well me and my girlfriend went to your restaurant and the food was good but lot of money and lots rude customers i give you 4 stars

What a disaster this turned out to be. I'd arranged to meet a friend here for a get together as we hadn't met for a couple of years. She had further to drive and I happened to get there first. While waiting I thought I'd have a beer so asked a woman at the counter for one to pass the time. She started pouring something into a cup and then put it in a bag. I said don't bother as I'm going to drink it now. She turned round and said that I was an online order for takeaway. I didn't have a clue what she was talking about. Another guy came up and said I couldn't have beer unless I ordered a meal. Ok, she clearly hadn't understood me and had very poor English. Shed given me someone else's order. After my friend arrived, we went up to order. There were some language difficulties again. We were told that when the food was ready they'd shout the number out. When we got back to the table we realised the music playing was so loud that we probably wouldn't hear. And we didn't. My friend went up to check and our food was sitting in the counter. It was on the way to being cold I'd ordered pickles, in particular as one of the additions to my burger. I got one single sliced gherkin. The caramelised onions were minuscule. Really this was portion control to extremes. Overall a disastrous evening but I'm glad I met up with my friend, at least

Food is good, service is insulting. Pay £30 for 2 burgers and cajun chips, when the food comes the chips are not cajun. When this is challenged the manager says can you just have a pot of cajun. Is that a joke. Paying an exorbitant fee for the wrong order and being given an insult of a solution.

My only issue was the pricing. It was well-cleaned, filled with happy and positive staff and delicious! The quantity of the fries is beyond what one can comprehend on their own, the quality is also up there. I'd happily give it 5 stars if the pricing were a bit cheaper. Unfortunately, there isn't a coffee-flavoured milkshake anymore.. it was definitely my favourite.

Below average performance here, burger was cold and the chips…. Expensive for what it is. I won’t be going back there.. not they would care. Zero customer service

Staff to loud and burger sauces over the top spoiling what could have been a tasty burger. Overpriced mushy stuff in a bun... Felt well and truly fleeced.

The deliveroo driver gave part of our order to someone else, but the manager at the Wimbledon store was brilliant - went above and beyond to help my kids with their order. Greatly appreciated!

Esta es la hamburguesería más cara que existe, así que nos decepcionó mucho.Lo único que no entiendo es cómo 5 chicos culpan a Deliveroo y Deliveroo culpan a 5 chicos. Seguramente el restaurante tiene la culpa, ellos están cocinando. Vivimos a 3 minutos del restaurante.

Decidí intentarlo con cinco chicos, ya que me encontré con una hora para matar en un día ventoso de sirviente.El restaurante era bastante tranquilo por un sábado, y después de comer aquí por primera vez, puedo ver por qué.Me sirvieron rápida y eficientemente y me dieron varias opciones de coberturas de hamburguesas y dos opciones para papas fritas y pedí una hamburguesa con queso simple, papas fritas pequeñas y un batido. The burgers are amazing. The style is great. The toppings fresh but when you pay £10 for a burger that’s insane. Then £5.59 for a shake! Absolute joke. The food is good but cone on you don’t have to charge those prices.

Acabo de regresar a casa de llevar a mi hija de 13 años a ver el musical de Annie y me sentí culpable por haberla dejado fuera tarde en una noche escolar, así que acordé comprarle comida a 5 chicos en Wimbledon. Le pedí a mi hija que recogiera el pedido mientras visitaba el baño de hombres y cuando nos fuimos, ella dijo que el mismo tipo que tenía la barba rotunda le estaba guiñando un ojo constantemente hasta que recibió el pedido. ¿Qué es eso? ¡Seriamente! ! Muy espeluznante No contento en absoluto.

They forgot my chips but made sure I had mayo for the next 4 weeks. This doesn’t reach 100 characters but it is still annoying.

He usado esta salida de comida en muchas ciudades. Amsterdam Nueva York. Y otros . Y sin falta! ! ! Intento la versión en inglés por primera vez y me recompensan. Hamburguesa con ingredientes que no pedí. Aplastado contra un trozo de papel de aluminio que no se mantenía unido. Papas fritas que se habían sentado demasiado tiempo. . Se reproduce música en beneficio del personal, no de los comensales. Tan fuerte que el servidor tuvo que gritar los números de orden al principio de la voz. Mesas sucias. Los derrames de bebidas se dejaron sin control en el banco. No es de extrañar que a los 21. 00 horas en un domingo solo había otros 3 comensales. Tal vez como yo, todos habían decidido llevarse. Entonces señor cinco chicos. Un cliente más va a comer a otro lado.

Debo admitir que la comida es buena, pero obviamente no se usan muy buenas técnicas de cocina (considerando los precios ridículamente baratos) pero es mejor que otros restaurantes de comida rápida (Mc'donalds, Pizza Hut, etc.) El personal está bien, enviaron eso. amigable pero esta bien Asientos agradables y (finalmente) baños esperados. En su mayoría lo recomendaría.

Como nunca he comido aquí y mi hija me ha dicho que es el mejor lugar del mundo, tuvimos que intentarlo. Los precios eran un poco caros, así que elegimos los artículos menos costosos, 1 adulto y 3 niños nos costaron 35. 00.

Is it decent? Yes, but is it amazing? No. Milkshakes are good. Burgers are pretty good but not as good as the price implies they should be.

We were looking to have a snack and we found the ideal place. everything is super fresh and all items are prepared completely separately meaning chips are cooked only in machines for chips, hamburgers as well. All fresh and tasty.

This is the first time I have ever been and totally enjoyed the food. The restaurant was clean, staff polite and friendly and the food tasted gorgeous and with generous portions. The chips in the photo are a few I stole from my daughter, you get a lot more!!

Looking for a quick snack from somewhere we knew and trusted, we came across a Five Guys hamburger joint when we couldn't find a McDonald's. The walls were plastered with reviews from TripAdvisor and other sources - goodness only knows how they got these great reviews as we were not at all impressed. OK, there are free peanuts to eat while you're waiting, not that anyone told us this, so we didn't have any and you can add various salad items at no extra cost, but it's just the usual Subway kind of items - slices of peppers, tomatoes, etc. I ordered a hotdog with cheese, my husband had a hamburger, no cheese, we had a couple of salad items on them along with fries - a tub each and a shovelful in the bag - and a banana milkshake each. Total cost came to over £33 *gasp* !!! Couldn't believe it!! The milkshakes alone were a fiver each and didn't even taste of banana. The assistant who took our order was very keen to get the order in, we felt we didn't have time to study the menu on the wall (and the prices!) long enough. We didn't think the quality was all that great and certainly not for this price. We would certainly never dream of returning to one of these outlets and would never recommend them to anyone at this price! A huge disappointment, especially given all the blurb we were reading on the walls.

When you hunger for a hamburger, filled to the brim with 'trimmings' and made fresh in front of your eyes, this has got to be very high on your list. The extra fries are a nice touch but the main focus has got to be on the meat - very well made, generous with the toppings and glistening with juices. Excellent!

Having a hangover and needing some good smashed burgers are in need to come here to Five guys, it was beautiful the burger was smashed and dashed to perfection!

I've seen people queuing to get into Five guys. Their food is on a similar level to McDonalds at 3X the price. It's not bad like resulting in being sick, but it isn't good, just expensive. This is food for the incredibly uninspired...

The kids all love this place and the cheese burgers with the plastic cheese. I've been many times and on balance, Gourmet Burger Kitchen is superior in my view. Burgers often have some worryingly hard bits in them at Five Guys and toppings are limited.

Ok so the burgers are good, but by the time you add the fries and drink (although you do get free top ups ) it’s NOT cheap... The milkshakes are also excellent. Free peanuts are nice touch All in all it’s. OK for a treat...

I would never return to this. Had much better burgers elsewhere. Burger was wer and tasteless patty was very thin and pver cooked. Dangerously they use peanut oil to cook their fries which they should makr clearer.. so many people are allergic nowadays. i asked for a refund and lwft. £35 for 2 burgers. awful

Burger is OK and fries are good. Food wise this place is OK and the prices are reasonable (just) if you consider that it is based in London. Nonetheless I have been there twice and the place is very unitidy with fries and nuts spread everywhere on the tables and on the floor - a big mess. Place is not welcoming at all and I will avoid in the future.

Firstly it was two burger buns toasted with American cheese - that's it. The hefty price tag is ridiculous. It was no grilled cheese sandwich as expected. A mockery. The chips are great and never a disappointment.

This was a very good restraunt as the buns were fresh and warm, the chips had skin on and we had unlimited drinks. As well as that there were loads of different fillings for your burger.

Tried this place in Wimbledon for the second time.

....but good food. Good ingredients freshly cooked. Efficient ordering from a wall menu by the counter and prompt service. Self service drinks - the grand daughters love it. Utilitarian seating, horrendous bright lighting and dreadful acoustics. Not a place for old codgers with hearing aids. Not cheap!

2 of the 3 burgers I ordered came out cold... staff replaced them quick but this is really the second time I visit this branch and walk out thinking the meal was not a real five guys.

Was hanging around at opening time hungry wondering if it was too early for a burger. Of course the answer is it’s NEVER too early for a burger and I was waved in by the smiling chef and server so how could I resist?

We went there with my friend after a long day. I got a Cheeseburger with pickles, tomato mayo and grilled onion. It was really good and the size is big and real what is inside. Not like other burgers. The chips were crispy and fresh.

Five Guys is back in London, and what a treat it is. Performing at Marble Arch Theatre. Built especially for the show.

Very good service and fast food. Food was very tasty at a fairly reasonable price. Friendly staff and plenty of seats available as well as a bathroom. Very conveniently located in Wimbledon not too far away from the station. Worth a visit.

Die Burger kann man sehr einfach bestellen und es kostet keine Zutat mehr wenn man sich einen Burger ausgesucht hat. Die Besonderheit ist das Frittieren in Erdnussöl, und es schmeckt auch sehr danach das muss man mögen. Die Einrichtung ist spartanisch und es ist alles ein wenig fettig auf den Möbeln. Wir haben relativ lange auf unsere Bestellung gewartet und die braune Tüte (bekommt man auch für drinnen) war schon total durchgefettet, weil die Pommes nicht nur im Pappbecher, sondern eine Extraportion nochmal auf alles in der Tüte drauf geschüttet wird (warum?).Die Burger haben ganz gut geschmeckt waren aber auch sehr fettig. Alles in allem würden wir dort nicht nochmal Essen gehen.

A number of staff simply staring in the air doing nothing whilst customers stand in line waiting to be served. These guys put pride into the term "couldn't care less". Do you want people like that making your food?

Ate here before the theater, food was good. Was quiet in the restaurant however you still couldn't hear them call your number when your food was ready.

Family of 8 all very hungry after a long day touring London. The burgers was really tasty and the chips was too much. If anything, they can cut their portions and price by a huge margin. Be sure to be very hungry when you go there.

Great tasty, filling and fresh burger. The cajun fries were greasy, overcooked and pretty bland. I recommend you go here for the burgers alone - the fries are an expensive waste of money

Burgers are delicious with loads of toppings to add that you would have to pay for in other places. However, the skin on chips are not good at all. Luckily the burger is filling enough without needing the fries.

I have eaten at a number of Five Guys and can say the quality is always the same wherever we go. I really love the American burgers and now prefer them to British burgers. The idea behind it is you get to choose your own burger toppings and sauce. They offer different size burgers but the little hamburger suits me perfectly. Drinks are refillable and there is a wide variety to choose from. My fav thing about Five Guys is probably reading all of the reviews and advertising on the walls. If I could change one thing - more sauce options. For a take away it is quite pricey but for me, always worth it for a quality burger.

Food and service worst than Macdonald but price is more expensive than Macdonald, won't recommend to anyone, certainly won't go there again.

The food was great. Service a little slow and order not correct but did not spoil our visit for us. Nuts were a lovely bonus.

Small burger (ridiculously small), fries (huge!) and unlimited drink was about £13-14. Unlimited choice of toppings and drink machine was fab - about ten choices of brand and each one had 8 different flavours (raspberry Diet Coke!!!!) am sure it's just syrups added but it was yum. Friendly staff, crazy busy. Lush free monkey nuts! Random! Xx

Amerikanische Burgerkette, die mehrere Filialen in London betreibt. Hier setzt man klar auf die Qualität der Produkte und das schmeckt man in allen Zutaten. Den Burger kann man beim CheckIn selber zusammenstellen und wartet dann mit Nummer kurz auf seine frisch zubereiteten Sachen. Natürlich liegt der Preis deutlich über McDonalds/Burger King Niveau - aber hier würde man auch Äpfel und Birnen vergleichen. Wer Qualität zu schätzen weiß und einen guten, saftigen Burger mit selbstgemachte Pommes mag ist hier genau richtig.

Upgraded McDonalds and triple the price. You'd have to eat your weight in free peanuts in the barrels to justify the cost.That said the burgers are tasty... but the price puts me off and makes me head to one of the other burger joints on The Broadway.

Yep the title says it all!£36 for 3 people is very expensive. The food however is scrummy. A large chips feeds 4 people so don't order individually!The kids were more than happy and you will not be hungry after!Please lower your prices a bit and you'll find more people will come (and return)

What a load of crap. Over priced burger bar.£4.35 for Cajun chips what a rip off. Certainly nothing special apart from the price, I don't generally eat burgers unless there homemade, will certainly would not eat this again.

Popped into 5 guys in Wimbledon as my grandson wanted a burger. Never again! Complete rip off. We had two cheese burgers and regular fries and one milkshake.... £30!!!! The food was ok but not £30 ok. I went into the Ivy in Wimbledon Village last week and had similar for less with excellent table service and their's even included service charge! I definitely do not recommend spending your hard earned money at five guys!

Having heard great things about Five Guys we decided to try the Kings Cross branch in London. On arrival we told staff we'd not been before but they didn't offer any advice or explain the menu so we ordered 2 burgers 1 chips and 2 soft drinks. Waited about 3 minutes for food which was served in a brown paper bag. The food was semi warm and dome of the order was wrong with additional toppings we hadn't asked for. We sat on hard wooden benches to eat wfat was very average food. The cost was the same as restaurant prices which for fast food is ridiculous £29 for 2 burgers 1 fries and 2 soft drinks. We won't ho back.

Delicious burgers and the portion sizes are very generous. Good to eat in or take away. The staff are always friendly.

if burgers cost 9 pounds these days and it appears they do then this is where you should be because these burgers are pretty good maybe the best takeaway /fast food burger I've had ,i can't remember a better one recently .

They split the hot dogs here, we had bacon and cheese with ours yum yum. We shared a regular fries between us, deliciously salty and I love the fact they leave the skins on. Expensive for what they are, basically a hot dog and fries but delicious. Found the burgers a bit greasy.

Simply go and east some delicious burgers! Fast and simplified service makes stuffing yourself with a burger much more pleasant. Computer says yes!

The burgers, hot dogs and chips are all very tasty here. The milk shakes are average and I was unimpressed by a place serving coronas without limes. The food and seats work well with kids although the music can be a little loud.

It's impossible to pass a five guys once you've tried one! No matter how long the queue is, it's well worth the wait!!!

Found this to be a pretty ordinary burger with processed cheese. Not especially grand and certainly not the best burger in London as they have quoted on boards, to be fair the processed cheese undid the burger for me. The chips were tasty and seasoned, the presentation rural at best and collection point hit and miss if you don't here someone shouting out your number. A bit overpriced for a simple burger and chips but fine if you are wanting a bit of food to hit the spot.

Overall, friendly and fast, nice place with decent food.If you're here to eat your weight in peanuts and get a burger or hot dog with every topping under the sun, then this becomes good value.Otherwise, paying nearly £5 for a milkshake and 2.50 for a coke, let alone burger prices, seems a bit steep for fast food!Hopefully their chips and burgers are just a bit more wholesome than the other high street fast food places, to justify it.

I recently visited LA and did a review of 'IN and OUT' burgers which was highly recommended to me by a number of people, That turned out to be a huge disappointment in reality in what was a wholly average experience.I visited Five Guys Burgers in Wimbledon last week and this as what I was expecting 'IN and OUT' burgers to have been like!great choice , huge portions, and well made with great service .....

Boy do they give you a lot of chips, the burgers aren't half bad and the free top up of drinks is something not many do, a bit pricey but overall there really good. Worth trying or going to, get a chips to share. Unless you think you can eat them all

I couldn't really taste the difference between this and a Maccers. The burger itself was dry and tasteless but the chips are tasty and plentiful. Interesting soft drink options. Staff are always on form and friendly. But £24 for two burgers, one portion of chips, and one soft drink - way too pricey for something served out of a brown paper bag...give me Byrons any day!

It is a great experience and a very american style but seems a bit overpriced. Staff is very friendly though and helpful.

Five guys has great burgers and fries which are cheap and delicious. A great added detail are the bottomless drinks with lots of choice. The only downside is that it can get a little busy.

Ok this is not a cheap burger, get that out of the way up front.The chain has a few quirks that make it individual, from the bags of potatoes along the wall, to the notice stating the source of the potatoes and finally the multiple choice of toppings for the burger.To go back to the price, we went for two burgers with a beer and coke and fries. All credit to the girl that served us, she immediately told us to share a fries as you get too many. She was right.You make your order, from a limited choice, then pick up your drink and wait for them to announce your order is ready, one tip is a normal burger is actually two patties on a roll. If you want one just order a small one.The bag was full of fries, you order one cup but end up with about two in the bag.Yes it was over £20, bit well worth it.

I have been to a range of five guys, a range of times and the one that I visited was such a great experience. The staff are really nice and friendly, singing behind the tills and being really conversational. The food is generously sized with big chips portion (an extra cup so you actually receive double), really big and thick burgers and the milkshakes are delicious and really creamy. All add-ins are also free! This has become one of my favourite places to visit, better than an McDonalds.

A good fresh burger, an average chocolate milkshake.... But when you are lazy to peel your potatoes for fries... You get uneatable crusts... Sorry.

I found the skin on fries delicious, as well as the strawberry milkshake I had, however the hotdog I had was not the best, especially for the prices being charged, ended up £28 for 2 peoples meals, wouldn't try again!
