Overpriced and not very good food, really basic ordinary fast food fare, a burger is 7-12 pounds and then you have to pay five quid on top for a portion of chips! Daylight robbery! If you are asking that much for a fairly average burger the chips should be included! No meal deals, if you want a burger, chips and a drink they are all getting on for 10 pounds on average for the burger then about five pounds for chips and five pounds on top for a drink! Ever heard of meal deals shake shack? At least Dick Turpin had the grace to wear a mask when he robbed you! Such premium prices might be justified if it were real cordon bleu fare, but it's really poor greasy stuff. Also why are hot dogs all beef now in these places? Proper Hot dog sausages are pork! Beef hot dog sausages taste awful! (also you can't have a decent hot dog because every ingredient that makes a hot dog proper is charged on top. So you're left with just a bland dry sausage and bread if you don't want to pay a fortune! Again daylight robbery-five guys has the same extortionate practice I hate it)

£15 for a tiny burger and chips seems ridiculous to me. Didn't order a drink as this would have taken the cost to almost £20. For a small take away lunch, this is crazy.

burger was red in the middle. the store phone number ( 01923 3886 210 ) called 4 times but the line just cuts off. the phone number on the store web site is the WRONG number 0192 3886 210 on your web site. so I had to leave my hotel and visit the store which also was a waste of time as the store manager did not refund my money

The ratio price/quality is definitely better than a normal fastfood The quality is higher than a fastfood, but the price is about the same more or less It's a real smash burger, and the souces give an extra hit I suggest to go in the place, cause if you order by delivery services, often the hamburger doesn't arrive really hot

Very good quality shakes and meat but bun could be better and took a while to prepare. Very tastey but small portions. Very good fries.

Awesome food. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Beer nice and fresh. Venue itself is clean and comfortable. Great time.

Best burger in a long time not cheap but good chip are great put very pricey for the size of the portion great food if you have been out

Quite honestly the worst hot dog I’ve ever had. Tough chewy and tasteless! Never again. Only given a 1 because I can’t give it zero.

Bonne découverte cela change des chaînes classiques que l'on retrouve en France (KFC, Burger King ou Mac Donald's). Néanmoins les tarifs sont très élevés pour un fastfood!

We had the smoke shack, chicken shack and fries to share. Wanting something for lunch that was quick and tasty and this hit the spot. Burgers were flavorsome and cooked just right, crinkle chips were really good too. Will be coming back and doubling up on the smoke shack next time as was that good!

popped in for food with wife and kids. i had a beef burger and fries, wife had chicken burger and fries. kids both had nuggets. all food was spot on! really good quality and price felt right. drinks could have been bigger but it was ok as food was top notch! venue was clean, service was fast and friendly :) well done guys

I was very excited to try my first Shake Shack meal and wanted to be amazed. So i ordered a cheese burger, crinkle fries and a hotdog. The hot dog was flavoursome but very small. What let it down was the damp bun, it lacked onions or some relish. I then moved onto the fries which were crunchy but cold. The burger appeared to be small and I thought it was a child's portion. The salad was fresh but the beef pattie was whaffer thin and it was dry and tasteless. I was massively underwhelmed and it was overpriced. The general atmosphere was nice but you can't eat that. My advice is to save your money and go to Burger King or Wendy's.

Odd location (close to St. Paul's though) but a nice outpost of the normally very good chain. It's always a comforting meal if you're an American abroad. I was here during Omicron so didn't eat inside but instead took my burger and fries to go for a picnic at a small church yard just across the alley. And who did I see here visiting the church (right after their visit to the Shake Shack)? John Legend, Chrissy Teigen and family (plus bodyguards). I figure if a legend can eat here, so can I. (I'd post a pic to prove I saw them but I'm not sure it's allowed).

Waiting for over 40 minutes in a fast food joint is ridiculous. And I do understand that I came just before the rush started but people who got in those 30 min after got is sooner. It's hard to get anyone's attention and to escalate when my name just disappeared from the screen.

Never been to Shake Shack in my life, so this was my first experience. I ordered what appeared to be the most popular items Shake Stack and Double Cheeseburger with fries and diet coke. Firstly it was quite busy so there was a short wait, nothing too long though. The crinkly fries were really nice, but you hardly get any for the £3+ they cost! You could have 2 x large fries in McDonalds and still have change from what they charge for their fries (even more if you load them up). The diet coke at £3.35 is like a medium McDonalds size drink, why so flipping expensive? Coke syrup costs pennies and this is over priced! The Shake Shack burger was really nice, however the mushroom burger element was a nightmare to eat. I took one bite and all the red hot cheese came out the back of the thing, then trying to bite through the mushroom was impossible with the whole thing coming up and flapping on my chin! The double cheeseburger was tasty. If you thought Five Guys was expensive for a burger, don't come here ;-) I spent £27.50 on my meal (for one), luckily I was able to claim it back on expenses! My comment to Shake Shack, sort the fries out! They are way too small.

No one eating in the restaurant and the guy takes his time making my fries.. so annoying! I get there is nothing to do as there no customers in.. atleast provide a fast service.

Yes the burger was quite nice, yes the ‘cheesy’ chips were tasty, despite not actually being cheese (that weird American ‘spray’ cheese stuff) but £36 of tasty? Hmm…not sure.

Very clean and well thought out layout and rules. Staff were very helpful, polite and kind. In particular Khan who made us feel very welcome. Definitely the nicest worker I’ve met!

This is my favourite burger & fries chain and this particular establishment is my favorite of them all. The place is super clean, so are the restrooms. It’s never super packed, just busy enough to be pleasant. Employees are extremely nice and professional.
