The best restaurants serving American food in London

Good food and great service. It is pet friendly as well, which we love!

Tried to dine here yesterday, arrived at 8pm on a Monday evening and the restaurant was nearly completely empty. Asked for a table for 3 but was told that they didn’t have anything because there was a “big rush in” coming soon and the kitchen closes at 9….which makes no sense at all! I left and I checked online afterwards and it said there was plenty of table availability! I usually go to the Chigwell branch but decided to come to this branch to change things up, but definitely not coming here again.

Really great place to eat. We had Hal as our server and he was top tier. Really made the experience special

Innovative dishes and cocktails. If we lived locally, we would eat here weekly. Staff was friendly, and the place has a great vibe.

World class food and amazing service

The food is good. Don't bother with thin pizza - thick base is so much better, there's simply no comparison. The only quibble is that when we ordered a half/half pizza, with a different topping on each side, we were charged extra. The management weren't interested at all, attempting to justify this by saying that a full pizza's worth of topping was put on each side - but we didn't ask for that. At least a little more transparency would be welcome.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and food was almost 30 minutes late for quoted delivery time and cold on arrival. I sent the food back with the driver and when the restaurant called, I asked for a refund which was not issued. This is the first time I've had a problem with them, but because they were unwilling to refund my money, it's also the last time they'll ever get a penny from me. Extremely poor customer service.

Well rubbish now. When I first went it felt a bit more like a restaurant that just does good fried chicken, like FOWL I guess, but it’s changed. Just feels like an expensive takeaway. And it’s very expensive for what you get. 2/5

Good service and nice place but the cod bites were off even the waitress said she could smell them I just wonder what Gordon would have said in kitchen nightmares
