Atención al cliente Cinco chicos es mi opción cuando necesito una buena hamburguesa con patatas fritas, sabrosa, sabrosa, buena calidad y cantidad. Nunca me defraudan las visitas a cinco chicos, ya sea en Leeds o Manchester. Pero anoche ( 5 / 3 / 25 ) visité este brunch a las 20 : 30 , solo para ser recibido por un miembro del personal en la caja que estaba lleno de actitud como nunca he visto, ningún saludo solo directo a preguntarme qué quería. Pedí una hamburguesa con tocino y queso y debido a su actitud tuve que fingir y preguntar si viene con papas fritas! Su respuesta fue “¡qué coberturas!”. Pensé que si era mi primera vez con cinco chicos, de todos modos llegamos a la parte de pago, le entregué el pago y en cierto modo ella se lo arrebató ligeramente y pensé para mí mismo por qué está siendo así. Me devolvió mi cambio mientras ya iniciaba una interacción con el siguiente cliente. Fue muy grosero y su actitud era indiferente hacia mí. Quizás estaba teniendo un mal día, pero eso no es bueno para el servicio al cliente. Nunca escribo en trip advisor pero esta mala actitud me atrapó. Gracias

Milkshakes are good. Don’t get food. My mates ordered garlic bread with cheese - they took 20 minutes and came out of the kitchen with a floppy ass piece of bread 🤣

Nathan our server is customer friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. We were rather disappointed to learn the blue light card discount is no longer available.

Good food, good service and ideal for a team get together. Watch your bill. We were supposed to be charged for 11 lunchtime meal deals but half the bill was for full cost meals. I will be checking all future bills as this leads a bad taste.

I placed my order at the self service till , after placing my order 3 different customers placed their orders in person to the staff as they said they were struggling with the self service till (which is fair enough) . The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. However the customers who arrived after me and placed their order to the staff members got their orders prep straight away and had no waiting time . 🤔 Maybe next time I will just bypass the self service till and avoid the waiting times .

Just ordered on deliveroo, the cheese burger looked nothing like the picture. The photo on deliveroo shows cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes and onion inside. The burger received was completely plain. Not what I wanted at all

My food has not been delivered

Awful experience. When we arrived and shown to our table (for 2) it was like we where there with others the tables are so close together. Hard to have a conversation when the next table is so close. After we made our choice of food and drinks and in a short time our starters arrived, I had to go and ask for the drinks we had ordered. Starters was very nice. Main courses arrived and have to say it was the toughest steak I have ever had, server asked did we want salt, pepper and vinegar which we did, again after a while I had to again go and get them myself. Pictured is my medium to well done steak with the blood running out of it. Great atmosphere in the place but service and food has a lot to be desired.

He sido un cliente fiel en Black Milk durante más de dos años, pero después de mi experiencia más reciente, me siento obligado a dejar esta opinión. Estoy horrorizado por el comportamiento de una de las empleadas, Kirsty. No solo se negó a servirme sin explicación, sino que también admitió haber cotilleado sobre mí a mis espaldas antes de mi última visita. Esto es completamente poco profesional, y como cliente pagador, espero ser tratado con respeto, no hablado negativamente por las mismas personas que confío en servirme. Además, había abordado problemas personales que habían estado en curso con otra persona asociada con el café, donde me sentí irrespetado por las miradas sucias que había estado recibiendo. Abordé esto en privado e intenté resolverlo, pero Kirsty trajo asuntos personales al lugar de trabajo, que deberían haber permanecido separados. Es inaceptable que los conflictos personales afecten el servicio profesional, especialmente cuando fueron causados por sus propias acciones. Para empeorar las cosas, Andy, uno de los propietarios, ha actuado mal en respuesta a mis preocupaciones. En lugar de tomarse el tiempo para resolver el problema profesionalmente, me despidió de plano, pidiéndome que no regresara al café. Esta respuesta muestra una completa falta de servicio al cliente y rendición de cuentas. Como propietario de un negocio, encuentro este nivel de falta de profesionalidad particularmente decepcionante. Está claro que alguien en un rol de liderazgo debe centrarse en resolver las preocupaciones de los clientes, no alejarlos. Está claro que la mala gestión y el comportamiento del personal están socavando la experiencia de los clientes, y no es de extrañar que sus otros cafés hayan cerrado. No volveré, y espero que la gerencia tome en serio estos comentarios para mejorar la experiencia del cliente de cara al futuro. Saludos Ben

Best food ever, Ali was our server and he did his best to make sure we enjoyed our time there, will definitely go there again✨✨✨

We had a very large group for a bottomless brunch yesterday and the service was great with the food tasty and the drinks were flowing. Special thanks to Becca, Morgan and Katie who looked after us all with a smile 😊

Had a fantastic meal out with my family yesterday - food was fantastic and the staff so v friendly and attentive - fantastic value for money - I would definately recommend five stars!!!
