The best restaurants serving American food in City of London, Westminster London

So sad this is our last meal here (as site closing) , had amazing meal and fabulous service from Pasqual and Marika, hope to see them soon at their new Byron restaurants.

Nada gourmet sobre una hamburguesa fría y papas fritas. Vivo a unos 4 minutos a pie, pero la comida tardó 40 minutos en llegar y luego estaba fría. También había ordenado un batido, pero sin popote significaba que tenía que tirarlo al fregadero.¡Me conecté en línea para quejarme y finalmente recibí un mensaje automático que decía que apreciaban mis comentarios y que tratarían de mejorar! No tendrá que preocuparse por eso, ganó; No vuelvas, ahórrate la decepción y evita.

Muy buena comida, pero caótico! Pedí pollo tierno que era muy sabroso y patatas fritas cargadas que estaba bien. Llevan la comida a tu mesa pero se olvidaron de una de nuestras porciones de papas fritas. Personal amable pero estresado. A un lugar ruidoso y caótico con música súper alta para que el personal no podía escucharnos pidiendo.

Eravamo io e mia moglie, in viaggio di piacere a Londra. Ci siamo fermati appena arrivati dall’aeroporto per mangiare qualcosa, ricordando che a New York questa catena era stata davvero molto, molto soddisfacente. Purtroppo la delusione è stata grandissima, il conto totale è stata una mezza rapina per la precisione. Abbiamo preso due hamburger normalissimi, una porzione di patatine in due e da bere una Coca-Cola e una birra. Vi dico semplicemente il totale in euro e cioè 45 €. Oltre a questo prezzo davvero assurdo la cosa che non mi è piaciuta e sono proprio gli hamburger: molto molto unti al limite dell’immangiabile e piccolissimi. Il servizio è davvero scadente con personale che appariva svogliato e non propriamente pulito. Rispetto ad altre catene di hamburger di Londra, abbiamo poi visto che questa è la peggiore in assoluto. Cari amici italiani, stateci attenti.

£ 22 por 2 hamburguesas pequeñas y una coca. Fue bastante agradable y me preguntaron cómo me gustaría que se cocinara, pero era una cosa pequeña. Personal poco comunicativo, sin ambiente. No volvería a ir.

Usually get a McDonalds as we travel around just to see if there is a difference. - We ate 3 times across England over 5 days and this one was the worst by far.

Lo único bueno de este lugar es su asistente de gerente James, que aparentemente se encarga de todo y atiende a los clientes. El resto del personal parecía más interesado en tener una conversación informal entre ellos a pesar de estar relativamente ocupado. Tuvimos que devolver nuestras alas porque llegaron frías ya que nadie podía molestarse en sacarlas a tiempo. Gracias por los chocolates mate!

One of the best meals we've ever had! Every dish was perfectly cooked and packed with incredible flavors. The service was exceptional, and the ambiance was cozy and relaxing. We will definitely be back soon for another amazing experience!

No se le permitió usar los baños, aunque eso es ilegal y cuando dices que va en contra de las reglas del consejo te echan sin permitirte conseguir tu comida

Great restaurant. Seated within minutes of arriving and given plenty of time to choose our food. Waiting staff were lovely. Small, but really nice selection of wines (reasonably priced too!) Food was freshly cooked, and delicious. The only reason I haven’t given it five stars is because we waited longer for our food than we might have expected on a quiet Wednesday evening.

I want to be fair, although I was not impressed with my food I think it was because I ordered chicken and not a beef burger, after all it is the GBK. However, my chicken burger was just nothing special, actually the similar one from Burger King is tastier.

Very expensive food and drinks. But because of the location, I guess these are the sort of prices you’d be expecting to pay. So the review is not based on the prices. We were in the lower sports bar. They had two pool tables which took contactless payment. These very rarely worked. The machine also took coins but again refused to work. The staff didn’t seem interested that we lost quite a bit of money in these tables and didn’t do anything about it. When we did get to play, the tables were very uneven and poorly looked after. For the amount they charge for one game, you’d think they’d look after the tables better. Onto the dart boards. They have two boards in a very narrow area. Very little room for manoeuvre when two people playing at once. A slight lapse in concentration when retrieving your darts could see you getting hit by darts from the other board. The other most bizarre thing about this was there are no scoring machines, which does happen in some pubs, but also not even blackboards to chalk your scores. Keeping scores on your phone is not the most ideal for a quick glance when throwing. Poor show. The area is a very nice size and has the potential to be a great little venue for private parties etc. Unfortunately the prices, lack of care for the facilities and convenience when playing makes me give it the thumbs down. Better management of this could possibly make it one of the best locations in London for pool and darts. Hopefully the owners can take advantage of a potential amazing sports bar.

Très bon burgers et très bonnes frites ! Prise de commande rapide, temps d'attente correct, de la place à 12h30/13h ! Personnel agréable et serviable. Lieu propre (y-c les WC) Rien à dire mis à part le prix pour des burgers... mais c'est Londres. :)
