Mi hijo y yo fuimos a Winter Wonderland en Hyde Park, pero decidimos comer en McDonalds. Estaba ocupado pero nos sirvieron rápidamente. La comida estaba caliente y sabrosa.

Staff are so rude little lady manager shouts at you if you complain nuggets and burgers stale .long wait small sizes i will never go back .they need to sack the lot .go edgware rd one its much better

Después de ver una exposición en el West End una noche y regresar a la superficie desde el subterráneo, cenamos tarde a las 1040 pm. Personal muy amable. Eficiente y nuestras comidas llegaron rápidamente. La señora de la limpieza del área estaba ganando su paga (por dentro y por fuera). No ayuda cuando las personas no se limpian después de sí mismas. El problema fue la disponibilidad de asientos, ya que el lugar estaba muy ocupado y no hay muchos asientos para los clientes. La comida estaba bien y dio en el clavo. A esta hora de la noche parece que hay muchos "personajes" vagando por / cerca de este establecimiento.

Clean upstairs and down. Staff are very efficient if lacking a little friendlyness. Food as it always is....tasty! Good location but very busy with workmen and homeless people.

Visited here Saturday 1st December - told by the "Security Officer" at the front doors that although the upstairs was full there would be plenty of seats downstairs so here are the issues in Bullet points: *Both the upstairs and downstairs seating areas where "Rammed" as in very full *Counted 12 people wandering around downstairs trying to find somewhere to eat (All tables where full) *Stairs to the downstairs Dining area where slippery **Customers where ramming into each other and pushing/shoving on the stairs - 1 woman carrying a pram was almost shoved down the stairs *The Queues for the toilets are a joke - 14 women stood outside the Ladies blocking access to the stairs ***28 minutes in the Queue to be told by a bored looking manager that the queue I was in was for "Pick ups" only (No signage to indicate this & no one bothered informing Me whilst stood in the Queue) *****38 people Queuing to be served with no "True" Queue as in people swapping queue to queue *Very, Very slow Service *Manager watching as Staff from nearby Stores (Name badges/name of stores etc. worn) barging their way to the front of the Queues and he said/did nothing ******Very Aggressive Male Beggar demanding money from Customers (Give Me Money, You Give Me money & I want at least 3 pounds - then snatched money from hands and walked to the next "Victim") - approached By Manager and then allowed to join the queue In the end My Family and I wasted almost 40 minutes of our lives and still never got served so left Hungry and thirsty. The policy in this place appears to be F*** the Customer No regard for Health and Safety

No soy muy de MacDonalds, pero en determinados momentos son una solución. De todos, yo creo que es el que me he llevado peor impresión. El personal indolente, las patatas frias y tiesas como un garrote, las mesas sucias y descuidadas. Gente allí apalancada que parecía vivir allí... en fin, lamentable.

Well, this one is always a hoot. Located almost exactly across the street from the Marble Arch, it seems at night to attract the most unusual crowds and customers. We have been many times and the food is standard for McD's here. What is hilarious and sometimes irritating and even a bit dangerous is the clientele, I mean what we have seen and endured here over the years could fill a novella. You may have a so called guest beg you for cash, you may observe a loser freaking out about nothing, or you may just hear something profane, anything goes it seems. It is safe enough, just keep up your guard up and watch your stuff. During the day, it is pretty normal and it is generally rather busy. We never felt unsafe here, just remember, the freaks come out at night.

Being opp PRIMARK it is a very busy resturant for fast food the overall cleanliness is poor and the tables need to be cleared more often..NOT a place to recommend im afraid.there is another McDonald's in edgware rd which is not far away and better

A typical McDonalds, serving fast food at cheap prices. There are plenty of tables and it is clean and tidy. A bonus is that they don't have the machines at the door through which you can order. I prefer talking to a person!

This location was close to our hotel, so we made several visits there during our week in London. Be ready for crowds, because this McDonald's is always busy. Seating can be tough to get, but if you split up and let one order the food and one be on the prowl for a table, you'll be okay. We loved the tables by the windows to watch the constant crowds walking by. The food was decent and -- for London -- the prices were cheap. For those times you don't want a fine meal, rather something relatively quick and cheap, this is your place. Just remember -- it is ALWAYS crowded.

Visited this mcdonalds on a quiet Wednesday afternoon. Ordered our meal - one portion of chips missing, the other cold. No order/payment receipts were issued at all. We followed our meal with a mcflurry - topping missing. Other customers were also complaining re downsized orders - ie small fries instead of the large charged for. On leaving my table I caught my foot on a large nail protruding from the floor - I brought it to the attention of the man cleaning tables but not really interested. I won't be rushing back!

Standard for franchise in price and quality. Staff were very active in keeping shop clean and management was on hand overseeing activity

Mira, es McDonalds. . . . Entonces no voy a comentar sobre la calidad de la comida o los precios. Sin embargo, sí lo visité en las horas punta en una parte muy concurrida de Londres y el servicio aquí fue absolutamente magnífico. Desde el ingreso hasta el momento de sentarse con mi comida fue de menos de cinco minutos, eso incluyó hacer cola, ordenar y recibir. ¿Cómo pueden optimizar el servicio tanto? Fantástico.

This location was clean, food was consistent with McDonalds menu. The Cashier took and filled my order efficiently. Left with my hunger undercontrol. All Good! ;-)

I was at this McDonald’s on Saturday 12th May at just after midnight as I was a participant in a major charity walk. Only one toilet was available as the lower floor area was cordoned off hence the male and female toilets were unavailable for use After waiting 10 minutes to use the single disabled toilet available I was met with such a disgusting sight that I nearly threw up! The toilet pan was overflowing I suspect due to a blockage, and the floor was awash with what I also suspect was urine. Unable to use the toilet I reported it to one of the two security staff members who could not give a care and just shrugged. The location is such that many overseas patrons would use this outlet giving a very poor impression of London and McDonald’s.

Well where do I start!What a completely disorganised so called “fast food”restaurant my daughter waited half an hour for her bagels as they kept forgetting her order when it was finally ready no hash browns!The list was endless of mistakes on one order!My experience was no better my latte was put on my tray and ten minutes later my food was ready this was very incompetent so I had to ask for a hot drink,the guy never smiled apologised just gave me a very blank look!Nobody new who had ordered and who was waiting,most was waiting...we was only in London for the day and spent most of it ordering our breakfasts,the only nice point was a kind gentleman offered my daughter his hash brown which she declined oh his order was also wrong,will most definitely be avoiding you on our next visit and I will most definitely tell others visitings not to bother...If someone would like to get back to me on this matter it would be most appreciated many thanks

Maybe I caught this place on a bad day. It was really busy with people taking a break from shopping. Service was slower than usual. Looked for a table but none available. Food was ok when it arrived. Decided to take out. Not a great experience

very confusing who is in the cue to order food or who is waiting for food ordered chilli chicken wrap and got garlic mayo

Very modern McDonalds with more modern look than I am used to. The cheese bites were great. We both ate at the place and took it to our room.

I work in Marble Arch so during my break I don't have lots of choices for grab something to eat but this McDonalds is the one that is always saving my life!

There are no self-service screens to order, the queues were long, and when I finally did get served I was told the ice-cream machine was out of order ... and we had gone there for ice-creams! Not the end of the world, but a disappointing experience.

Seriously I was always under the impression that McDonalds has a minimum standard worldwide. But they most certainly have left our London in their quality checks. The patty, the buns, the fries even the mcfurry taste simply horrible. Both breakfast and lunch. The service at Marble Arch was extremely extremely slow. The staff are under trained and cannot cope even when there are no queue in the line. Extremely bad experience. If I can give it a ZERO star I would have. Wonder why they even bother to offer McDonalds in London when it is left to deteriorate and destroying the Brand.

The McDonald's Restaurant at Marble Arch is a nice place to stop for a snack or a meal while you are enjoying the shopping and site-seeing in the west end.

Quick service. Some seating downstairs. Very Clean and tidy. Great place for a quick sandwich or breakfast....

Peu de temps pour finir le shopping donc mes ados ont pensé que déjeuner ici ferait gagner du temps. Grosse erreur! 20 minutes de queue pour faire la commande, dix de plus pour la recevoir, frites froides et tables pas nettoyés. On attend pas de miracles au Mac Do, mais celui ci est vraiment à déconseiller!

We had lunch yesterday in this place. The place was busy, all the tables were very dirty. We have to clean ours and ask a member of the staff to wipe it. After wait more than 15 minutes in the queue, when we get serve, the staff tell us that we can only pay with cash. Is full of homeless asking for money and trying to take our wallet. The front door is constantly open and the temperature is very cold inside. We have to wear our coats when we eat. The presentation of the burger was very bad and the chips were cold. We can't complaint to the staff because was a very long wait at all times to be serve.Horrible experience.

As vegetarians we wanted to check out the veggie burger that's not available at home in the U.S. It was good; it's based on chickpeas and has spices similar to Indian food. The seating area was clean and there's seating on the main floor and downstairs. We didn't go a second time but it was worth visiting.

Das McDonalds liegt direkt am Hyde Park hinter dem Marble Arch. Der Gastraum macht einen gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck.Das Angebot an Speisen ist wie überall bei der Kette, man erlebt halt keine böse Überraschung.Fazit: Für einen Snack zwischendurch geeignet.

After attending a busy conference in London, I was too tired. On reaching back to my hotel room I made a quick decision of having dinner at Mcdonald. As it was near to my hotel I reached there within 10 minutes. Although due to some maintenance and repair work carried around, I enjoyed the cool atmosphere as very soothing music was being played. I ordered for vanilla shake and big Mac. It was really sumptuous and tasty. I stayed there for a while relishing my food and had great fun.

Pretty scruffy inside - lack of seating. Food as standard. Staff quite pleasant. Only went there because we needed something quick.

Just had lunch at this Maccas and found it to be very clean. Needed to use the loos and was surprised that they also were very clean. Plenty of seating in the restaurant.

Coming back from a gig to the hotel, starving and a little worse for wear, I wouldn't normally stop for a midnight meal but such is when you're hungry... have to say veggie burger was lush, very fresh and tasty. Staff were lovely and friendly considering the early hour.

Not so many places to around and mcdonalds seems the only thing after you been shopping.You really need to get here at the right time otherwise its to busy, lines are long, no places to sit.They have limited seating upstairs, a lot downstairs but gets so full.Lines are to long and staff need to be quicker at times they are so slow and keep you waiting for ever.Toilet lines for ladies are long to and not nice that they have like 3 tables around the ladies toilet not great.

I visited here on a Saturday Lunchtime, and it was very busy. As I had paid by credit card, I politely asked for a receipt. I had to ask several times, as on each occasion the member of staff ignored me. They finally gave me a receipt after a number of occasions of asking, but it was far too much trouble for them. Food was standard McDonalds food really, so I can't complain with that!

Fast food for those days when you want to let it all go...recently grabbed a Big Mac here as I was starving and did not have the time or desire to go into a 'proper' restaurant. Quick/ good service and tasty - yes I know it's not the healthiest - food. But it served it's purpose.

I have been there several time as this branch is near to where i was living. Every time I order, they forgot something I ordered; you have to insist to get what you paid for. The cleaning needs improvement. This is a very busy branch.

Siempre es bueno tener cerca uno de estos locales de hamburguesas para poder comer una al paso y este no es la excepción. El local está bien y funciona para eso, o sea pasar y comer rápido un menú para luego seguir recorrido.

Located perfectly in the corner, it can be very busy sometime but you will always find space to seat down as its ground floor seating is very big and nicely decorated for all ages.

Standard McDonald's. Filled a hole for an hour before we were starving again. Cheese bites were STONE COLD! I nearly broke my tooth. Burgers are never going to look like the posters... Would be nice to be surprised just once. The men's toilets were fine #bitcramped and the women's had a queue out the door... When the queue subsided... A notice exclaiming they were out of order was slapped up. Not what you want when you've had a long bus journey! The service was the saving grace, so many times you walk into a McDonalds and you're greeted by someone who would literally do anything to be anywhere else at that moment in time... But this girl was polite, professional and had a smile.

Não tem jeito que dê jeito. A comida, ou o que faz as vezes de comida, mantém-se inafastavelmente: mais do mesmo. O sabor não existe mas a fome se mata. Na proposta de ser uma comida ligeira e que abastece, resolve e engorda. a gordura e seu cheiro se Impregna no ambiente, por mais novo e com a aparência de mais limpo, o nariz detecta. Tem opções melhores, sempre.

Mcdonald's pra mim é bom em qualquer lugar do mundo, sei que é uma péssima opção de comida masss na hora da fome e do desespero em um lugar que você não conhece quase nada, acaba sendo uma ótima opção, principalmente pelo preço!

I normally wouldn't write a bad review but this place was rough. The staff were obviously not getting on well and the wrong orders were going out. The staff were not that friendly either. I know McDonalds is a cheap option but I have never experienced one just like this before. The place had no security and obviously needed it as it was quite rough.

This particular McDonald's is very slow service and the food never tastes that fresh. A definite avoid. Plus the main toilets are never open late evening and tables are not clean

Mc é Mc em qualquer lugar. Os lanches são iguais em sabor, porém há algumas opções que não tem por aqui. Cheio, quente, mas você pode levar e comer em outros lugares ou esperar vagar um lugar - aí vai da sua disposição e/ou pressa. O valor? Sim, é mais barato!

It took us more than 30 minutes for takeout. I am not kidding and there were many others in different lines that had to wait that long. How can this happen for a fastfood? This branch is a sizeable one, there were many cash registers, the lines were long because the wait was longer. It was not even prime time , we just thought of getting a late snack to go since we had an early dinner.

O Mcdonald's não foge muito à regra, mas o diferencial, em Londres, acho ser o franguinho (cochinhas da asa). Bem temperado!!! Os preços são ótimos (principalmente considerando os altos preços da cidade), e o atendimento também muito bom. Boa opção para um lanche rápido.

It was McDonald's. There were chips. I had a burger too. I'm not sure anyone needs to know anything more than that about the world's most well-known fast food chain really. I couldn't afford the room service in my hotel and it was the only place that was open so it worked out well. Hope this helps future travellers...

What I loved about this is that it was one of very few places we saw that was open (around midnight/later) and great for just a quick bite!

We went one Sunday whilst at Winter Wonderland. The restaurant was absolutely packed with women bottle feeding their kids and more people were queuing up for the woman's toilets than queuing to order food!Many different selections had run out so had to choose alternatives.As there was no seating due to all the hungry babies, we decided to sit under Marble Arch. Which was nice bar the homeless person routing through the bins and the litter blowing around.Overall: Wasn't bad, but wasn't good either. Food was as expected, just the sheer volume of people spoilt it.
