Great restaurant. Seated within minutes of arriving and given plenty of time to choose our food. Waiting staff were lovely. Small, but really nice selection of wines (reasonably priced too!) Food was freshly cooked, and delicious. The only reason I haven’t given it five stars is because we waited longer for our food than we might have expected on a quiet Wednesday evening.

Loved the food here, great portions and very accommodating for walk ins too. Shout out to Verona for exceptional customer service she was so lovely and checked out food allergies info for my friend too, we look forward to our next visit :)

Excellent place for burger and fries. High quality for fast food type restaurant. Very consistent taste in all their locations. Very delicious.

What an amazing place to go to either on your own (which I did) or with friends and family. The food was amazing but probably too much unless you are very hungry 😂 The service was even better. I was greeted very warmly by the door and told that I could sit wherever it would make me comfortable. My server was Alex, genuinely very friendly yet professional. The next time I am working in London I will definitely visit again. Thank you and well done for a fantastic experience.

Beautiful food, although we couldn't finish our meals we were able to box up and take away with us. If you're looking for a decent burger and a funky shake please do visit here! Our waiter was brilliant & friendly and suggested the best burger in the place which wasn't the most expensive.. food & drink delivery was very quick and we will certainly want to visit again. Next time with empty stomachs though!

If you like oily overcooked food and inattentive waiting staff this is the place for you , first and last time I will be visiting, I’m still burping up the over used oil that the food is smothered in

Their customer service was extremely poor, they have you waiting for a long time to take your order. And I had to personally go up and ask can someone take my order due to the fact that they forgot about me.

It was a fantastic experience at the Fat Hippo! I really enjoyed the burger, and it was very tasty and generously sized. The service was great, the food was delicious, and the presentation was excellent. It was the perfect place to catch up with an x work colleague over a lunchtime meal. I will definitely return and I highly recommend the FH X Kellogs combo!

We were a group of 6 that were looking for somewhere to eat while in Shoreditch and came across Fat Hippo. A quick look at the menu outside, we knew it was our kind of place. Absolutely amazing burgers, wings, onion rings and more. Great value, portions but most importantly taste (insert chefs kiss here)

The food here is sublime. I have never tasted better buttermilk chicken! The cheese pull on the cheese balls is amazing (huge portion!). Thank goodness we don’t live within range of delivery because we would be very very overweight!! The staff here are the most hardworking waitressing staff you will ever see - management - HIRE MORE STAFF!! I have never ever seen any staff work harder than they did. We added more tip ( ignore the tip added and tell them they deserve more!) as they work their butts off. This is a great place to eat - worth the tick-tock hype! We will be trying the Cardiff version.

Fat Hippo is an old favourite from our days in Newcastle so we always expect good things here. The food was fantastic as always however the service was very poor.

Over priced Didn’t get was was listed on the menu, lots of ingredients missing No lager on tap Spicy seasoning on fries but not mentioned on menu Awful, and they charged a 10% tip on top! Disgusting

I loved the fried pickles but wasn’t as keen on the chicken burger I got for main. On the website it said they do alcoholic slushies, so I was looking forward to that but they said they haven’t done them in quite a while now....
