Very Rude staff, this is the second time me and my friends had to deal with the Rude staff. 6 of March in the evening, whoever these staff members were, they were extremely Rude. They don’t care about customer service at all, the act like they doing a huge favour on us. Very bad attitude while servicing customers, extremely unprofessional you will feel like you are in a cheap market in some bad city where the scammers are selling you some stuff. One of the cheap tactics they use is they speak very fast about the Add ons(which they charge extra for) so customers normally don’t clearly understand and end up paying extra. If you’ve never been here please don’t go here, they will make you feel stupid, seems like they lack basic customer service training. The portion size of the Tacos is ridiculous, it’s like baby food, please don’t order it. Even babies won’t feel fully satiated with it.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They made sure every part of the dining experience was seamless, offering great recommendations and checking in without being overbearing. Farhaa Patel was very helpful and talked with us nicely! Reshma was outstanding with managing the staff! Hassan was super quick in checking us out! Catarina was managing all the things efficiently! The food was outstanding! The portion sizes were absolutely perfect generous enough to leave you satisfied but not overwhelmed. Each dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, showcasing high-quality ingredients. I especially appreciated the ability to customize my meal without compromising taste or portioning.

First time ordering from this place burritos were great

Portion sizes are diabolical for what you pay. Been coming here on and off for 10 years but they're taking the piss with how little they give you.

Staff on shift today tried to rip me off with portion size and add ons. Ordered large rice bowl and firstly tried to give me smaller portion size for rice and grilled veg than you would even get for a medium. When I asked for more grilled veg was told £2.50 extra, when gave my box to the man who does the meat I ordered chicken and got smaller than medium size chicken for a large and the lady that told me would have to pay £2.50 extra for getting veg at the correct portion size said to him charge £2.50 for extra chicken when I never got extra chicken. I declined my box as portion sizes should represent the size and when give you smaller portion than supposed to and customer asks to put to correct level don’t try and say extra £2.50. I like the food at tortilla but it is hit and miss in regards to portion sizes. I’m not departing with my money to be given smaller than correct portion sizes.

Google says they are open untill 21:30. We arrived there at 8pm, the workers are all there, a group of 4-6 people. They see that we are trying to order but no one comes to tell us they are actually closed untill we want to order which i find ridiculous! So much food still left on the counters but we could not order because they are closed...

The staff and Managers were very friendly. So welcoming. Must visit this place. Absolutely loved it 🥰

I ordered a meal for NYE at about 5:30pm, paid for it and chose 19:15-19:30, the time I planned to collect it. I then walked over and your store at Stratford Westfield but it was closed. Why wasn’t this on the app? This is really poor service. I’d like a refund please.

The service was so bad😭😭 i dont usually care to write reviews for fast food but the workers at this Tortilla are atrocious! Passive aggressive behaviour and rude tone is what i experienced today and i wont be going back.

Ordered a burrito large from here, but I saw they only put a small scoop of meat the same they done for the smaller burritos, when I asked why the said they do a larger one, which they didn’t. Super rude and didn’t offer to put any more meat. So I have paid £10 for a burrito of salad etc Go elsewhere..

First of all, the food was not too bad as I am a regular customer of Tortilla and love to come here due to the amazing burritos they make! However, on this occasion I was very upset with this worker that scammed me and my partner with the food, we wanted to order a large burrito combo from the sunset menu which is £11 and comes with a side that is included with the main. In this case, we opted for the chips & salsa which should come with a fresh dip. This worker was very rude and said that we have to pay extra £3 for this fresh dip and gave us the cholula hot dip instead. On top of this, we added a Diet Coke with our order which was £1.95. Our total of the order came to £14.00 when instead we should have paid £12.00. So I am not sure why he has overcharged us even when we opted for takeaway also. I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase and I really question coming back to Tortilla again because of this worker. Proper training should be done as we paid more and didn’t get our full food order as stated on the menu…

I’ve just been and i can’t say anything bad. The food was great and fresh. And the service was one of a kind. Would like to mention Ana Maria for her great service. She was very helpful and patient and i’d just like to say couldn’t have had a better experience!!!

Meal ordered for delivery at 7.10, but didn't arrive until until nearly 8.15. All of the food was cold on arrival and quite disappointing in that as well as being cold, the spicing was not consistent with the menu description. Overall, very disappointed. we could see from the tracking that our order was just being continuously pushed back. We have used this restuarant before and enjoyed the food, but cold food, arriving very late and quite costly means that we won't be ordering there again.

I went for the first yesterday with my daughter. Not busy we were the only ones there. I was asked if it was my first time I said yes. The man rushed me he had no patience’s I didn’t know what the toppings were. He spoke so fast I had to ask him to slow down. He was rushing us and no one was there. The next stage the lady added sauce and and wrapped it. It was done so rough and it was very sloppy. Everyone looked depressed working. We went to sit down … the rice was tough hardly any meat literally half of spoon. And it didn’t taste fresh. Bad experience and end results bad food. We paid nearly 20 pounds for two wraps that ended up on the bin. And I am a big fan of Mexico food. This was the worst. Staff needs not to be so impatient and rushy. Handle the food with care as well as preparing fresh food. 12 afternoon i should not be eating old food. It wasn’t cheap. And we were hungry and this happens. Very very unhappy customer.

I am a regular customer at Tortilla. The food is good however whenever I order a large naked burrito box the portion size is always the same to regular. I end up paying more just for the box size and never actually get more food for the value. Also unfortunately I witnessed a female staff (seemed like the manager or supervisor- Possibly Caucasian ) talk to their colleague in a very rude and disrespectful manner. It was very uncomfortable to watch whilst she was taking my payment. It was unfortunate to see this as a customer and felt sorry for the worker.

The employees were very bad in there behaviour it was are first time so we were asking for there help but rather than being helpful they were making fun of me and my friend plus the cutlery were very bad not recommended.

Quien visite esta tienda de alimentación tenga cuidado que debe gastar el doble del precio mencionado en la tarjeta de tarifas. Se ve un tablero de 9. 40 por tazón y una vez que empieces a pedir comida adicional en el mostrador te sorprenderás. . Sé que pocos artículos (un par de artículos totales) como el aguacate, etc. pueden ser extra. . Aquí cada complemento básico mexicano es extra... Como si no tuvieras 2 frijoles... O vegetales... Una vez que te muevas en cola te sorprenderán muchos extras. . . Fue una gran vergüenza si vas con grupo grande, ya que no puedes dejar la cola en el medio. Personalmente sentí que era robo de día para todos nosotros. Será mejor que vaya a Chipotle la próxima vez. Nunca evet visitará esta tienda. Tienen estudiantes inexpertos que rocían comida como comida para perros... Pagas mucho y ganas menos. . Te hacen sentir incómodo que pidas agregar más cada artículo, ya que solo rocían la comida del tazón de servir. Total desperdicio de dinero y perdió la energía mental. Tuvimos mal comienzo del fin de semana y pagamos precio visitando esta tienda de alimentos. Mi recomendación es simplemente evitar ir a esta tienda

90 minutes from order to delivery is just ridiculous for a salad bowl. Very unhappy.

So I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with guacamole and a large tub of guacamole with chips on the side I didn’t get guacamole in my chicken breedable and I only got a small container of guacamole instead of a large. I’m not annoyed. I understand it gets busy but Why am I paying for my order if it not even correct.

Lost my appetite and left without the food. One lady has a hostile attitude, scowled at me and ignored my question about extra toppings. When confronted another person, H starred at me blankly when I asked for the food that’s just sitting there and started antagonising me when I decided to leave without the food. Shocking service, I won’t be coming back.
