Restaurant typique américain, hamburgers frites. Sans surprise donc au niveau du goût. Toutefois une ambiance sympathique amenée grâce aux serveurs.

Great food reasonably priced. Lively atmosphere and very friendly staff. The Jack Daniels sauce is a must!!! Puddings are great too

As usual I find the drinks are quite pricey, but the food is decent. Service good and we didn’t have to wait long for a table. Clean restaurant and near the theatres.

Locale molto molto carino, stile americano. Hamburger buono e porzioni abbondanti. Unica pecca servizio molto lento.

We were a walk in at 17:30 on a Wednesday evening over christmas and were politely asked to wait at the bar as they were full but we noticed however that there were empty tables in one section that were not used all night. We were seated within the 40 mins we were told the wait would be. Our waiters were very nice especially Lauren but you can get the same type of meal for less money at a regular restaurant.

When we went there it was very busy. The waitress informed us that we had to wait to be seated. The wait was not too long. The waiter was efficient and food was served quickly and to our liking.

The wait for the table was long, the bar had run out of cocktail ingredients. The food took an age to arrive when it did the starters were cold. Main course was burgers they were ok but i thought greasy, the waiter tried to encourage us to use the same cutlery from the starter for the main course!!. Won't be using this restaurant again. All in all, shabby.

The restaurant was fairly busy but the staff and service was well below the level I received in Covent Garden restaurant only 4 days prior. Food was ok but only just passable. Would recommend going to Covent Garden

Arrived at 4pm on the first Saturday in December to be turned away and told that you have to book a table in advance to go in and there are no walk ins. I tried to book a table 4 weeks prior to my visit but the website would not let me. When i explained this to the girl at the front desk she was extremely rude and her attitude was horrendous. We ended up going to the tgi's in Leicester square which was a million times better.

We visited on 1.12.2018 and was told it would be a 30min wait for the table. As we have visited here before we knew it wasn't going to be 30mins. We went and sat by the bar and sure enough prob not even 5mins later called to our table.

After a wait to be seated then sitting for over 5 minutes before our drinks order was taken we didn’t hold out much hope of enjoying our meal. But once the server finally arrived the experience improved greatly. Our food arrive quickly and tasted great, the midweek offers make the pricing reasonable too so in the end it was a good evening.

I enjoy coming to London, meeting my friend to do some shopping and having a catch up with a cocktail...... What more could a girl want.

TGI Fridays one of my favourite place! Restaurant is always busy, but we never had to wait. Excellent service great food! Great job TGI!

Did not have a great experience at the Bluewater TGI but this was so much better which is a shame when this restaurant is closing soon. The girl who served us was great and everything about the food was so much better than our last experience.

TGI Friday's never seems to dissapoint wherever you go. The food is always tasty , there's always a great choice of exciting cocktails and the staff are always welcoming and friendly despite being rushed off their feet as well as serving a table 0f 14 of us.

Visited this TGI about 16:30 in the afternoon, had to wait to be seated no problem went and had a drink at the bar. Whilst waiting I asked for the ladies toilet and I can honestly say the toilets were discussting, no toilet seats on some of them wood around vanity unit all broken, not what u would expect from this sort of restaurant!! When our starters came one of them was cold and had to go back, however ribs were tasty all in all this place needs a makeover, staff were pleasant .

Yes we have used it before. We were walk ins on a Friday late afternoon and were given a table straight away. Our server was very attentive and kept on top of our orders. Food and beverages good as always. This is why we keep coming back.

Visited whilst in London last weekend.

TGI provided lovely food, it was very nice and peovided a lot of help. Staff was amazing apart from the fella that stood at the door with the badges. Definetely auggest going here, top restaurant worth the hour wait!

Les Ribs avec la sauce Jack Daniels sont très bons. Le cadre est typique d'un resto rustique à l'américaine. le service était très correcte.

So we ordered 2 large cocktails with our meal. I noticed from other people’s that the glasses were full to the rim with ice so asked the waitress to just put a small amount of ice in our glass. When the waitress brought the drinks the glasses were only 3 1/4 full! She said that’s because you asked for hardly any ice!!!! What? Then we took a sip, there was literally no alcohol and I mean none at all. We complained to the waitress who was rude and brushed us off so she got the manager who gave us an extra shot to put in free of charge. But they just looked and tasted very bland for a cocktail. The food was ok but nothing special. Would I go back? No way in a million years! I’ll spend my well earned money elsewhere thanks!

Booked for 7.30pm arrived 15 early as requested and was shown straight to our table. Tomas are waiter was with us quickly and remembered us from a previous visit in the summer, he took our order for drinks after a little chat and when we were ready took our meal order (Tomas is a credit to this business) the drinks arrived quickly and the meal about 5/10 minutes after but I was enjoying myself and did not have to worry about time. The meal was delicious the venue itself is great with the American theme, the tables area little cramped for the larger person but overall 10 out of 10 for service and food and location. I understand they are shutting the other TGI Friday near Leicester Square which means this place will only become more busy hope it doesn't suffer because of this. We had nachos for starters. Then double burger with chips slaw delicious

Waren mit den Kindern nach einem langen Marsch durch London hier. Essen war gut und Preise stimmten für Londoner Verhältnisse auch. Obwohl fast 10 Tische frei waren mussten wir ca. 30 Minuten an der Bar auf einen freien Platz warten. Insgesamt etwas schmuddelig....

I understand that if I come to a place like this I’m going to get the full, “Hey guys, how ARE you,” treatment, but this was left me wishing I had just raided the bins instead.

The burger was dry and we had to wait very long for the food and to pay, bad service I have never been to a restaurant as bad as this

We when to TGI Fridays in London as we often go to the same brand in Iceland. The service was welcoming, and we got the food very quickly. The food was OK but the rips on the salad was a bit dry, I had the feeling that the meat had been cut and left standing for some time, just a feeling. OK restaurant and great to get in from the cold rain.

This is a good brand in my opinion. This branch of TGi's is no different providing consistently good food (steak to live for!) even when busy. It's pricey but for the steak and cocktails its worth it, especially for special nights out or occasions. Close to Piccadilly Circus underground station, location also sells this place; Just watch out for slower, poorer service at peak periods. We had to go to visit the staff to be able to pay on a busy Sunday evening. This restaurant was also a little dirty, leaving many tables and the floor needing some care and attention whilst the bathrooms could so with some cleaner upgrading. Overall though, the staff are friendly, the food and drinks amazing and well worth a visit. BeLu.

In London for the weekend, hit TGIs for lunch Saturday and had the best service I’ve ever had in a TGIs and the best service I’ve received in about 8 years. Our waiter Josh was absolutely first class, from the moment we were seated until we left. Massively impressed with him, not just the way he was with us but the way he interacted and looked after his other tables. Spoke to the manager on duty and contacted TGIs customer service we were that impressed. Deserves massive recognition!

Exactly what you need for a fun family meal for 5 after a musical. Great sharer platter with mozzarella dippers, potato skins and sticky wings. Fabulous fajitas, crispy chicken, ribs and a good old fashioned hot dog! Great to still have free refill sodas. Perfection!

We visited after a matinee theatre show with some friends.

Super convenient location near Piccadilly Circus and the theatres. Popped in here for dinner before a show, very handy!

Okay so I wouldn’t have the highest expectation for a TGI but....eating late and in a hurry this more that fit the bill. Food was excellent.. wings to start followed by burgers, great cocktails. Delivered by friendly efficient staff, wonderful experience..

Service at the bar was rubbish, and totally unprofessional, rude. Ignore us, when we tried to ma a order to mix our drinks, a barmen called Delon , he wasn’t helpful instead he turned to other customers and talked about us.. shame on him.

apart from finding glass in my drink while drinking a cocktail it was a good atmosphere. The waiter offered no apology and didn’t ask if I was ok or not, do not know what was going through his head. Worrying if I drank the glass, have I drank some glass already. Not the best waiter service considering I found broken shard of glass in my drink and the quality of service from this waiter was absolutely ridiculous. No discount offered considering the risk if I drank the piece of glass instead of finding it.

The food was very tasty, however the wait was totally unacceptable, it got to the stage of nearly cancelling some of my order due to the wait. Also be careful of service charges as like many places they may put them on the bill

The food was pretty much what one would expect from an American eatery, no surprises, reasonably acceptable. The place itself is ok until you visit the toilets which are crying out for attention, they were clean but in need of a complete overhaul. The staff were brilliant; patient, kind, obliging and fun, also run of their feet. So 5 stars for staff, 2 stars for building, 3 ISH for food, so overall 3 and a half.

After a terrible experience in TGI around the corner, we came here instead. So glad we did. The service and the food was faultless. Thank you!

The food was a little late but worth waiting for.the staff were ok a bit friendly but not so much. The food however was amazing and the atmosphere was nice and the seats were comfy. So overall, a pretty good restaurant.

Making this purely for service. Me and my friend came in last week, rough day at work, and just wanted an easy meal. Food is always consistently great when I visit tgis but the service was top quality. I’m ashamed I forgot his name, s something, but he was SO busy but he made such time for us, and it was clear he was passionate. Thank you so much, I hope this message meets you somehow! Been a few times over the years, and did notice the gradual decline. The visit today however, will be my last. I did feel a bit sorry for the teenage staff, frantically running around, but the service was unacceptable. 40 minutes before order taken, drinks arrive, then cold ribs 20 minutes or so later. We ask for more drinks to go with our food - drinks arrive after we have all eaten our food. The atmosphere was a little tense, as tables around us all began complaining due to their crazy waits... The place is badly understaffed, with no indication of management or professionalism. Sorry TGI, great in the 90s, cant see this one lasting much longer

It's a great place serving real American size portions. No matter how hungry you feel, whatever you order will be too much :) we had nachos to share, 2 full racks of ribs and 2 margaritas. It was very delicious, service was friendly.

We came here on sat eve for our anniversary meal there was abit of a wait for a table which we expected but then we was put right next to the kitchen which isn’t exactly romantic, the food was lovely wasn’t a lot of choice if you don’t like spicey food like ourselves deserts were lovely

Visited this branch right next door to Wembley stadium and The SSE Arena after the Challenge cup final, thought we would have to wait at least an hour judging by the crowd in the bar. But no we were show straight to a table and give menus. Food order was sling in less than 10 mins which was surprising given the number is full tables around us. The food took a bit longer to arrive but too long, not enough to complain. All arrived hot and tasted great

Please do not eat at TGI Friday. So many better and more interesting places to go in London.

De passage à Piccadilly Circus, nous avons choisi de dîner au TGI Friday. Pas de mauvaise surprise. C'est du fastfood. Nous avons pris un Serlion et des Ribs, viande et accompagnement parfait. Très beau service, courtois et efficace. Seul bémol un musique très forte, voire trop forte, assourdissant.

Avoid TGIF at all costs. Booked a table for 5.30 for my granddaughters birthday. Confirmation says come 15 minutes early to 'get the experience' arrived and told table would not be ready till 5.30 despite restaurant being empty. When we were seated a waitress came to take the birthday balloons off our table as she said she they had made a mistake! REALLY! I had booked a birthday and confirmed it at the door.

We visited on a Saturday night and were told a 20 minutes wait. We waited 45 minutes to be seated and a further 15 to have our order taken. I had steak which was the worst steak I have ever had!! It was tough and chewy and not worth the money at all, I gave up trying to eat it. The service was terrible! We were not asked once how the meal was and had to ask for the bill. We didn’t bother with dessert as we didn’t want to waste any more of our money or time.

We came here for our sister's birthday hoping to have a lovely American food with great birthday experience. It started with waitress spilling prosecco all over my dad, luckily he was in a good mood so he just made a joke about it. However she could have offered something for free since he smelled of prosecco for the rest of the evening! After we sorted our table out they kept on bring us wrong food because they didn't know which one was ours and when they did brig it it was very different to what the picture showed. I mean it tasted alright but it was even more disappointing then McDonalds ads and reality. Anyway the final drop was really brining out the cakes with messed up candles saying 61 instead of 16 where as it was clearly a child's birthday because the cake had avengers on it. They couldn't even light them up properly. It was a very appalling experience! We are not coming back there again that's for sure!!

Myself and two other friends visited here on Tuesday evening, the staff were very welcoming and helpful even though it was very busy and all tables were taken. I had the chicken strips which were glazed in an amazing Jack Daniels glaze, my friend had the ribs, and other friend had the Warrior burger. The staff were very well presented and spoken and we had the same waiter throughout the evening which adds a nice touch. I would definitely recommend visiting here as it has some much choice and the food is extraordinary. Next time I’m in the area I’ll be sure to visit again. 5 Stars

... There was an incredible restaurant called TGI Friday’s sat upon this very location in the heart of London’s West End, but sadly, there now sits a tired, lifeless, nostalgic relic of yesteryear!

Great location popped in late for a bit to eat after seeing a show the staff were great friendly and service fast has the Jack Daniels Ribbs truly wonderful always visit when in London

Went here today after travelling all the way up to London just for food! Me and my boyfriend were both very hungry and felt this was a great restaurant to visit. We both had a refill drink which our waitress, Nicki (very sorry If spelt wrong) , was extremely attentive to. Not even a minute has passed before a empty glass was noticed and refilled efficiently by her. Honestly can't fault the service. This was was shown in the large tip I left which I (working as a waitress myself) am quite stubborn about giving. My boyfriend had the ribs which he could not find a fault in, well worth the price. I had the chicken strips with sesame seeds which were very yummy!!! We highly recommend both these dishes. We did order appetisers , and although the garlic bread was very nice, it was unneeded as the portion sizes were generous and you had more than enough food. Customers around us were drinking cocktails which did look both visually appealing aswell as taste appealing (as we had a flick through the cocktail menu). However, if you are thirsty after a long day in London, I do recommend a refill drink as at only £3, you can't complain about prices compared to the £8 mark on each cocktail. Will 100% return again!!!!!

Been eating here for years when in the city.They've tweaked the menu which is good. Had the chicken with the new scorpion sauce which was lively.Great central location. Loads of meal choices, drinks and sides.Service was very good and the server very attentive.Only downside is no draught beer.

Yo y mi marido me nuestras chicas a Londres para el día lunes pasado durante media a largo plazo. Aparecimos ya que estaba enfrente de m&m; world! Nos sentamos muy rápidamente, y preguntó qué bebidas nos gustaría. El chico que nos cuidó era precioso y estaba dispuesto a ayudar cuando yo quería una comida de tamaño menor. La comida era increíble! 100% de volver la próxima vez que están allí!

Came here the night before heading home on a visit to London. Service was good I think his name was Mark (says Mo N on receipt) very kind and polite.. Cocktails too were excellent. Food was ok nothing special very sloppy it seems when it came to presentation and my vegetables that came with my fillet weren't the best.

We arrived without a reservation at about 1700 on a Tuesday evening. We were shown directly to our table. Drinks orders were taken and arrived within about 10 minutes. As the restaurant was almost full this was not a bad delivery time. I explained to the waitress that I had a food allergy and within seconds the manageress was at my side going through the extensive menu explaining what I could and could not have. She took our order at the same time. My difficulty was dealt with in an understanding manner with no hint of exasperation or rushing me to make a decision. The food took about 20 minutes to be delivered but when it came it was well worth the wait. I have eaten in "fine dining" restaurants but in none of them have a enjoyed such a tender or perfectly cooked filet steak as I did at TGI Fridays. It was melt in the mouth and full of flavour. My wife's ribs were equally good with lots of meat on them. During this time the waitress, without prompting, noticed that our drinks were empty and asked if we needed them replaced. No pushing for more business, simply a concern that we may be needing another drink.The only reason that I have only awarded 4 stars is because of the loudness and type of music, but when we looked around at the clientele, we were the wrinklies so the music choice is understandable!

We moesten even wachten (ca 3 kwartier), maar dit was het zeker waard. Heerlijk (uniek) gemarineerde chickenwings en spareribs op. Klinkt heel standaard, maar bij Friday's weten ze er wat speciaals van te maken! Bediening op zn Amerikaans, ofwel gemaakt aardig. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

I have been to TGI's quite a few times and this one is the best I have been to. The staff were so friendly and even went out of their way to entertain our little one.The milkshakes are fantastic with the burgers. They have the nicest chips here! Next time I am being a tourist I will be coming by!

Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois et à chaque fois c'est largement supérieur en saveur en taille de burger en sauce extraordinaire en oignons rings à l'intérieur en crudités etc...etc.... à tout les burgers en Europe. Bien dommage qu'ils aient fermé celui de la rue du faubourg montmartre...Pour se consoler, il reste les Frog Pubs ....

Expected much more from such a well known branch in such a perfect location.The strawberry daiquiri that cost 10£ had absolutely NO alcohol in it. It was a very large sweet syroupy sugar bomb that's all.The wait time for food was quite long, seemed that they were a bit understaffed.We ordered mozarella sticks which were the only highlight of the night.... Now for the bad, all the sauces that came with meals were half filled. Seemed a bit cheap on their end.They've brought the wrong fires to our table.The boneless buffalo wings were cold, he quickly brought "another special order just for us" it literally felt like it was just microwaved for 2 mins. There wasn't any runny buffalo sauce on it, they were just dry and soft (felt reheated).When we got our bill we noticed he charged us twice for the buffalo wings. Very unorganised as it was the same waiter that took our order and then exchanged the wings himself. The place wasn't full so him "forgetting to take the double order off" sounds like a lousy try to overcharge us.

went in for lunch with a friend on a wet monday afternoon and couldnt have had a nicer reception. great service and lovely food. tried one of their mocktails and the only very slight flaw of the meal was it lost flavour very quickly and was mainly soda water.will definately be returning again though

Came to TGI's on a Thursday night, was very busy as it always is. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for a table which was fine, we enjoyed a daiquiri in the mean time. Ordered a starter and the classic french dip burger for our main. Both me and my friend got a refill of our cocktails. Everything was good, the only thing that dampened our visit was the service. Sadly our waiter was more interested in other tables than our own and needed flagged down quite a few times. Will always be back to TGI's for a strawberry daquiri.

Came to eat after work at TGI in Piccadilly , this place is usually packed , so I was a bit weary of the waiting time . We didn't wait more then 10 minutes which was great and once we were seated the waitress came within 5 minutes.I can see the service has gotten better as food and drinks didn't take long to come out, food was delicious and good temperature . Our waitress was very friendly and bubbly enjoyed my meal. Would defiantly come again , I might add on weekends due to the busyness you might not get this level of service .

Came here last night after a London show . The wait time was 50 minutes for a table for two but we were served promptly at the bar while we waited . Cocktails were amazing and served swiftly - bar staff were really friendly . When seated, the service continued to be good. Food was delicious . Really good atmosphere .

Our first experience in this location was pretty much normal. But our second dining experience yesterday was horrible!We were told to wait for a table at the bar for approximately 15 minutes but nobody wanted to ask us whether we wanted any drinks. Instead, the bartender asked the two young women who came later than us. After getting the table, we ordered some food (full rack ribs and a appetizer) and some drinks as we were small eaters. Everything went smoothly and the waiter was pretty friendly with smiles on his face.Here comes the part - a ridicule. When my husband was paying for the meal and even gave some tips for the rendered service using his credit card, he was asked to see his passport. The reason the server gave was it might be a credit card fraud and it was the restaurant policy to check on foreigners paying by credit cards. I don't see the reason as your servers did not check others' credit cards except for us. Why didn't the server check the table who were Caucasians seated next to us whom I believe they are from the States according to their slang? Or even checked the Indians who were seated diagonally away from us when they paid by credit cards? Why should they only aim at Chinese? The reason I was given was there were many fraudulent cases with China credit cards. My husband was using a credit card from Singapore! Does it mean that all Chinese came from China?! Or does it imply that Singapore is part of China?! It's such an insulting mockery!If we were really fraudsters, we would have spent on big ticket items rather than spending less than £40 on food. It was really an insult by dining in this particular restaurant. I won't even give it 1 star in Tripadvisor if not for the fact that the minimum number of stars is 1.

Popped in on a rainy Sunday afternoon, it wasn't busy but service was poor. Food OK, but have eaten better there. I'd heard it had had a makeover but I couldn't see much difference to be honest. Waited absolutely ages for my bill which I find very frustrating compared to America.....for an American restaurant they could do so much better.

We tried for a table for five, early on a Saturday evening in January, we had been to a London attraction and wanted somewhere to eat. Amazingly they could accommodate us immediately. We had the best time. My Stepson was 18, and they made his night. Ou waitress was great, friendly, bubbly but efficient. It was a very busy service, but she gave us attention all night, making sure we had drinks, taking our orders and most importantly, giving my Stepson a brilliant night, with cake, stickers and a hat, and suitably embarrassing him with a song and a frame to take silly photos. The food was to die for, the orders were spot on and the cocktails flowed. We can't thank TGI's enough it was simply brilliant and totally unexpected. We will be visiting again, for sure.

Decided to stop by here recently after the theatre on a Thursday night. we'd walked around the area for a while, but a lot of places were closed. We decided to check if TGI Fridays was still open and luckily it was. Waited a couple of minutes for a table. Our waitress was really good and the food was exactly what we wanted. Got to say after my first visit to TGI in Kingston, I thought I'd never go back, but been to the Piccadilly one twice now, and both times I was very impressed.

My partner and I visited this TGI on Saturday 23rd January. We were sat and had our order taken buy a very good waitress. The starters were good, being JD Wings, then the mains came out. My partners ribs were good, on the other hand my ribs were stone cold with absolutely no glaze on them. I requested a new rack and got the same un-glazed ribs back but they had been microwaved. I called the manager over who told me that the ribs could not be microwaved as they would be closed down (not the best thing to say to a chef and restaurant owner which I am)! TGI - please up your game, and don't lie to customers.

It's a TGI Friday so it's always good. Had a steak and it was great with the jack Daniels sauce. Also recommend the warrior burger!!

The food was good like always in TGI restaurants. Love the mojitos there. It was on a saturday night so it was packed but survice was still good.

Locale carino ed arredato molto bene, il menù è abbastanza vario. Ho assaggiato alcuni starter ed il panino entrambi molto buoni, consiglio di assaggiare la salsa a base di jack daniels!!! Tempi di attesa per il tavolo avvolte possono essere molto lunghi ma sfondo me ne vale la pena. Il personale è un pó distratto ma simpatico, i prezzi sono accettabili e rientrano nella media dei prezzi londinesi. Consiglio di andarci!!!!!

While in London I've met my two friends from hometown and to get a drink on Friday where to go if not TGI Friday!! Good choice! Nice 'pub-restaurant'! We just took few drinks on the bar because we were in kind of a hurry but the ambient and atmosphere were crazy! Staff fast and kind what You just need in a pub like that! Superb!

We visited the restaurant on a day out in London for our son's birthday, from the moment we walked in the staff were great. Our server Jennifer was amazing, she made my son feel like a guest of honour :-) service was excellent, food was just right, they sent over birthday cake for him and ensured the whole restaurant celebrated with us. A truly memorable moment for us all, my son is asking to come back next birthday! Thank you :-)

Nå er jo konseptet her høy partyfaktor og mye lyd, og det var akkurat det vi fikk. Jeg hadde med to barn på 8 og 10, og vi fikk bord et lite stykke unna baren, så det var bra. Oppmerksomme og flinke servitører gjorde at vi ikke måtte vente lenge på å få bestilt eller få maten. Barna fikk tegnesaker og aktivitetshefte, så det ble litt rolig for mamma'n og.

Great service, big cocktails, good food. Never disappoints. Staff are excellent, helpful n on the ball.

Nice and very busy but we only had to wait 10/15 min. Good food and very reasonable pricesprices! Good staff. Very friendly. We will come back.
