Enjoyed, food was good, waitress was polite but very strange that the table wasn’t cleared from the starter plates. The table was very full once the mains arrived. Also you had to finish completely the refillable soda before getting a refill in the same glass. When multiple glasses were refilled, did I really get my glass back which is a bit grim to think I would have had another party members glass. I would be worried from an allergy perspective on this aspect too.

Sat and watched the manager called semm scream and beat up his girlfriend infront of the whole restaurant staff and customers absolutely shocking the guy deserves a restraining order let alone to be sacked joke of a place will never be returning again

Dylan was great from moment we walked in very much appreciated. Was really helpful great with the kids and great when we had a problem with the meal

We went here for an early dinner before seeing the Foo Fighters at London Stadium and timed it well at around 4pm. Excellent staff, particularly Noel who took our drinks and food order without having to write anything down, and he was very attentive to all his tables, making sure everything was good, service was fast even though it was getting busy with gig-goers. Limited event menu but still plenty of choice, and the food was lovely. Thank you to all the staff there 😊

The legendary glaze sauce they put on their ribs is something quite incredible. I loved it so much they gave me a jar to take home. Our server at the bar was very helpful

Birthday meal for my son. Fantastic service, entertainment for the kids with colouring, a card game and balloon models. Kids food was not cheap but still good value as portions were more than enough. All the staff gathered to sing happy birthday at the end....

Quick visit during lunch break on a Tuesday afternoon. Service was friendly and good natured. Explained I was on a time limit so food and drink appeared to be prioritised by my server which was a nice touch. Overall an easy and pleasant experience

I have been with my dad for a dinner tonight and the service that we get from the waiters wasn’t very nice . We were waiting for like 30 min for our order then ( we could wait more , but one nice gentleman came to us and ask if we already placed the order) . The service wasn’t not even one * but I am giving for the food and for the gentleman that helps us .

Meal was lovely , and plenty of it , i had chicken salad and potato skins , was worth getting the coke refill and had 3 of these , my daughter had the duck salad and said it was also lovely

Ayer fuimos a TGI Fridays, se sentó y camarero con pelo marrón y rubio tardamos una eternidad en venir y tomar la orden a pesar de caminar pasado nosotros veces serval y visto alrededor en el restaurante. La comida llega antes de las bebidas. Pedimos para salsas, mayonesa, barbacoa y camareros aún pasado varias veces sin darnos las salsas. Tuve que pedir de nuevo. Camarero ha fijado con púrpura de pelo era muy grosero incluso laminados sus ojos cuando pedimos las salsas y ellos de golpe en la mesa. Entiendo que el restaurante estaba muy lleno, pero yo trabajo en un restaurante en el aeropuerto y nuestro servicio nunca sería este mal. Pedimos la factura y esperamos un rato antes de que se presentó.

The hostess was really nice trying to find most comfortable table for us and pram as I warned her baby may cry and disturb others. She put us in lovely yet very cold area, we were alone until the second hostess started bringing all new guests into this area, which made my point irrelevant, but it was ok. Our server Brian was very attentive, but his area was too busy to be able to handle all his tables, upselling or check back did not happen, yet he was the best part of our experience. My husbands burger was basic and could be only well done, very suprising considering all the growing burger competition in London. My steak was meant to be cooked rare, it came out slightly more done, it tasted like it was frozen before and it definitely was not rested after grilling. It was dry, chewy, I couldn't eat it. No sauces, sharing plates or new napkins were offered.As there wasn't check back we didn't want to complain and had no time for it either. Change of management needed. That cabriolet outside won't save you guys. What a shame.
