Nada gourmet sobre una hamburguesa fría y papas fritas. Vivo a unos 4 minutos a pie, pero la comida tardó 40 minutos en llegar y luego estaba fría. También había ordenado un batido, pero sin popote significaba que tenía que tirarlo al fregadero.¡Me conecté en línea para quejarme y finalmente recibí un mensaje automático que decía que apreciaban mis comentarios y que tratarían de mejorar! PROS: - Location: • Awesome. Literally 100m. from Victoria Stn. • 15' walking to Big Ben/Westminster Abbey and 8' to Buckingham Palace. • 100m. from Market Halls Victoria (great to eat different dishes around the area). • From Stansted Airport you take the National Express (A7 to Victoria) and once you arrive at the Victoria Coach Station, you just need to walk 5' to the hotel. Safety area 24/7 with people always walking around. • 200m. from Wicked, the musical. - Staff: extremely nice and helpful. - Clean: no complaints about it. - Modern: not a typical old Victorian hotel. All amenities included. - Breakfast: not the best but decent. Toasts, coffee, juices, some pastries, fruits, yogurs, cereals and yummy naan breads. You can choose this option or you can have breakfast every day on a Starbucks or similar (not ideal for a 5 days trip). CONS: - Room size: comfy, modern but very small room (we got it double with window). I found it very annoying. It's ok that they are small but if you pay for a window-room, you should be able to open it. At least a bit (they are security windows prepared for hospitality). After you shower, you had to open the door for some time to at least be able to breath a bit and also to air the room. AC helps but it's not the solution at all. If I was the owner of the hotel, I would redesign it. Better to have less rooms and more expensive than the ones they have now but offering a poorer experience.

Lo único bueno de este lugar es su asistente de gerente James, que aparentemente se encarga de todo y atiende a los clientes. El resto del personal parecía más interesado en tener una conversación informal entre ellos a pesar de estar relativamente ocupado. Tuvimos que devolver nuestras alas porque llegaron frías ya que nadie podía molestarse en sacarlas a tiempo. Gracias por los chocolates mate!

So sad this is our last meal here (as site closing) , had amazing meal and fabulous service from Pasqual and Marika, hope to see them soon at their new Byron restaurants.

Geeat food and the best milkshakes around

I have ordered a delivery for a friend's party I am hosting. The delivery came wrong and incomplete and they have not given any other option to amend the mistake.

I want to be fair, although I was not impressed with my food I think it was because I ordered chicken and not a beef burger, after all it is the GBK. However, my chicken burger was just nothing special, actually the similar one from Burger King is tastier.

The burger was disgusting and very uncooked . I will never come back and I had a horrible stomach pain The day after. Was it really worth it . The fries were the most decent thing they had but they were certainly not the best

Food is disgusting . Fish and chips that had definetly been cooked more than once and the attitude of Tina the manager was worse

There was a huge queue with only two self serve machines and no one taking orders at the till until queue was out of the door. Appalling. Milkshakes nice but too thick (not mixed properly) and overpriced - £6.20 is a rip off - and was charged and 50p for cream - seriously…. A con. Straw lasted all of two minutes - low quality and was unusable. Chips nice but small portion and overpriced at £4.55

What an awful place, service terrible, waited 20 mins for order, other people who came after me got their food first. Staff too busy chatting, would not recommend... So poor

As my title says, ben & jerrys never fail to surprise you with their delicious ice cream, place is clean and seating available, people working there were very friendly

Las hamburguesas en Diner fácil. son preciosas! eds Si pides que una comida te dan patatas fritas, aros de cebolla y col, también el tamaño de la bebida es suficiente para dos bebidas, así que en verdad te la pena. La única cosa que fue una decepción en mi visita fue la camarera que nos sirvió. Ella parece que no sabía lo que estaba haciendo y no tenía idea de cómo hacer un pago en efectivo y pagar el saldo pendiente, que había dejado de usar una tarjeta, ella también no entiendo muy bien debido a la barrera del idioma. Eso en cuanto a la comida, tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable.
