Ordered a boneless banquet it arrived quick but it were terrible. Chips undercooked and soggy, Portion sizes were misleading- Small popcorn chicken was made out to be decently sized in pictures but turned out to be tiny, and although I quite clearly ordered a drink it didn’t arrive with my order. Waste of £10

Very disappointed ordered from there for them to miss things and hair found within the food sky the team leader on shift had very bad attitude. Went up to complain for andy the cook to come out and have ago no apology no hair nets which is a requirement staff needs to be re trained

I odered 4 pieces of chicken and only got 4 drumsticks.Why not put in different pieces why drumstick for all for🤷🏻♀️.im not happy and this is not the first time its happening

We were driving north towards Leicester Forest East Service Station on the M!. My huge travel companion asked if we could stop for KFC. Parked and eventually entered the large restaurant area and went towards KFC. There were 4 electronic selections service order/pay stations - but NONE in use.Joined the queue of about 30 people waiting at the 5-place service stations - but only one person serving. Eventually she declared that they (KFC) had run out of chips! The waiting crowd of hungry travellers were very quiet. Since KFC had run out of chicken the previous week, there was that distinct atmosphere of utter weary resignation. My huge companion went and joined the massive queue at Berger King. I felt much better and quite righteous by not eating any of this junk food.

It was nice before last months all staff was nice recently some staff rude staff not thinking to customer care who shut some businesses already due to customer service behaviour

My husband and myself went to this restaurant yesterday. We are older people and my husband is 70. Order no 6031 1:22 pm. Positives: Parking was good, restaurant was very empty so plenty of tables and seasoned fries were tasty. Negatives: Staff were extremely unhelpful and lacked any care or customer service. There were at least 3 staff behind the counter, they stood together chatting, as no customers were coming in. We were the only ones there and just a family at another table. The impression was 'overstaffed'. We thought someone could have helped, as they have 'Happy to help' advertising in the area right in front of them. We took a long time to work their unfamiliar machines, our ticket even says 'delayed order'. We visited the till area at least 4 times to ask questions, firstly can we pay by cash, do they serve coffee and twice to ask how to place our order and then to ask for some help. Each time they just pointed at the ordering machines. Finally, to ask if they had any table numbers for the table service, which was offered by the machine. I was told there are no table numbers, they will note where we are sitting and bring the food to us. The tables were not very clean and had crumbs on chairs, we found one which was just ok. When our order was ready a staff member shouted our number from the till. I called back we have ordered table service. The reply was 'we don't do table service'. I was obviously frustrated at my experience, left it a few minutes, and they did not bring our meal over. There was no one in the queue or being served at this time. I asked to speak with the manager privately about the experience. This was done over the counter. The manager listened to my complaint and asked which members of staff I was referring. All 3 female staff members were of a similar height, age, and wore cultural head coverings, and had no name badges. They were all customer facing and were aware of our difficulties. The manager apologized and said it must be a language issue and she would speak to them. The manager was kind and empathetic, which I appreciated, as I was feeling disrespected. I was upset that the staff were laughing at our difficulties as we were older customers. I recommend some enhanced customer service training, as currently those staff would not be able to help customers who have a disability, hidden or physical, or who are unable to operate the machine. This is a lost opportunity for customers from the disabled community who may wish to visit independently and have a positive experience. I suggested management study the CCTV to see how poorly our order was handled. I will add that we regularly use the McDonalds and Burger King machines and also choose sometimes the option to order at the till. These businesses seem to ensure every customer is treated equally and maintain their service levels. Also, table service is offered, even in their busy London restaurants.

We ordered 4 chicken strip, signature fries,water extra fries and 4 bbq strips We received only 3 bbq very small strips no extra fries When I rang the assistant said I could have the missed items if I fetched them We paid over £20 for the meal which was disgusting actually This is the second time we were short on the order and I am very reluctant to use again I tried to call kfc head office to no avail there seems to be no way of contacting them to complain

Dropped in here on our way home as we were ravenously hungry. One of KFCs less aesthetically pleasing restaurants in the world. It genuinely has the feeling of walking into a transport cafe. A small seating area and enough serving space for the place to look busy if you go in with a friend. The food is almost up to the usual standard, but the atmosphere of the unit lets it down hugely. Far enough away from the hustle of the town centre to make you wonder how it keeps going at all.

Lovely KFC, no issues with the food. Had zinger rice box, fries and a drink. Tasted banging, wanted to put a review because I saw the existing reviews before I came and was worried but didn’t have an issue myself. I used drive through, so didn’t see in side. Fast service. Polite staff. I’m not from the area so used it conveniently whilst working in the area. Again no issues, but only been once.

I ordered bbq chicken sandwich and share box, taste was not good like it wasn't fresh I felt stomach ache after eating. there coffee is the worst
