The best restaurants serving American food in England

Love this place, it's always open when I need lunch and the bread is only slightly chewy. The only real downside is that Subway as a brand got rid of the cheesy bites and the sweet chili sauce, which should be a crime. Also bring back flatbread it was the best bread!!

We ordered £38 worth of food from church hills it didn’t arrive,so we rang them and told them we hadn’t received our food All they said is well we gave it to a uber eats driver it’s not down to us you have to deal with it, what customer service is that. Will not be using them again

Comida aceptable, definitivamente nada especial, pero muy caro. La hamburguesa era pequeña, sin ensalada ni nada sabroso. Las papas fritas estaban calientes pero no calientes y obviamente habían estado sentadas durante un tiempo antes de ser servidas. Mac y queso se hizo obviamente mucho antes y se recalentó, que está bien en sí mismo, pero se sirvió como una comida lista - presentación horrible, no se tiene cuidado en absoluto. Personal amable, no hay quejas en absoluto sobre el personal, pero deben estar avergonzados de enviar esa comida a los clientes a ese precio.

Love it here. Happy to open a tab without any fuss and offer good food and good service. Plenty of regulars and decent staff. Good pub

Came here to play pool and was extremely impressed with the sports theme, they had sports themed everything, even high chairs with football shirts on 🤣. Was very happy with this place. Easy 5 stars.

Came here Friday night around 8pm and it was really quiet. We waited best part of 20mins to get served despite there only being three other covers in the restaurant and I had to go up and get their attention as the staff seemed busy socialising. Given how long we’d been waiting we had time to memorise the menu and ordered drinks and food at the same time. To our great disappointment when ordering we were told they’d run out of mac n cheese, chorizo and also most importantly buffalo sauce so couldn’t do any buffalo wings or chicken “monkey fingers”. The buffalo wings were what we were most looking forward to. Thus a rethink to our order was required. We both ordered a Dead Hippie Burger with bacon, some chilli cheese loaded fries and a slaw to share. The burgers are good but nothing special… fairly flavoursome, however, I did think it was arguably salt heavy without the balance of flavours I’ve had with other burger joints. The bacon patties must have the best part of 2-3 grams of salt per patty. Only one gherkin in the burger seems a little stingy or could be lack of quality control. The lettuce was soggy where it’s placed at the bottom of the patties, maybe a meatliquor USP to put lettuce below the meat? If it is… Doesn’t work for me. Loved the chilli cheese loaded fries. The Fries were still crispy and the flavours and mix of toppings worked a magical combination for the tastebuds. The slaw was fresh. Could have packed a little more zing and bite but in the grand scheme of things was a solid side. The Toffee Apple Hard Shake. One word. Epic! The Angelita Margarita was also decent. Would I return to MeatLiquor? I would another branch as I’ve been Brighton before and had far better service and the whole menu was available. Would not bother wasting your time with this one if you want Buffalo wings and attentive service. Food 5/10 Drinks 9/10 Service 5/10 Menu Availability 2/10 Decor 7/10 OVERALL 5.5/10

Estafa absoluta. No se lo recomendaría a nadie. Las papas fritas estaban frías y muy muy secas. La hamburguesa era insípida y tan cara. definitivamente no vale la pena. $18 for some lettuce leaves. What a rip off. You should drop the price/add something to the leaves to warrant the price you are charge. Perhaps someone at the top should go to The Olive Garden to see exactly what you get in a salad for a much cheaper price. We visited your restaurant in November 2021 and I mentioned the price to our waitress. The only comment she made was that she doesn't make the prices!! I wouldn't recommend you at all. You don't even respond to your emails!

just found out my go to Sunday breakfast place is closing, why?! It’s not supposed to be the height of sophistication, but the food was always good and the staff are amazing. Thank you guys you will be missed!!!

Excellent customer service. Staff hardworking. Best wetherspoons pub I have been to. Staff clear tables promptly and keep tables clean ready for next person. No having to ask for table to be cleared and wiped down as happens in other Wetherspoons pub.
