I can’t believe I haven’t been here sooner! We popped in about 7:30 on a Saturday expecting the sat night London chaos but it was such a good vibe. Even when it’s busy it’s super spacious and the food is AMAZING. We got beef noodles, beef and jasmine rice and chicken winglets and it was all amazing. And the staff are super lovely and helpful with allergy info.

The food was ordinary as akhi suggested ebi prawn, everyone was very sincere. staff alll @Akhi🤔

Calidad extremadamente baja a precios extorsivos. Los entrantes para compartir cuestan £ 22 y eran tan básicos que parecía y sabía a comida congelada de Islandia ni siquiera vale £ 5. La red también era básica y no auténtico tailandés en absoluto. Porciones muy pequeñas. La baja calidad es realmente bastante impactante. Una estafa total.

Consistently good, been a while since my last visit but it seems that the quality remains the same. Service is good, nice bustling atmosphere, lots of happy people. Pad Thai is really good!!

Had a lovely pad Thai and noodle soup, and our server Noel was great!

It was average I didn't rate the food I had, the pork nibblets were mushy and the chicken matchsticks are a rip off! The rest of my group felt their food was"ok".It's difficult to pick the food you want if you have an allergy which is frustrating as they have changed the recipes of many of the dishes. Unlikely I'd go back to this chain again.

The place is beautiful and pleasant, the staff are friendly but the food doesn't have much flavor. Disappointed

Perfect food for a cold day! The atmosphere is splendid, luxurious. Good for both big groups and single person wanting a window seat :)

If you want to get pickpocketted then I suggest go here. The staff don't give a damn about it either. They just let two people go aroud tables accosting people whilst they eat. And when you complain they give you a shoulder shrug. Absolute disgrace tbh. They should show more care to their customers. Never going to go again.

The place is nice and chill! We went for a team lunch. The seats are wide and tables are quite spacious which is nice as ofter there is never enough space where to put food. We ordered a variety of dishes and each one of them was great. My personal favourites was the satay cabbage. Very tasty. Full of nuts for those who are allergic. Recommended.

Really slow service, sadly. Kinda weird how it's impossible to spend money there. Just not interested in taking orders. Food's fine

A lovely looking restaurant in Shoreditch. We were seated quickly and then we realised it was shared tables (even though we had booked) which we didn’t know. It didn’t bother us but I think there a few tables that are private. Food was decent, although my pork belly was pretty spectacular! However the rest of my dish was average. My partner had Pad Thai and although he said it was nice, it was a slightly small serving for him.

One of the underrated Thai restaurant in shorditch. This restaurant will reach at its peak . Such a wonderfull service and delicious spicy food . Went here for just some sides and wine. We didn’t have much time and the waiter brought everything in less than 10 minutes. The calamari was delicious, different from what I am used to but very well seasoned. The satay chicken could be better. The restaurant is well decorated and the tables are big so nice for groups.

Busaba Old Street is so underrated - it’s the calmest spot in the area. It’s quiet, everything’s delicious, you’re never rushed, and it feels like a spa. It’s the perfect place for a deep conversation with a dear friend. You can be truly present with one another there, unlike at some of the busier spots in the area. It re-centres me like nowhere else nearby. Grateful for you, Busaba ❤️🧡

Thejus was an awesome server and food was stellar. In a city full of small plates at the price of £20 or overpriced drinks, Busaba in Shoreditch stands out for its bold flavour, full belly expectation and kind service. PS the soups are amazing.

There is nothing authentic about this restaurant. When you want Thai food you expect flavourful food with a little punch. The food is super bland and tasteless. The cocktails are drab and flat. A little over priced for what it's worth. Just a fancy setting.

Thejus the best waiter in london, most mind people we met in our journey

This is my third visit here and I'll keep coming back! Food here is amazing. Haven't found a dish that I do not like yet. Service is also great. Today was my friend's birthday and I privately approached the waiter Thejus, who gave a great dessert suggestion and was discreet to bring it as a surprise for my friend.

The food is always delicious, I’m never disappointed. The service is great too - special mention to Luna :)

Lovely seats by the windows are perfect for taking yourself out to a nice lunch! Recommend the aubergine curry for my fellow vegetarians!

Brilliant meal at Busaba. The food was exquisite. Definitely recommend if you're after authentic Thai food. My mate Nelly fancies himself as a bit of a foodie (never been to Thailand but knows the best Thai restaurant in London) and he was not wrong. As someone who has been to Thailand, this is as close to the real thing you're going to get. Akhi was our server. She was extremely pleasant, polite and helpful throughout our meal. Akhi asked about our dietary needs and ensured our needs were met. Thank you, Akhi!

Quite possible the worst pad Thai I’ve ever had! Absolutely no flavour and TINY portion. For £14, that’s a robbery. The service was nice and food came out quick, but I’d skip this place
