The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Dreadful in all ways. We were here for a two nights stay with family for chessington. DO NOT EAT HERE NOT BREAKFAST NOT AN EVENING MEAL. Staff cannot be bothered and are very rude. You are in the service industry learn some manners and service or leave premier inn need to sort this out urgently utterly terrible. Breakfast is awful laid out badly no care taken

Why do I have to wait 10 minutes for a simple milkshake - ahh it's because you're too busy working through orders instead of attending to a simple transaction - twice this has happened - it won't be happening a third time - maybe I'm too polite to mention it but it's pretty annoying over something so simple - fast food Not😞😞😞

It's not often that a burger makes a 5 star standard but the Shake Shack certainly makes food of the highest quality !! My only disappointment was the sticky toffee ice cream 🍦 .... sorry it was a fail 😔

Restaurant typique américain, hamburgers frites. Sans surprise donc au niveau du goût. Toutefois une ambiance sympathique amenée grâce aux serveurs.

Cheeseburger, dead hippie burger, dead chippies and smoked salted caramel brownie with icecream was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend the place

Worst Beefeater I've been too. To be fair they're not gourmet but this one is terrible. You can sense the staff aren't treated great considering how hard they work and obviously under staffed. There isn't really any other option if you're staying at the very tired premier inn. One thing. A BIG well done to the lady staff member for breakfast Saturday morning 26th April. I bet though she isn't appreciated but the company.

A lot of staff hovering, standing around watching you eat which made me uncomfortable. Especially because the burgers we got had solid buns, so gnaring through them was embarrassing. Would advise a chair not facing the kitchen/serving area. Nice interactions with staff, though, especially our server.

Mesas vacías no despejadas durante más de 30 minutos. Cuero en asientos de banco rotos. Larga espera para ser servido. Tuve que perseguir al personal para obtener la cuenta. No hay servicio al cliente o cualquier pregunta sobre cómo fue nuestra cena. Comer fuera es caro y es decepcionante cuando hubieras preferido no molestarte en salir y comer en casa. Es la peor comida y experiencia que he tenido este año.

Really enjoyed the food here. Service was quick, and the staff was polite. The place was clean, and prices were fair for the quality. Would definitely come back!

Don't - just don't go. Frankie and Benny definitely went to Iceland. Everything was frozen. Food quality is not aligned with the price. It's more like what would be expected for £8 in a cafe than £18 in a restaurant. When food takes about 7 minutes from ordering its a bad sign. Out of the packet in the freezer into the fryer and slapped on a plate. Staff were friendly taking the order then, drinks arrived then food put down and they scurried off not to be seen again. No one asked if we were happy with the meal or if we would like anything else. We left with our plates still on the table as we left. Premises is not the worst by any means. Not spotless either. Basics- like water stains on cutlery is something that should be sorted ASAP. Tasty enough but I'd not go back. It's such a shame. Should be better.
