Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered a vegan burger. When my food arrived it was a double beef burger. I complained and was told it was a quorn burger. I said it looks like a beef burger and it smells like a beef burger and my friend said it tastes like a beef burger !! No apology whatsoever. They said the chef will do another one. I told them it made me feel sick and I couldn’t possibly eat now. Still no apology, I paid a total of £22 for this meal and a small glass of wine. I asked for a refund and was given the refund for the burger only. I complained again and reluctantly I was given the refund for the small glass of wine. I would have at least expected that to be offered as some kind of acknowledgment of how appalling their mistake was. If this place is going to serve vegan food then I’d expect the chef to know the difference between quorn and beef. Worse experience of chef knowledge and customer service.

We booked buffet lunch for 25 service users and volunteers from our charity. We had an excellent time and tasty, plentiful food for a very good price. The Manager, Warren was friendly and helpful. All the staff were also welcoming to people with a range of disabilities. Thank you All Headway North West London

Awful place, charged £7.95 for a pint and when questioned it they shoved a notice under my nose that said they're allowed to do it when there's an event on. How is that acceptable. I'd Judy been out in Canary Wharf and a pint was around £6-£6.50. The thing is they call any night with a sport on TV an event. I won't be going there again

I've been going to the Sports Bar and Grill for many years, usually when I'm on my way to watch something at Wembley. I was aware of their practice of "Event Pricing", where they raise the prices when there are events at Wembley, but I was surprised at the cost of a Pint of Lager served in a Plastic Container at £7.95 and one brand of beer costing £8.50 a pint. It says something when having a drink inside the stadium is cheaper than a bar that's a 10-minute train ride away. The next point I would like to make is their app ordering process. I've got used to ordering by app, and I'm happy using it, but the last few visits to the Bar, where I have used the app, are now the cause of a standing joke between my group of friends. On more than one occasion, when ordering drinks on the app, after a period of waiting, I went to the bar, took the ticket out of the machine and handed it over to the bar staff. If you don't want us to use the app to order drinks, disable it. For the main reason for the review, we ordered food last night, in plenty of time to consume it and make our train. After 40 minutes of waiting, we enquired how much longer we would have to wait and were told it would be another 20 mins; at this point, we cancelled our food as we would have to wolf it down and run for our train. I had also ordered another round of drinks on the app, which hadn't appeared and was told they would bring them over ASAP, after a period of waiting, I went up to the bar, picked the reprint of our round out of the printer and asked for that round to be cancelled. Whilst the order was being refunded, there were other customers asking to cancel their orders. I think it is time to go back to the Victoria & Albert round the corner, which should help the Sports Bar and Grill cope with the number of customers.

We came to watch the Rugby WC Ireland vs NZ. When we arrived the bar had made an error with our booking, thankfully this was fixed in a reasonable time. The rugby was being played in a dedicated fan zone, and the volume went out on the tv, thankfully also fixed rapidly after I saw management about it. We ordered drinks from our table which did not arrive for over 15 mins, at which point I had to go to the bar and order them again anyway. I also ordered food (1kg chicken wings) and was delivered a sides plate of cauliflower wings. After going back to the bar to replace the order, the staff said there was limited food and we would not receive what we ordered. Overall, not a great first experience and I wouldn’t come back. A shame because it’s a nice looking bar and the other patrons had good energy.

4 of us visited yesterday ahead of a sporting event we'd tickets to. We found a table and used the app to order brunch at 11.15 am. Sometime after 12, there was no sign of our order and we had to leave to get to our event. A party of 4 next to us had been waiting well over an hour for their order and I spoke to someone else who'd been waiting longer than us. We realised that none of had seen any food come out of teh kitch for quite some time and other than 2 bar staff who were super busy serving at the bar, there was no other member of staff to talk to about this. So, £70 down for 4 chicken burgers and fries !!! but no chicken burgers or fries to be had. I've phoned 3 times and left 2 messages and heard notjing as yet so it looks like I'm out of luck !!!! I booked this bar online for 11.15am to watch Ladies Eng V Col, they demand £10 deposit per person which i paid Pre Ordered a bucket of beer on arrival When we got there the place was empty and gave us the worst table downstairs, i said we not sitting here, the girl kindly changed to upstairs in Heineken room. Asked for the beers which i pre-ordered, i clearly have a confirmation email they had no clue for pre order and said we don’t have Birra Moriette bottles what i ordered First beer we got 45 minutes later after so much fuss and wating Went to get 2nd round which took another 45 minutes missed most of the game We didn’t use the £30 of the deposit paid as my friend paid one of the round as the barman could not see my booking and deposit on the system The barman spent more time fiddling with the tills system than pouring pints Worst service ever I have come across, have sent complaint to Heineken HQ as this is a disgrace to Heineken brand No one comes to collect glasses, clearly short staffed and ones who were there had no clue We wanted to order food which we didn’t either Would not recommend bar I want my £30 back

Great food. Ordered burgers with fries and wine. Quick service and happy chatty staff. Really good atmosphere with good tunes and good sport on the TV

Visited here as it was the designated pub for Bolton Wanderers visit to Wembley... Sabs could not do enough to make sure we had a great time. Being on crutches and in a wheelchair, she made a beeline for me to explain the accessable toilet and make sure I was comfortable. Yes the drinks are quite expensive but it's what we expected down south! Sabs made me a beautiful espresso martini and the raspberry coolers were lovely! The guys I was with were surprised that Madri was the cheapest lager (most expensive up north) and was a good pint! Didn't eat food so can't comment, but if this is your team's designated pub, deffo give it a try! Thanks Sabs and team!
