Nice warm restaurant. Friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Food quick and cooked to perfection. Comfortable seats.

Ella who served me and my children Wednesday 12th February would be the only reason I return she was super friendly and extremely hard working as Marcin who was also working had a attitude and could see arguing with other staff, they where the only servers on and it was busy but poor Ella appeared to be the only one making sure customers where happy. She’s an asset to the restaurant and should be praised for her hard work and wonderful attitude especially to children she couldn’t have been more helpful.

Staff weren’t nice or friendly. Giggling while customers were needing things. The floor was dirty with food in the walk way that staff ignored. Food was alright seemed to be frozen tho. Was too expensive for what it was. Wouldn’t go back nothing was brilliant. The staff let us down mostly, so ignorant and rude

On a visit to Belfast before Christmas we visited Victoria Square, we had lunch in Frankie and Bennies. Good choice for children and adults alike. Plenty of seating good service and food. Great choice of eating options in Victoria Square.

Had a lovely visit last week! Always well looked after, good fast and delicious! Justin always goes out his way to look after us!

For a long time Frankie and Benny’s was the go to restaurant in Victoria Square. The food and drink were dependably delicious and the staff were very friendly and polite. Going back there to its new location was therefore something I looked forward to. What a disappointment! The food was bland and tasteless, the so called “large” glass of wine I ordered was tiny, the main course was served before we had finished our starter and when the waitress handed me the bill she stood back waiting to see if I would add a tip to it (against my better judgement I did tip her but in retrospect I shouldn’t have). I won’t be back.

Menu was limited in my view for lunch options. No wraps or soups/lighter options at the weekend apparently. Staff server lady was very pleasant. Food just ok, nothing special & nothing I can't make in the house. Restaurant was clean & nicely decorated. We won't be back however due to menu options & prices which were not value nor money.

Chips were stone cold. And that was the best bit. A £28 platter consisting of 4 unbelievably over-cooked chicken goujons, 2 sauceless and dry wings and a mound of cold freezer chips, along side a portion of flavourless wet ribs. And what on the menu was described as “a juicy steak skewer” but in reality was four rabbit dropping sized nuggets of simultaneously over salted yet tasteless shoe leather. Other than a thimbleful of admittedly nice coleslaw, no garnish. None of the allegedly famous bbq beans. £28. Going to repeat that - £28 My wiiiiife’s chicken burger was “ok”, but again with the now familiar portion of cold freezer chips accompaniment. One son’s burger was burned and the other son’s £15 carbonara was a small yellow puddle in the bottom of a bowl. We got them a McDonald’s on the way home. Genuinely I wouldn’t have put it in front of the kids if I’d made it on a lazy oven chips Sunday. Never mind paying £110 for it. Mentioned to the manager when he asked was our meal ok - and without us asking he gave us a £40 “managers discount” - so £70 for four diabolically bad meals rather than £110. He was very polite. Even asked “was £40 off enough” - but behind his strained smile was a look of stoic resignation. I get the feeling that “managers discount” button on the till is well used. On the drive home, very unusually, we all agreed with each other. Worst meal ever. Well done Frankie. Well done Benny. You made us laugh together. Unfortunately it was at you.

So my daughters and I had wondered around Victoria square looking for somewhere to eat. Having been told we had to wait in one place and been completely ignored at the entrance of another we stumbled onto Frankie and bennys. We were seated quickly and when I explained we were under pressure for time as we were going to the opera house, the guy who was friendly and professional had our piping hot delicious food out to us super fast. The early menu was really good value for money too. We will be back thankyou.

The staff were so lovely and I was very well looked after. Service was efficient and food was good. I really enjoyed having lunch here and would certainly recommend

Had lunch last week in your restaurant. Great offer in the lunchtime menu offers. Had the wrap and it was lovely. Bottomless drinks good idea.

Had booked for 615 12th July but finished earlier than expected and arrived after 5 explained to server and got seated no problem. Server very attentive and fod and drinks arrived quickly however server whose name I unfortunately didn't get had to leave to get bus home at 615 and things went badly downhill. Service then became very poor and at one point 4 staff standing talking I assume one was manager lady with no uniform while our main course plates finished and sitting for 15 minutes. Eventually had to call for a server to clear plates and take dessert order. Food was good but service lets the place down. All need trained by the first lady.

Made a booking for 7pm as wasn’t sure how busy it would be and didn’t want to be turned away. Arrived 6.50pm and taken straight to table. 7pm drinks order taken. 7.20pm food order taken. Meal didn’t arrive until 8pm. Food was great and just what we ordered however the long wait ruined the enjoyment. It looked like a lot of take away orders were being prioritised above sit ins which is a disappointment. We had made the effort to attend in person and would have gladly spent more money here but the wait put us off. I wouldn’t rush back here and I wouldn’t recommend to family and friends as I wouldn’t want them to be disappointed. Sad to think that higher management may see a decline in footfall and close store because of this but the truth is people do wish to visit for a sit in meal but the poor service is off putting.

Reasonable Gluten Free Menu, we decided to share a few items from this menu, plus my friends order fries (not GF). Main meals were delicious, particular the ribs, but the pizza not amazing. Apparently the loaded fries were good also. Staff were friendly & helpful, food was prepared fresh, in reasonable time.

Delicious food and our waitress Bernie was very attentive, and the new restaurant had super nice atmosphere. Alll at an affordable price. Can totally recommend it and will definitely come back again

I go to frankie and bunny's boucher place quite a lot with my partner but after tonight's visit we won't be back after seeing one female member of staff being verbally abused by a male member staff felt so sorry for her actually felt like walking out but she was very hospitable towards us probably underpaid but no one should have to take such abuse we sat at table 32 and spent a tidy sum of money but not anymore NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO TAKE SUCH ABUSE LIKE SHE DID at anytime specially in such a high respected establishment in front of public whether he is a manager supervisor or member of a team cos obviously the power has went to their head

Cold discoloured chips with black bits on them. Chicken was obviously sitting for a while - definitely not cooked fresh. Burger buns burnt black. Overcooked spaghetti that tasted like it was straight out of a can. Just awful.

Essendo in visita al centro commerciale più famoso di Belfast, abbiamo notato al secondo piano questa pizzeria che ci ha invogliata a consumare la cena. il locale si presenta subito accogliente con personale indaffarato e subito disponibile a mettere a disposizione il tavolo. Pizzeria popolare e super frequentata. Abbiamo scelto il classico Fish and Chips ed una pinta di birra. Agli altri tavoli abbiamo visto che la scelta andava prevalentemente ad Hamburger e pizze. Il costo è stato molto basso in linea con il locale e la clientela. Comunque è stata un'esperienza interessante da ripetere e consigliare.

Cuando pregunté si mi hija podría tener una hamburguesa para niños, la camarera solo dijo que sí, no hubo problema. Ella no explicó que tienen 2 tamaños de porciones de niños o lo que estaba incluido con la comida de los niños. Tampoco me trajo el menú de niños para que yo pudiera resolverlo. Ella no me dijo que venía con 2 órdenes laterales y una bebida y postre. La comida era bastante suave y seca, pero comestible con un montón de ketchup. Ella finalmente produjo el menú para niños cuando estábamos considerando el postre (mi hija quería que tuviera crema). Fue entonces, me di cuenta de que nos habían traído la hamburguesa para niños grandes, sin uno de los lados y sin la bebida. Cuando pregunté si podía pagar solo la hamburguesa (no la comida, ya que no habíamos tenido el resto), me dijeron que era el mismo precio. 7. ¡99 para hamburguesas sencillas para niños y algunas papas fritas! De Verdad? ! Le expliqué que no nos habían ofrecido los otros artículos al hacer el pedido y que la camarera repitió que era el mismo precio. Comida realmente pobre y servicio al cliente. No volveré.

We very rarely go to Frankie&Bennys; as I am not really a fan,but we could not find any chinese buffets so we ended up in Frankies,,Food wise we ordered two lasagnes,two chips and a garlic bread ,the food was very tasty and the service was excellent,we would come back in the future.

On a recent visit to Frankie and Benny we were shown to a table straight away. The young girls who were waiting on the tables were extremely efficient and very pleasant. The food was very quick to arrive and very nice. Would definitely visit again

Supposedly based on an American hamburger joint, it is a little bit disappointing. The hamburgers are somewhat overcooked, the fries are mediocre at best, and they serve Pepsi rather than Coca-Cola (personal choice).

Llamado antes de ir a cine como nuestro bar normal había cerrado su cocina temprano. Ha sido un pocos años cené en Fraknie y Bennys y ahora sé por qué. 2 platos principales y un postre compartido. Los platos principales pedimos mi pareja y yo pedimos una pizza de pollo/rib. La Pizza en la pantalla cuadrada parecía, pero mi compañero dijo que estaba bien, el combo era pobre del pollo había más grasa a la izquierda en el lado de la placa que había para comer pollo real, las costillas altas bien. Tuve que pedir patatas fritas en el lado ya que no vienen con el plato frío y fuimos muy rápido. El postre fue grandioso como el té, las bebidas frías después eran terribles (tango) era tan débil que no podía ser bebido. Entonces el golpe asesino, 50 libras! ! Sin duda demasiado caro para lo servían, no volveré y le avisa de amigos/familia el mismo, no disfrutar de críticas negativas de cualquier cosa en mi ciudad, ya que es necesario promover lo que tenemos para nuestra siempre creciente del turismo, pero esta fue la excepción. Sólo positivo ya que siempre debe terminar en un positivo era la camarera era muy agradable y atento.

He estado aquí un par de veces, y para ser sincero, no me gusta, pero otros no, de ahí que terminó aquí. La comida era horrorosa. Claramente preparado mucho antes y de dumping en un plato rancio y horrible. La camarera era pobre, el director se disculpó mortified. Yo no quería un reemplazo, y nada gratuito que ofrecía. En la justicia que no cobraron por ese tema en particular, pero es lo normal. El resto de la comida fue terrible, pero me sentí mal y no quería enviar que volver. Sólo con hambre.

Nos marchamos no tienen gluten opciones gratis y tenían mucha variedad. Primera vez en años he tenido una hamburguesa con gluten bun sesame que sabían como no gluten bollos gratis (Sé de lo que me falta, ya que tenía un diagnóstico de enfermedad celiaca en 30) delicioso. Pedimos una copa de vino y nos dan una generosa porción. Ver foto.

Tricky to give an objective review just a week before Christmas! The restaurant was very busy and the staff were all working hard ( and dressed in festive attire!) The starter of cheesy garlic bread arrived quickly, the bar drinks seemed to take a very long time but the bar was busy! I ordered fish and chips... lovey battered cod but peas were cool as were the chips. Grandson also had cool chips as did my husband with his very good burger. The chips were quickly replaced when the staff were informed. This is a large busy fast food restaurant so it wasn't particularly relaxing. We were not offered a desert menu or a coffee menu!

Brilliant staff in the Boucher road restaurant! Member of our family has a severe nut allergy and the staff went out of their way to check the food was suitable and even cooked it separately. Great service! Food was also good and restaurant was spotless!!

I went in for lunch but I ended up ordering from the lunch and evening menu. The staff were helpful and didn't mind the lunch menu is cheaper. The lunch menu is very cheap starters are £2,50 and mains for around £6.95. So we ordered two starters, two mains form the evening grill (a full rack of ribs with chips, corn and cold slaw and 7 0z steak with chips and onion rings), two desserts, two extra garlic dips and a coffee. The total bill came to £52. When leaving staff were very nice and they give two FB vouchers one for £10 of are next bill and one for 20% off are next bill. The restaurant was clean and quite busy for the time off day. The food is cook were you can see it which I always like and there was plenty off staff to serve you. All in all if you want fast Italian style food with a grill options this place is cheap, clean and provides fast service and good food.

Staff friendly got served quickly but food awful no wonder it's closing. Burger tasted defrosted and guppy, luke warm in middle looked worse that a McDonald's burger wife had a so called chicken wrap with hardly any chicken. Would not recommend going again

Chef would need to know the difference in making an omelette and scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs is not an omelette cut up on a place. Different recipe. I had breakfast and I ordered scrambled eggs - they were dried up and I could not eat them. Toast was ok but would have preferred white bread and was not given a choice. Coffee was ok. Best part of the time was the service - Christine - worst part was almost £10 for a breakfast I had to poke through.

Visited on a Sunday evening and the place was totally packed. Very noisy and not the place for a quiet romantic date. Kids loved it though. Food was adequate, standard fried fare and on the expensive side. Service (very attentive) was probably the best bit about this experience.

Tonight was date night with the missus at Frankie and Benny's Dine in the Dome at Victoria Square!! We arrived at Frankie and Benny's around 6.45 this evening and relaxed over a drink whilst we looked at the 3 course menu for our special Evening meal in the Done at Victoria Square. We were escorted to the Dome by Justin the manager. On arrival there was a glass of Prosecco each, which we passed as we were both driving. We shared the starters of garlic mushrooms and Calamari. For mains we had the salmon and haddock fish cakes with fries and peas and chicken parmigiana which was served with garlic fries and spaghetti. The meals were tasty and portion sizes were big but I felt the chicken batter was a touch salty. For dessert we shared the banoffee basket and cinnamon waffle crunch. These were rich, creamy and sweet......The Dome was elegantly decorated and there was entertainment provided by a DJ spinning some chilled out tracks and songs from yesterday year. There were nine other couples enjoying the evening. The staff were fantastic and very courteous. What a fantastic experience in a truly remarkable venue!!! Well done Frankie and Benny's and Victoria Square.

I have never visited as I thought the prices were really high, however visiting it for lunch I realized I was wrong! The food was great and reasonably priced, and the ambience and staff were lovely!
