Shake Shack Victoria Nova in City of London, Westminster

Unseasoned patties but more importantly the servers literally walk around and make you write a review for the restaurant here— literally took the phone out of my friends hand and wrote a review for him and submitted it. Distasteful and embarrassing. Got second hand embarrassment from watching them walk around and make sure everyone reviews their service.

There’s a first time for everything………and a last. While my other half had a burger, fries and drink, all I had was a side and the bill still hit nearly £30! Must be good I thought but was I wrong! The burger was minuscule, the fries cold and greasy and my meal the chicken bites (For 9 quid!!!) were absolutely disgusting. “Whole meat bites”? Not on your Nellie! - these are disgusting pasty mush - certainly not whole meat anything. Will never go back - was absolutely woeful. Overpriced and extremely underwhelming.

Good was pretty good but way over shadowed by the fact that the lady confirmed our order correctly verbally but didn’t put it in. So we got part of our order and then had to wait another 25 minutes. We timed it. It was a running joke of all the people waiting for their order guessing which names they called were right. Les than half. For example my name is Greg and they put my name as Tard. Lastly they won’t do refills on regular coke they will on anything else. The worst part since they give you a tiny cup full of ice. Utterly ridiculous

Amazing food, burgers is excellent and Trolls mikeshake is heavntly Staffs are nice and very helpful. I would recommend anytime.

If you are a harvest mouse, or fond of not eating a human sized portion, then this is the restaurant for you. £16 for a burger that you may need to bring a microscope to see. No fries included. Bang average shake despite being marketed in the name of the place. Woeful.

Having visited shake shack in Covent Garden before we were very much looking forward to visiting again this time in London, Victoria. Our servers went friendly, service was extremely slow, food was below average and they got our order wrong. Toilets were the dirtiest I’ve ever seen in London! The public toilets at Trafalgar Square are cleaner ! £86 for 5 burgers, 3 fries & 2 drinks. Save your money!
