Great service! Definitely recommend! Burgers are delicious and price it’s worth it! My daughter is very picky, but the girl who took our order was very helpful and patient. Great service!

I came in, the staff were hmm ok, fortunately the manager picked up on this and took over, All credit to him, the food was great and he went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect, some of the staff seem to be at a bit of a loss or dont give a damn, but well done overall, I has made to feel welcome an important which is rare these days

Ordered for click & collect, informed the restaurant (on the phone) that one item needs to have the mayo removed because of an egg allergy. Only after eating half the order did we realise that the burger had mayo on it. This could have caused severe illness which is unacceptable. SWITCH ON GBK.

We tried GBK today as we were out on a shopping trip for my daughter's 11th birthday and she LOVES a good burger. Sad to say, this was not; we were excited to visit as we've never tried before but the burgers were average at best. Between the 4 of us, we tried the classic smashed burger and the blue smashed. First thing is, they look NOTHING like the promotional pictures. Much much smaller, incredibly thin patties and 2 of our patties were crunchy due to being too thin and grilled too long. Tasty enough but for the price and the promise of "gourmet" the whole meal felt a little bit flat. Add to that the fact that milkshakes for the kids and onion rings were unavailable, which seems a bit of a major error on the site's procurement process. At the end of it all, the only service received was food brought to the table, the added 12.5% service charge felt a bit comical. Being British we didn't query it, just smiled, paid and left. Horrendously expensive, unsatisfactory meal, we would have been better off (and fuller) with a Maccy Ds. Definitely won't be repeating!!

Me and my partner have been a loyal customer of GBK in the last 4-5 years. Usually our venue choice was either Chiswick or Westfield. As Chiswick don’t do Delivery, we ordered from Westfield. Unfortunately the quality has gone dawn hill, and recently the menu has been changed ( smashed patties, etc ). The last two deliveries we had from Westfield were not good. First my partner order the smashed option of the burger WITHOUT CHEESE.. and it came with cheese… ( the burger it’s a Fast Food style ) . The second order we made, we opted for the old 6oz style…) because there’s no “ Blue Cheese “ burger option .. we “ built “ our own. The patty tasted like it was cooked ages ago and reheated.. “ Pink and Juicy “ is just an option/ myth, what you get it’s burnt burger. The topping inside such as avocado tasted more like lemon and the bacon felt like it was cooked long time ago, and kept in refrigerator then added to the burger. Overall an awful experience, not be ordering again with them!

Walked into GBK Westfield at roughly 7pm on Saturday 29th June and was seated pretty quickly. A young lady took our order and drinks came swiftly after. While waiting for our food I noticed the table next to us had all staff coats, bags etc... just left on the table beside us, which I thought was odd. (Surley they should have somewhere to put their belongings) An older lady waitress came beside us on the table where bags and coats were with a tray of knifes, which must have just been washed as she was wiping them to put away. As she got up to place the knifes in the draw a few dropped which she picked up and placed on the till where the draws for the knifes are kept. I watched the older waitress put all the knifes away and to my surprise also placed the knifes that dropped on the floor into the draw with the other clean knifes. When I told her she had put dirty knifes that fell on the floor in the draw she said she didn't. I didn't say anything more but noticed she rushed over to her manager to inform him I said something to her. When he came over and I told him, he immediately said no she didnt however, when i told him to look back at his CCTV footage, he kept telling me he will investigate the matter, how the food hygiene is 5 stars and they are very clean. The whole time he was speaking to me the waitress continued to fill the draw up with more knifes, so I asked the manager why he was allowing her to continue putting knifes in the draw why not tell her to re wash them as now she doesn't know which are dirty, he shouted over to her and got her to bring the knifes out the back. To which I said I would like the bill. In all if you want to eat food from this place where cutlery is dropped on the floor then given to you to eat then go ahead, I will not be eating from there again

The first time here, I had The Rocket Man... Cooked med/rare... Perfect. My son who has eaten here before wanted his favourite but unfortunately it wasn't on the menu. He spoke to the staff and the Chef made it for him... Thank you Chef for the Satay Chicken burger.

A recent trip to this restaurant in Westfield Stratford has put me off the whole chain . We visited on a Friday - waiting staff were very courteous. We were told to order via an app which we did . When the burgers turned up a double order appeared - two burgers as it had been put through incorrectly . We asked if it might be refunded . The manager was very rude and abrupt and refused even though his staff originally said it would be okay . They took the extra burger away and refused the refund - so we didn’t even get the extra burger. The kids burger we ordered was charred black and inedible - see picture . Avoid - especially in Westfield Stratford where there is so much choice and so many better places to go for a burger.

The two stars are because the burgers were delicious. Sadly everything else has gone downhill - certainly nothing “New Zealand” about the place any more. The service was almost non existent. Food did come fast but that was the only positive aspect of the service. None of the staff showed any enthusiasm or interest in the customers - in fact it felt like they did everything to avoid making eye contact with customers. Communication was mono syllabic, nobody asked how our food was and we (along with 4 other tables) spent nearly 30 minutes trying to get somebody to bring us the bill.

Ordered American cheese and bacon burger Also two mighty burgers Had three lots of fries Two of which were bought to us first were stone cold When the server bought the third one up it was piping hot We said these fries were cold and he done absolutely nothing Didn’t even apologise or offer to change them Just shrugged his shoulders and walked away The service is awful Also the men’s and disabled toilets were out of order which is not acceptable and you should not of been open if no toilet facilities are available The staff need serious training on customer service If someone complains about any part of the food it should be dealt with properly Not just shrugged off We will not be coming again Very disappointed and it was our first visit First impressions last a life time

Worst experience ever! Terrible service and the staff applies a policy that they cannot serve over 6 people without booking! What? Yep! We walked in and because we were 7 they told us they couldn’t serve us. They insulted us, the restaurant was empty and when my friend said: “at the end you are loosing because it could have been 7 meals and a good tip”, one girl said “I don’t mind, I seriously don’t mind”. I don’t know who creates this kind of policy and which restaurant let their customers go like that. At the we had a great meal somewhere else, the other restaurant had a booking at 8 pm for the big table we used, despite of that they served us and were so kind and welcoming. I don’t recommend it at all. I checked their website and I cannot read that policy anywhere.

Fantastic customer service, nice manager and very tasty meal. I recommend to anyone wanting to have a nice time. Lovely atmosphere too

The food, service, the staff and cleanliness were all amazing. I’ll definitely come back every time I get the chance to do so.

Me and my partner cake to GBK today for dinner, we was sat down nicely at the table we chose and was told how to order. The wait wasn't too long however the first meal that came out was the honey wings which only had 4 wings. We then got served our halloumi cheese sticks which were such a small portion even a child could finish it quickly. Our burgers and chips then came but once again very small portions, overall wasn't worth the money for the portions would like a refund!

Had a lovely experience with good food and fantastic service. We came on a weekday lunchtime so the restaurant was very quiet. The deals on offer were very reasonable and affordable for the quality of food. Food arrived promptly and tasted really nice. Would definitely visit this restaurant again.

So, all positive but as GBK old school and modern-day GBK, help me with the eat in, have the app, no deal, unless you... scan a QR code at your table, which is kinda covid style, albeit as a regular customer, it oughta be priority? + we get the delivery lovely, but Darth Vader collect and deliver team [some not all] giving eat in diners indigestion with their 'issues' which your lovely team have tp stress about too. Just a precis of a moment that is becoming a GBK feature, and you're too good not to figure this ;) Look forward to 'the solution' with a win win for all, faithful eat in's + takeaway ways. Absolutely banging visited while in London for a couple of night! great service fantastic food! Reasonable prices! We will be back next time we’re in London

We went here yesterday. When we got in, the waitress overlooked me (female, non white) and welcomed my friend (male, white) to the restaurant. Not a great start. I ordered a medium rare burger that came back with the outsides medium rare but the insides rare as hell. It was still mooing. In any case, I ate it and it wasn't bad but just letting you know what might happen if you ask for medium rare. I don't think there's any point in even asking how you want your burger cooked, although, interestingly, my male friend's burger seemed fine. Funny that. Perhaps if the waitress had actually listened to me, she would have heard the 'medium' part and not just 'rare'. The fries were a tad greasy, so getting the oil off them first before serving would have been a good thing. I also think it would have been better if they had fries that were a bit thicker. Even for skinny fries, these were quite anorexic. Tasty, though, as potato is wont to be. Throughout the meal, only my friend was mostly acknowledged. As we left, I looked at the waitress as I walked past and said goodbye, she said nothing (of course), didn't look at me (what's new?) but looked at my male friend and said "goodbye, thanks for coming" to him. Only to him!! Oh so should I have stayed at home then? Well, good luck to you because out of me and him, I'm the only one who has a diet bad enough that I would have probably returned to the restaurant, which I won't be doing now. You won't see him for dust. If there's one thing that puts me off ever returning to an establishment, it's being ignored and overlooked, especially over a man. What is this, 1953? She treated me as if I were on a leash being walked around by my friend. He said 'maybe it's an Eastern European thing' to only speak to the men (he didn't care at all, since he was treated very well... great 'friend'). Well, I'm not excusing it in any way. If you work in service, you need to acknowledge everyone, not just men. Who needs a side dish of internalised misogyny and suspect race issues with their burger?! Please tell your staff (INCLUDING waitresses) that women also have value, especially when they're spending money in your establishment. Yeh, we make our own money now and we get to spend it too... but no longer in your restaurant. Maybe the waitress needs to spend some time on an online dating site so she isn't so thirsty whenever she sees a tall, white man enter the restaurant. I'm surprised she didn't mount him on the table.

Even though the menu clearly lists "Lemonade" as a drink option, I was brought Sprite (yes, I know the British are confused about Lemonade vs Sprite - that's not what was happening here.) The server argued with me about it - I had to show him on the menu where the item was. "Oh, we don't have that." OK, how about a Fanta (also on the menu). "Oh, we don't have that." I clearly stated 'no relish' on the burger, but still had to scrape the nasty sauce off. Then they had the audacity to charge a service fee - how about you actually give me some service? There are a LOT of other options for food in Westfield. You're better off trying anywhere else.

I went there with my fiancée for lunch, food excellent and professional service, the manager in charge was very helpful even if it was very busy. Highly recommended.

We ordered the vegan bean burger along with sweet potato fries and a sea salt milk shake . Turned out to a nice filing meal . Enjoyed the good quality food .

We ordered 4 burgers with fries for delivery. Only 2 burgers turned up and no dips were delivered. This is the second time this restaurant has incorrectly delivered food. The food is always cold and I will never eat in this chain ever again. I highly recommend that you avoid this failing and incompetent restaurant.

It was bad experience. I cane there with my daughter and my best friend fir nice fresh lunch as that was my experience from different GBK restaurants. This was absolutely different. First of all i ask fir nice cosy table if possible so were told by a waitress to go and take any table . We choose nice site table . Table was bigger for mire people but it was comfortable for us as we had bags of shopping so didnt have to squeeze them around the table making us uncomfortable to eat. There was many empty tables around the restaurant even for more people only was not in a undisputed site. Ones we made ourselves comfortable we were adk by the same waiter to move to another table as this table was for more persons....( no large group came and nevertheless mire tables were available in case they would). It was very awkward to movr all thr bags etc one we got comfortable. After that we kept sitting and waiting for the menus. The lady started taking order for other table but not us. So i stood and went for the cards myself. Ones we decided what we want to orde we were jept waiting fir her to come. She saw us ready as i indicated that i wish to place an order, even stood up to go to the counter to place it myself but she said she would come. Then she took another customer whi just came , nicly to their table and give the menu straight away. Finnally she took order. She brought one frice less we had to enquiry for it. Food was horrible. Chips over spice , surly deep in oil more then ones, same was the onion rings, extremely oily. Burger was lets say ok but nothing overwhelming like i remember from other restaurants. Seams like Westfield store doesnt care about quality, as they must receive many oeople who come and go and they absolutely dont care about quality neither their customer service. Extremely disappointed and will never use this particular restaurants for sure. They could do with some courses about customer service as well as quality of food. Frustrating while paying higher price for meal....that should be delivered...

I visited GBK with my little siblings as a family dinner out and although the staff were nice, the food was bad quality. I ordered a Korean BBQ burger and the chicken was pink. I asked for a waiter to see my order and he proceeded to ask me did you want the chicken well done? What does that even mean? Ofcourse I’d like it well done. They took the order back and prepared a new one but the chicken was still pink. Definitely not pleased with this visit and will not be returning.
