are under a lot of pressure due to overheads and inflation, I get it. But nobody is eating in them because they're just too expensive for what they are.

Ruchi is the best Indian takeaway in Blackpool and my husband and I order from Ruchi about once a week. My husband says his Korma is the best he's ever had and enough for 2 meals when extra chicken is added. My shashlik chicken is sublime, usually have this but sometimes lazeer, also delicious. Consistently superb and very good value for money.

Me and my family went to the TGI Trafford centre and the food we got was horrendous!, normally the food is good bit this time the burger was burnt to a crisp, the chips weren't the best and when I explained to the waiter, she couldn't care less .

We were given a voucher to go here for afternoon tea. We were served tea whilst waiting for afternoon tea. It was served with cheap looking mugs and was tepid. We waited 25 mins then the waitress came and said there were no scones. If we really wanted them the kitchen staff would go out and buy them.. we wanted them it's the main part of the afternoon tea! We booked the day before so why weren't they prepared. The waitress brought us a coffee while we were waiting and that was also lukewarm. The cream tea when it came after a 40 minute wait was just OK. I've had much better. Very disappointing experience. We would never go there again.
